Very very cute but! These shredded the back my heels in 5 mins. The top of the back of the heel was abrasive and left me bleeding. Toebox was also tighter than expected and pressed into my big toenail at times. Such a shame! It's too hard to find a closed-toe sandal. Also noticed these have extremely low traction. Felt my foot slip a few times on a smooth finished concrete floor. Construction of the buckle also felt pretty poor. Had to return them.

I loved the style of this shoe and placed my order for my normal size, a 7M in black. I received a navy pair and they seemed a tad too short. I never wear a 71/2. So I called for an exchange to get the correct color which they were out of in the 7 so suggested trying the 71/2 N which I did. When they came, I received the black ones and put the right shoe on and it’s was perfect! But when I put the left one on it was too wide. There was a noticeable difference so I checked the sizes and they were both labeled 71/2N. I had to return those and they were out of stock of any other size so waited to reorder. The new pair finally came in the 71/2N and they fit exactly like the previous pair..the left felt a half size too big..as if they sent me the same pair back! I was really frustrated! I’ve reordered one more time in the 71/2N and if they are still different sizes I will write this company off! This is exactly the style I’ve been looking for and the only reason I’m giving last try!

I ordered a 10 wide as I normally wear this size, but these were too big and I could not fasten the strap. I returned them and am not trying a small size due to the strap issue.

I really wanted to make these work, but the back part of the shoe is so high, and so thick and so immovable that it dug into the back of my heel from the very first step! And the bands across the front were loose. I wear a 9.5 narrow, but I can't imagine anyone liking this shoe with the way the back section is made.

Absolutely horrid. Cute in the pic but uncomfortable in person w/no support. Too slippery of a bottom and snug in the toes & back.

Sadly, these shoes get a "thumbs down!" They look like Clarks, but are a far cry from the comfort of Clarks! I wore them to work once and have not worn them again!

Cuter than Clark's Wendy altho fit about the same. THe shoe soles are neck-breakingly slippery however. Bought Clark's instead even tho Clark's strap is a bit small.

Very cute. Unfortunately started blistering just minutes after putting them on. The heel is rough, there's no smooth or soft covering back there like Clarks have. Others here have had this issue, unfortunately I did too.

These shoes are super cute and comfortable. They were excellent for walking around the city...until the sole snapped in 2 after just a few months of moderate wear. The quality is very poor.

Last year I left a very positive review for the Tatiana and another Softspots guarache-looking sandal. Now I need to revise that review. While they are indeed comfortable and very cute looking, both pairs of shoes began to fall apart after about a month. The ankle strap is stitched but the little straps across the top of the foot are are made of three layers of materials that are only glued together. After a month of wear the layers started to come apart and the fabric in the middle layer started to unravel. I tried gluing them together with leather glue but it didn't work. Neither pair was durable and both ended up in the garbage. I like the Softspots brand but no matter how cute and comfortable the sandals are, I will now stay away from their strappy shoes unless all straps are stitched.

Beyond belief - bad! I took these shoes with me on a cruise to Italy. I thought "Softspots, great for walking, low, comfy..." Wow - I was really wrong. The straps actually stuck to my feet and rubbed them raw, they would not stay correctly aligned. I left these shoes in the hotel in Italy. Smartest thing I ever did. I will never own another pair of Softspots.

This shoe fit everywhere but the strap. I couldn\'t attach it, and it would have been a pain even if I could make it reach across my foot. Too bad.
