I bought Softspots Tatianna in black in a store last year and it was ultra comfortable. The ankle straps were too tight, so I did need to punch an additional hole for the buckle. I was thrilled to find this style on Zappos in tan.

I love this shoe and have three pair in different colors. I have a narrow foot and it fits perfect and is so comfortable. It is the only dressy type shoe that I can say really feels good.

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable. I am on my feet a lot during the day and I'm not a spring chicken, my feet no longer hurt me at the end of the day.

Shoes are nice looking and comfortable! The light tan color is neutral and goes with everything. I usually don't spend this much on shoes for me, but did not regret this purchase. Actually, I regret that I didn't buy a second pair in red! I enjoyed wearing these all summer.

I really like the shoes. I have a hard foot to fit. I am size 11 3AAA or 2AA. Finding shoes in my size can be quite difficult. Thank you Zappos for carrying the odd sizes.

Comfortable and attractive, which is rare for a shoe! While other ladies hobble around on spike heels, I am comfortable and looking good with these.

Very cute and comfy shoe. I don't like high heels, so this heel height is perfect. Comfortable, but not flats. The contrast stitching along the edge of the shoe, where it is attached to the sole, makes it look a bit too casual for really dress-up outfits.

I love these shoes. I had bought a black pair from another store last year. I was very happy to find them again in tan. I wish it came in dark brown but tan is close enough. They are very comfortable and look nice with pants, jeans, capris, even dresses and skirts. Thank you for having these in your stock.

After reading these shoes I thought they would be great for my trip to Europe. I bought my normal size 7, but felt like it was a little narrow. I have a lot of Dansko shoes which tend to have a wider fit. I bought this shoe in a 1\/2 size larger but then it was too big. Because the shoes felt so comfortable, I was determined to try again. I bought a size 7 wide and it was perfect. Over 2 weeks of walking in Europe and these shoes were the most comfortable ones I packed. Very airy for the humid and hot days, and then on the colder days I was able to wear them with socks and pants. I would definitely recommend this style.

I have a narrow foot and a terrible time trying to find shoes in retail stores. So Zappos is my hero. These shoes are comfortable and cute...good support . First time out I wore them all day walking on New York city sidewalks.

I ordered this shoe in my regular size 7 B but the right shoe cap smashed my big toe so I reordered it in a 7.5 B and now it fits perfectly. This is a very comfortable and cute shoe and I love the closed toe style. The strap and buckle are a little hard to fasten, but I manage. I like the fact that it has no high arch support which I find very uncomfortable. I really like this shoe.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I originally ordered them in black and then came back and ordered the tan.

So far I like this shoe. I have wide feet with not much padding/tissue so I am always looking for a soft, nice casual to dressy shoe. Most of the Soft shoes work for me and some of the Clarks. They do feel a little sloppy. A half size smaller would be better but I've worn them a couple times outdoors and cannot return them. As one's foot gets warm, some leather as these can expand. I love Zappos and have ordered from them many times and they have always accepted my returns and credited me super fast.

Got these shoes from another retailer previously in a different color and couldn't find the navy ones in the right size anywhere. Usually wear a 6-1/2 wide and that was way too long with these, so I opted for the 6 double wide and they were perfect! I love the dressy-but-not-too-dressy look for wearing with business pants and they look nice with dresses, as well. Super comfortable! So glad I finally found them.
