Not what I expected! I love the look but I don't know if it is my feet or the shoe. I will have to break them in before wearing them outside, by walking in the house. The leather is not soft. They are a bit wide in the heel. The strap is how I will keep them from flopping off! Love your FAST delivery and return service.

This shoes was so cute, but unfortunately it is way too small.

Really stiff heel and sole. Could not imagine how much time it would take to break them in. Shame because cute design.

Bought as a gift for my granddaughter. While the fit was perfect, and she loved the shoe, the ankle strap was too small/short and could not reach the buckle. I would think that when shoe is an extra wide, manufacturer would make strap longer to accommodate a thicker ankle. Had to return.

The shoes were too narrow for my feet. Plus, one strap was broken and detached from the shoe. Will be returning them.

Perfect fit, I wear a Narrow and this was just right. Good looking,, comfortable. One factor that kills the deal: there is a strap over the ankle which buckles on the outside of the foot. It's going to break. The strap and the buckle are tiny and not sturdy. The buckle is held on by a loop of elastic which looks stretched even before I put them on, it will break soon. The buckle is on the outside of the foot and difficult to reach, it is almost impossible to slip the strap into the buckle and buckle it. I liked the shoe but poor design with the buckle. I am returning.

I have bunions. The toe box was not large nor comfortable. The leather was not soft enough.

They rubbed uncomfortably on my heel and were difficult to buckle.

This shoe is much wider at toe. The strap for the ankle is attached with an elastic loop that doesn't look like it will last.

I have long and narrow feet and I was so in hopes these shoes would work! Way to wide for my long skinny feet!

The buckles were so small that the straps barely fit through the buckle hole. And the buckles are on the back outside of the ankle so I can’t see them or reach with both hands.

Too short in the front. My big toe was hitting the top.

Unfortunately, these are the most uncomfortable comfortiva shoes i have every owned, and I've been wearing the brand for years. The foot bed is some kind of vinyl, rather the soft cloth on other shoes. Every time I wear them, they rub my feet painfully in a new place which takes days to heal. I've been trying to break them in for weeks, but I may have to give up and throw them out.

My foot felt pinched and pushed up against the front without room.

The shoes were very stiff. My foot was right up against the front and top. Not flexible.

Not my style and the clasp is more than I want to fuss with. The leather across the foot is rough on the inside. Cute in the picture but not as cute on me.

This 8W shoe was HUGE. (Mismarked?) I am truly tired and frustrated with shoe manufacturers making women's shoes wide in the heels!!! Needing a wide front does NOT translate into a wide heel.

The size 11M were tight around the toes, tight on width, and was on the last opening for the heel strap. My foot is not thick and pretty bony so I was shocked it felt like I squeezed my foot into a size 10. I typically order size 11 in close toed dress shoes but neither the 11W or the 11M worked and felt like two completely different sizes. I have a size 12M coming so hoping they'll work.

So disappointed! I have ordered so many pairs of these, and in the past they had a soft suede-like footbed. Now it is smooth, sticky synthetic material--the exact kind of material I can not tolerate in a sandal. Why????

The style was okay, but the fit was way off. My extra wide size feet make finding shoes a challenge, but these shoes gapped open on the sides, but fit in the back - weird. Had to return them which was not big deal because the stle was just okay and thanks to Zappos great service.

Do not purchase this shoe until you have read all the reviews about the poor strap and buckle construction. The buckle is tiny and difficult to fasten. The elastic to which it is attached is quite flimsy. Sad, because this is otherwise a nice shoe, one that I reluctantly returned.

I felt the leather was too hard and it rubbed my toes.

These were just ok, nothing to write home about.

I was disappointed on the comfort and sizing of the shoe for what it cost. Was hopefully it would be like a pair of Clarks I own that are similar in style.
