These shoes are very comfortable, but the blue is not navy. It is that kind of odd blue color that does not look good with navy slacks. If the color had been acceptable, I would have kept them.

This is my second pair of these shoes so I like them. They are comfortable. Just a little more than casual and go well with a dress or skirt. I have only one concern with them and that is the little bit of elastic by the buckle. I wear them pretty snug so it gets stretched out and makes them sloppy or unwearable even though they still look good.

Very comfy shoe, but then again, I love Softspots shoes. My only complaint is that the back comes up a bit high and rubs a bit, but nothing a bandaid won't fix.

Cute and comfortable. I prefer the comfort of open shoes, but cannot wear open toed shoes to work. These are appropriate with pants or skirts. My only complaint would be that they do not have enough cushioning /support for long term walking, though they are fine for a day in the office.

I really like the shoes! They are very comfortable. I ordered the wide with and should have gone done 1/2 shoe size. That would be the only thing I would change. I will remember that for the next time.

First of all customer service at Zappos was very helpful. There shipping and return policy is super too. I loved the shoe the only thing is the strap it could be a little wider!

I looked all over in my local stores for a summer sandal to wear with a sundress. Then I finally went shopping on-line and found these. I was thrilled with the fit as I have a very wide foot, and these worked out great. They were worn at my nephew's wedding, where I danced all night in them!

This is my fourth pair of Softspots shoes. In the first two pairs I was a size 8. In the third pair I bought an 8, but probably should have bought an 8½. In the Tatianna I bought an 8 and now am returning them for a 7½. Hopefully they do the trick. I have loved this brand for years, but I wish that the sizing could remain constant.

These shoes are comfortable and cute. I'm between an 8 and 8.5, so thanks to the adjustable ankle strap the 8.5 fit just right. The color is surprisingly neutral, but adds a bit of fun.

These are cute shoes. I have a coworker who is a shoe fanatic who approves of them despite the fact that they are low heeled and not super dressy. I was looking for something with a closed toe for work and had trouble finding anything. They did rub a slight blister after the first full day of wearing them, but otherwise they worked great and were very comfortable.

The front straps on one shoe are placed incorrectly. Otherwise it's a nice shoe for a closed toe sandal. Looks graceful on the foot and feels comfortable. However, I decided not to exchange it. Had it been made correctly the first time, I probably would have kept it, but when I thought about it, I decided I really didn't need it.

Good looking shoe with a good heel height but found ww in this shoe was too wide which was a surprise. Will return and order a w width.

I have trouble finding comfortable shoes...I found these and they made it all through the sights of England. They run true to size and have sufficient padding to make walking pleasant.

I find this shoe to be comfortable (not lake a comfort sandal, though) and attractive with both pants and skirts. It's one I'll wear a lot!

These shoes are good for a hard to fit narrow foot because they are adjustable. They are very comfortable for walking and dancing and almost daily use on cobblestone streets for three months was the kiss of death for my 4 year old pair so I have just replaced them. The downside is that the leather stretches a lot over time, impacting stability.

Wow these feel an entire size too large. They are super comfortable feeling, though. Returning for a smaller size.

Wanted to love them like everyone else, but it just didn't work for me. Well constructed shoe and cute, but didn't cushion as well as I'd hoped. I'm between sizes, and would order a half size up as it pinched my toes a bit, too.

I ordered my normal size 6 and it was too large. I then got the 5.5 but it was too small especially the toe room at the tip. I needed a little more height for my big toe not to rub. I was going to get the 5.5 wide but Zappos was out.

I am so glad I tried these shoes. They were comfortable from the first time I put them on my size 9.5 W feet. I love the openness of the front of the shoe. It still hides unpolished toes. I also love the heel height. The strap is a little tough to buckle because it is a touch on the short side.

Great looking, comfortable shoes. The fit is true to size and the narrow width is perfect. I returned the navy pair and ordered a pair in black. The navy color is an odd shade of blue and not a true navy. I am giving these four stars because of the color.

These are cute, I also ordered some like them from Clarks, that I liked better, but the strap was too short. I love Zappos and all the helpful nice people that work there. All of you rock!

This is such a pretty, versatile shoe. I was excited to find it in a narrow size, but I can fit 3 fingers between my my foot and the strappy vamp of the shoe! Sorry, but this is not a narrow shoe. What a disappointment.

A perfect fit. Had a problem fastening the small buckle, due to my hip replacement. Sad to return them. Beautiful shoe.

I bought these shoes because I have high in-steps and these looked like they would open on the top just right and to my surprise they did! it was nice to be able to cute find shoes I could actually wear. If you have high-in-steps buy these! The only complaint I had, which I think has to do with the way my feet are shaped (high in-step) the ball of my foot rubbed the sole of the shoe, if I did much walking it would make my feet very sore, but for just around the office(I sit at a desk most of the day) they were great!

The shoes are very comfortable. The buckle is very small but once I got the strap adjusted I was able to get the shoes on and off without undoing it. I got the WW width and the shoes are actually a little loose, but that's better than having my toes squeezing out the sides.
