These were super cute and I loved the style. Overall, they were quite comfortable. The leather is a bit stiff when new, but I believe it would soften up quite nicely before too long. The only issue I had with them is that the finish on them is fairly light and seemed to be kind of 'open' rather than sealed up. I'm a bit hard on shoes, always scuffing them into things and such, and I was afraid they would end up looking dirty and ratty pretty quickly if they stayed with me. If you are not as careless as I am, these would be perfect. I was sad to see them go, but ended up with the Clarks Wendy Land instead.

Comfortable but no fun factor. Width was perfect and sole was cushioned and soft. Wish boxy, matronly style was a bit more fashion-forward. Would try brand again!

This is my preferred style of shoe because it breaks up the considerable length of my foot and has some adjustability. The cushioning on the shoe was nice. Unfortunately, though, the front of the shoe was not narrow enough for me. Also, I do not care for the contrast stitching on the shoe. I think that it detracts from the overall look of the shoe.

Very cute but the leather was stiff and too tight across the top of my feet. I have wide feet so that is a common problem. I ordered 8.5 W.

Love the style but not as much support as Aaravon Clarissa and its easier for me to have the velcro closure rather than the buckle.

Cute and comfy, but squeaky! Probably because of the way the leather overlaps. I'd like to wear them for awhile and see if the noise stops, but for the price I don't want to take the gamble -- sadly they'll go back.

Looking for something comfortable but not as costly as some of my favorites. These aren't my best due to the lesser cushion and hard heel, but they are better than most.

Well it sure was an endeavor to get these shoes in the right size for me. I generally wear an 8.5, sometimes a 9, rarely an 8. I have slightly wide feet but have no problems with shoe width 98% of the time. So I ordered these in 8.5B and they turned out to be quite a bit too narrow. Returned them for an 8.5W--too long. I ended up with an 8W which is actually still a tiny bit too narrow and length-wise I feel like I could still go down half a size. Summary: 95% of the time I wear an 8.5 with no width specification, with these shoes I'm wearing an 8W and feel like a 7.5WW would prob be the best fit (but I'm tired of exchanging these!). Other than that, these shoes are comfortable and I didn't even need to break them in--wore them for about 10 hours with no pain. My areas of special needs are high arches and slightly wide feet and these shoes are great for both (once you get the right size).

I have very fussy feet mostly due to arthritis and am very lucky to find these shoes that are dressier than the athletic shoes I usually have to wear. I am very happy with these shoes.

cute, well made, comfortable in the ball of the foot. The strap cuts into my ankle a little bit but I think the more i wear them the less this will happen. Overall, a staple kind of shoe for summer.

This shoe is comfortable - both the toe box and heel are well designed. The straps are not as substantial as I expected. This shoe would work well for a casual evening out and at many jobs.

I was happy to find a shoe that comes in wide. The W was wide enough for my foot. The WW was too wide. Unfortunately this shoe runs very long. I would go at least a size and a half lower than usual. Too bad they don't carry them in less than 6. I will be returning these.

I really like these shoes, however I have one issue. The strap is too tight and I would prefer Velcro. But a well made, well fitting shoe otherwise.

Comfortable. Rubbed top of toe after some wear but I had nylons on and it may have been caused by slippage. No problem in bare feet. A bit clunky. Best with slacks.

Cute style and good quality but the toe box pressed down on my toes in a way that I know would bother me. I usually wear 7.5 and have a rather narrow foot but the 7.5 Medium was not right for me in this shoe. I'm exchanging for an 8 because I've looked so long for a closed-toe sandal in Navy!

My feet are wide in the toe area and it's hard to find nice-looking closed toe shoes that have a wide-enough toe box. These shoes (7EE) finally fit the bill, the toe box is wide enough without looking clunky. The leather upper and lining feel somewhat stiff and scratchy (have only worn them for two days, so far). As others have pointed out, the straps are awkward to put on/undo. Color for the 'light tan' is somewhat drab, not a rich tan color.

I have a bunion on my left foot and these cover it and do not hurt. The only problem I had was the top of the shoe rubs the the top of my toes, which would produce blisters. I wore them for day at work with a stocking. I'm on my feet, maybe, 25% of the time. I am keeping them and hoping that the leather will stretch enough to no longer rub. I have to give it a couple of days between wearing them.

Loved this shoe - cute ankle strap, just enough of a heel, and it comes it WW! I think it runs a tad long as I normally wear 10.5, got the 10 and it was a bit big - was rubbing my heel as it was too loose. Also the front part with the woven straps - very cute but it is was not my style. I definitely recommend these being worth a try.

Adorable shoe, just cut wrong for my foot (strap doesn't fit comfortably around my ankle). I wanted them so badly and you can tell the heel and construction and bed are great - just need to add an inch to strap when dealing in WW feet - I also have High Instep and thicker ankle.

Wonderful shoe, but runs large. Toes pop out of openings so would need a sock. Afraid next size down would pinch large toes. The little bit of elastic where the buckle connects is not good quality though and afraid it will come off, as it is this is difficult to put on the shoe. Would be better if it were with a velcro closing instead of buckle on flimsy elastic. There ARE heavier sturdier elastic straps out there. This in a closed toe would be great shoe and as it is despite toes popping out I would keep this, but not with that elastic. Sorry, as this is a really well constructed comfortable shoe otherwise.

Nice summer sandal for walking. The white color was a little bland, but I can adjust it with a tint if I decide it's too conservative. The shoe is well constructed, and the footbed has the cushion that SoftSpots is known for. The shoe length was about a half size longer than I would expect, but over all its a comfortable shoe, and being closed toed, I decided it's not a big problem. I think I'll get a lot of use from these sandals.

Nice and comfortable for flat, wide feet. I have an awful time fitting my bunion foot into stylish shoes. Not only do I need a double wide, but it has to be roomy enough to keep the bunion pain free. These shoes worked really nicely, not too high a heel height, but high enough to look nice with a dress. Comfortable to walk in on the very first day.

These are feminine and comfortable. They fit true to size. No chafing, rubbing, or any of the usual new shoe problems. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I just received this today and tried it on. I ordered my regular size 7 and it was too small. I'm sending it back. I didn't bother walking around because it was too uncomfortable.

This is a really cute shoe. The only thing that I do not like is the buckle. It is so small that it is hard to get buckled. About Zappos - Zappos is the way to shop. It is a pleasure to do business with them. Keep up the good work.
