I bought these years ago after a couple falls and found they fold up small enough to pack in a plastic bag and tuck away (and forget) in a parka pocket. I sometimes come down from my upper floor and find ice so I don't have to return, just pop them on and go. A funny sort of situation is that people see me moving easily and they take off too fast and fall down. I have reocommended these to a number of friends in Europe.

We purchased our first yaktrax several years ago and simply wore them out. They worked so perfectly that they allowed us to get outside no matter the conditions. So, this winter we purchased our second pairs!

Our family has 5 pairs and several of our neighbors have ordered them after watching us use them on ice covered roads. Very durable product.

Although this year (winter 2015-2016) I haven't needed to use them (near Detroit, MI) I am glad I have these in case the trails (and or city streets) get icy.

Over a year ago I purchased a pair of Yaktrax. I am an elderly lady who wears braces on each leg. I also have balance problems. I have been very pleased with the Yaktrax. I have been very pleased with them. They have allowed me to walk to and from my car in snowy or icy weather without problems.

Simply no better aid to ensuring secure footing in both ice and snow. Whether shovelling snow or trudging behind my snow blower for 3-4 hours, I can be sure of each step I take when wearing my YakTraxx!!

I bought my Yaktrax after seeing someone with them and asking her what they were. I work outside so I knew these were for me. I love them!!

I have bought these each year for 5 years and thought it time I write a review. I am certain, living in the northeast, that the only reason I have survived some brutal icy winters the past few years is because I always have my Yaktrax's on! I have given them as Christmas gifts each year and everyone is hooked! I can literally walk without worry across an ice-filled driveway or up an icy incline. People always stop me and ask how I can move without fear and I always share with pride! Highly recommend for young or old - if you are an active person living in the north in the winter...these are a must have! I have one pair in the house and one pair in the car.

I purchased these last year, and they are the best. We are up on roofs a lot in the winter and these came in so handy.

I had fallen down walking my dog during the winter and got a concussion. I immediatley went out and bought yaktrax and never fell again. They gave me the security to continue walking in all the ice and snow. It mad my dog happy too.

I bought this product two months ago and used them to hike through the snow in Arizona and they were just what I needed! Made my hikes so much more enjoyable, and walking/climbing through the snow and ice was a breeze! Highly recommend.

I just love my YakTrax! I have a pair of boots that I keep them on for the winter season and wear them outside when I see or suspect slippery conditions. I appreciate the that the trad go all the way to the heel, because I tend to drag my heel when I step. Other brands with the screw heads do not protect me from falling. I will always by YakTrax products! As a matter of fact, I just recommended them to a friend this morning!

I bought my YakTrax last year and used them quite often. We had a deep freeze that just wouldn't quit. It made all of the sidewalks, trails, and streets, very icy. My YakTrax worked GREAT and I felt so sure footed! They were a little tight to get over my snow boot, but fit perfectly on my shoes.

We go ice fishing and these are hands down the best ice traction slip ons for boots I've ever used.

Living on the hilly North Shore of Long Island, New York, we have icy, snowy winter weather. Last winter I was injured while walking my dogs up the icy snowy hill in my yard. So a friend suggested Yaktrax and i went on your website. The ease of ordering, quality of product, and ease of putting on to my boots,truly exceeded my expectations. It is so much safer to use the snowblower when going up hills, walking the dogs, and even walking in ice on flat icy surfaces. My friends were very envious!!!!!!

My dog gave me my YakTrax as a Christmas gift and a month later we had the largest snowfall in 13 years in Nashville TN. I was able to trek all over my neighborhood...felt secure, they performed as advertised. Loved them.

I have a steep driveway that can be treacherous in the winter either walking on it or trying to clear snow with a shovel or snow blower. The Yaktrax Pros make it all much safer and easier to do.

Our daughter gave both myself and my wife these GREAT safety items. It could not have been at a better time, the day after Xmas, we had snow and ice. Since we just received a new dog in August and have walked him two/three times per day, the Trax worked perfect every day. I have recommended them to all the other dog walkers every time I see them. THANKS for such a great product.
