These are fabulous! I have heel pain, and these are the only sandals I have been able to wear. The cushoning makes them so comfortable and I can wear them all day. I recommend them highly!

I love these shoes. I wear size 5-1/2 and am unable to purchase shoes anywhere but the internet. This shoe fits perfect - True to size & width.

Very comfortable right out of the box. They are cute (just a bit dowdy!) with skirts, without having to wear a higher heel. My feet are wide and the wide width was perfect.

This is my first pair of Softspots. They're wonderful! Will definitely buy more. True size; comfortable right out of the box. Plan to wear them on vacation in Italy, where I'll be doing a lot of walking. Am confident they'll be great.

This shoe is great for me! For my lower back issues, I need a lower & stable heel. I can wear my ultra-thin orthotics in this shoe and my feet are comfortable without breaking in the shoes. It's stylish enough for me to wear with summer dresses to work I highly recommend Tatianna.

Buy this sandal. I can't believe it, but I already own five pairs (in three different colors) and now I'm buying three more pairs -- three new colors! Ah...help! Someone stop me please! (And don't tell my hub about the new three pairs!) These sandals fit great right out of the box, have a comfortable heel height and are stable (and can be worn all day), look good not nerdy, can be dressed up or down, and the quality is very good for the price. Did I mention that they are a true 10WW size with no pinching or bulging? Yea! So don't let me be the only Tatianna junkie out here, get yourself a pair or two. I'm willing to share...right now.

I bought the Tatianna shoes and absolutely love them. I have what I would call "difficult feet" but these shoes feel and look great. They should fit almost anyone. I am very happy, and so are my feet!

These are the most comfortable shoes that I have ever owned! From the first minute, I felt as if I were walking on clouds! They are elegantly designed, true to size and width, and an absolute pleasure to wear.

I've got wide feet and a high arch, so finding attractive shoes is always a challenge. These fit right out of the box, and I've been getting compliments on them.

I have not yet found any shoes (including tennis shoes) that are totally comfortable for my aching feet, but these are as close as I can get although I did not wear for a long period and was not on my feet a lot! I'm not sure on how arch support compares to other shoes.

This is a versatile style that works especially well with skirts. Just the right heel height. This is definitely a comfortable shoe (take it from a teacher who is on her feet all day!)

This is an amazingly comfortable shoe. I have really wide feet and while the fit is a tiny bit awkward at the widest part of my foot, they are still unbelievably comfortable and good looking (they are sized as indicated, but most extra wide shoes are narrow on me). A great shoe for summer. I walked around all day in these with no break-in period and no issues. The soft inside is amazing!

This shoe is awesome. It has just enough heel to be comfortable and feel a little lifted. the cushion on the inside actually does feel like a pillow too, which was an excellent bonus. The only thing is it too a day or two to break in by my heel 9but a band aid prevented any blisters for those days. Now they feel perfect!

These are real comfortable and real cute too. I'm never sure if I'll take the medium width or the wide width because depending on the shoe I could go either way. I chose the wide on this shoe and I'm happy. Nice to find a comfortable shoe that's not too casual. So I got it in both the black and the tan.

These shoes are what I wanted, comfortable, nice looking, and working through Zappos. No shipping fee! I ordered these in 2 other colors, and am just as happy with those.

Love this shoe! Purchased a second pair in black. Looks great, stays on, and comfortable all day walking on hard surfaces. Buckle was a bit tight at times during the day so I added an eyelet. Zappos' service is hard to beat - my new favorite online service.

First time buying from Zappos. Read all the reviews and watched video on this shoe. I bought it to have a shoe with a little heel to wear with black slacks. If it did not have a strap, it would be a little wide for my foot (9 1/2B) . Very comfortable to walk in and looks stylish. Wish they would have made inside sole color black to match shoe color. Agree with other reviews that a velcro closure would have been nice on strap.

I wear an 8 wide and so now order all my shoes from Zappos. These had zero break-in time very comfortable, casual shoe. Thinking of ordering another color but I have bunions and they stick out between the straps. Love the leather footbed with Softspots when wearing with no hosiery. Heel is very comfortable. If you have a wide foot, order these. You won't be disappointed.

The most comfortable shoes I've tried on since I can remember! Right out of the box they are unbelievably comfortable. I have a lot of trouble finding shoes that don't hurt my feet somewhere and these were amazing. They do run big, between a 1/2 size and a size. I'm a solid 10W and I had to send the 10W back for a 9.5W, but I think I might actually need the 9W. They also run very wide, my wide feet with bunion had tons of room in the whole toe. Cannot recommend these enough, I'm definitely going to buy them in black. I have the green, it's a great color, much like the picture. These seem well made and are very light. Rave!

These are my new favorite summer shoes and I'm considering buying another pair in a different color! I wear a wide, and these fit really well. The ankle strap is perfect and the shoes were very comfortable right out of the box. No break in required. There is a slight puff/hiss noise as you walk in these - most likely due to the footbed material being so cushioned. Can be a little annoying.

Great shoes! Very comfortable, wonderful heel support. I have been on crutches for 10 weeks now and needed a supportive shoe for the non-effected foot as it is taking all my weight now. This shoe provides great comfort and support.
