My poor toes got caught on the straps and so back to Zappos they go.

I ordered this shoe in size 8.5M. The box had a 7.5M for the right foot and a 8.5M for the left foot. What a disappointment since this is my first time ordering using zappos.com

I wanted to like these. I was eyeing a similar model from Rockport but more expensive and settled for these. They looked confortable, and were available in wide. But they suck! There is "plastic" / "glue" coming off from everywhere. And they "sigh" when I walk. Air is coming out or what, but I don't want to be walking around the office and sound like I am passing gas at every step. Hell no!

I have had several pairs of this shoe in various colors and always loved them (hence the repeat orders). But when the most recent pair arrived, in my usual size, the left shoe was so narrow that I couldn't put it on. The quality has significantly declined.

These shoes didn't work for me. I have wide forefeet and I am recovering from bunion surgery--these shoes were too small in the forefoot. I returned them for wides but alas, they were *too* wide. I think if you have a fairly narrow, rectangular feet these might work for you. Other than that, the leather is good construction, solid outsole, cute design.

Cute shoe but very hard sole, fine if you don't need to do any walking.

I have a pair of Soft Spots in White size 9.5 which fit fine. So I'm disappointed that the navy Soft Spots size 9.5 are too small. (ie not long enough). They're going back and I'll try size 10. Wish I could count on a size.

Comfortable but my little toes poked thru the straps, returning them. Also, ankle strap buckle difficult to buckle - the strap just a little too big to fit thru the buckle.

Almost a fit, but the strap is too short for my wide foot, even thought the shoe I ordered was a wide width.

I am returning these. The toe box straps are too tight. They're also not as cute on as I would have liked. I also ordered a pair of the "Comfortiva Reading" style and love, love them.

I really like the shoes, but the elastic fell apart in a matter of a couple months, which makes the shoes a bit useless. The strap quality is very disappointing. In light of how long the straps lasted (I usually keep my shoes for several years, I can't recommend them.

I purchased these shoes to serve as comfortable but slightly dressy shoes for summer travel. Initially, I was pretty pleased with them: they look good and are pretty comfortable. But I did notice that the tongue of the buckle easily slipped through the frame, indicating a cheap/shoddy manufacturing process. This didn't seem to be a problem, though, so I took them on a trip to Europe to be my dressy shoes. Thank goodness I also brought another pair of sandals, because part-way through my trip, the tongue began a constant migration to the wrong side of the buckle frame, so that the shoe was no longer strapped. This of course happened in the course of a long walk across a French town. Luckily, I was still able to keep the shoe on, but I ended up throwing them away when I couldn't see how it could be fixed. On top of this problem, I also noticed that the elastic attaching the buckle to the side of the shoe became frayed. Now, I haven't actually worn these shoes that much for them to be showing so much wear...and indeed the problem of the buckle was evident already when they were new, but unfortunately I didn't realize what a problem it would actually be. I thought the tongue would stay in place with the strap there, but no. So I would strongly urge you not to buy these shoes but look for something better-made.

These shoes look cuter on the picture than in real life. The actual color is muted, almost brownish. The toe straps are uneven and unflattering. The arch support is poor. Usually, I like Softspots shoes, but these were substandard. I didn't keep the original packaging, so they can't be returned.

If you have a narrow foot, these are not the right shoes. They are very wide in the toe box. Disappointing since they are very cute and would be quite comfortable.

What a disappointment! I've bought these sandals in several colors over the past few seasons and was looking forward to adding the orange ones to "my collection." My older Tatiannas are wonderful. But this season's new colors (orange, aqua, lavender ...) are not made the same as the previous ones. No more soft and comfy insole and soft flexible leather straps. The insole is now a hard plastic-like material and the straps are stiff and scratchy. A big letdown in quality. But on the bright side, Zappos service is unbeatable. I ordered the sandals around midday and received them the next morning!

I fell for these cute shoes and ordered them in spite of a negative review. Be warned! If someone says the straps are too short, they really are too short! I have a narrow foot and ankle, yet had a hard time pulling the little end of the strap through the buckle to even the first hole. I gave these shoes 2 stars due to the lack of adding a little extra length to the straps. They go back and hopefully someone will fix this serious design flaw.

These shoes are very cute and they are comfortable. However, after just one month of sporadic wearing the elastic buckle on one of mine broke and I had to take to a shoemaker to have it replaced. (Of course this is not ideal as it shouldn't break and it's going to be noticeable that it's a different elastic.) I would not recommend the shoe because of the construction of the buckle/elastic.

Cute shoe, very soft, comfortable height heel. Unfortunately, no arch support at all, my feet were rolling inwards after a few minutes of wear. I'm returning these shoes.

These are the less comfortable sandals I've ever worn. The back of the shoe comes up very high on the heel/ankle, and the material is very rigid. This translated into blisters for me, even after I'd worn the shoes half a dozen times and the other portions of the shoe had been broken in.

Although these shoes were very comfortable, one of the straps broke the second time I wore them.

The little tiny buckles are difficult to buckle. One of the shoes squeaks loudly with every step. I really wanted to like them because they are reasonably nice looking for comfort shoes and the fit was perfect, but I am returning them.

I first bought one pair of these shoes and they were so comfortable. I bought two more in different colors. They indeed were comfortable but before nine months of owning them were over all three pair started falling apart. I have been so disgusted with them that I will not buy another pair of Soft Spots ever

Would be comfortable shoes if they were made correctly. Disappointing quality in that the straps are irregularly spaced where attached to the sole. This let either my big toe or small toe slip out through the straps--very uncomfortable. I had noticed this on a pair I tried in a store but thought that was just a defect in that pair. Not so. I ordered three pairs from Zappos hoping one would be OK but all had the same problem and are being returned.
