I already own this shoe in white, and find it to be comfortable and attractive. This shoe allows me to wear my insert (arch support) but still has a strappy, sandal look.

I was very leery of ordering shoes online, but figured I'd try it once. The measurement guide was very helpful, although my dog thought I was crazy while I was measuring! Shoes were a perfect fit and arrived in a very short time. Love the shoes--love Zappos. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

I own three pairs of these shoes. They are great to wear with summer dresses. Enough of a heal for some height, but very comfy for walking city blocks.

I got these to walk around Europe. They are great, very comfy! I have a lot of problems with my arches, and yet after walking all day in these they didn't bother me. Look great with Capri!

Bought these shoes when I couldn't find a similar pair of Easy Spirits in my size. Sprang for three pairs in three different colors -- and am fighting the urge to buy another pair! For the first time in a long time, I've found fashionable, comfortable summer shoes that are easy to wear and add a bit of spark to hot-summer outfits! Still trying to hold the line on buying that fourth pair, but I feel my resistance breaking down! By the way, they work better than the Easy Spirits for me as the back doesn't come up as high on my heel as the ES did...they chafe against the bottom of my ankle bone. The Softspots don't.

This summer shoe is very comfortable and well made. The elastic on the buckle prevents the strap from cutting into your foot. My only gripe and it is difficult to buckle.

This is a great shoe! Was able to wear them immediately right out of the box and were so comfortable! Cute, too. Wore them at work where I was on my feet for 8 hours and no blisters or tired feet. Great product! I bought a pair in the tan color as well.

I generally do not order on-line, but I have a hard time finding size 5 or 5 1/2 shoes. I love their selection but most of all I love the speedy delivery. Order one day, they are delivered to my door the next day.

Very comfortable shoe! I'm on my feet most of the day and these shoes have been great. They are also adorable with jeans, shorts or skirts. I have a narrow size and these felt just a little bit wide, but with the strap they fit great.

This is a very comfortable shoe and true to size. I can wear it all day. I wish the color were a darker brown as the light tan doesn't match outfits as well as you think it would.

Love these shoes! They feel great right out of the box, and look cute with pants or a skirt. It's hard to find a pair of mostly open sandals, in a wide width, that look "ladylike" enough to wear to serious places like a religious services. Immediately ordered another pair (for back-up) in black, and a pair in white. Would like to have more colors available. Great shoes.

Very attractive shoe and supremely comfortable. I own three pairs in different colors. One can wear them with pants, capris or skirts.

This is the 3rd pair (different colors) of this shoe that I own. They are comfortable, I can be on my feet for long periods of time and they look good. I even wore them for my son's wedding when my feet swelled and I couldn't wear the strappy ones I had ordered.

I originally ordered these in a 6W (my usual size when I can get it). They were way too long. I then tried 5.5M (wide not available at that size): too small. Finally I tried the 6M. Logically the 6M should not have been shorter in length than the 6W, but they were - nearly 1/2 inch shorter. The 6Ms fit fine. There was still plenty of room in the width for me. I bought these in the light tan and in the navy. Beautiful shoes, and very comfortable. They have a nice padded sole. Haven't tried Softspots in the past, but I like these a lot! Could/would never have done all this back and forth without the free shipping policy! Thanks, Zappos!

I love this shoe! After having several surgeries on both feet, I've needed to find a comfortable shoe with a moderate heel. This is perfect! I have a pair in Navy, Black and Wine (discontinued). When I wear these shoes for a special occasion, they are comfortable to walk in from parking lot to the building. And the other wonderful thing about them is that Softspots offers them in Size 5! My only requests to Softspots. Please offer them in Gray with black heel, and please continue to offer them in Size 5.

These are very comfortable and with the small heel they are dressy enough to wear to work. The support is great and I can walk in these shoes all day. They are the perfect summer work shoe. I don't find the mixed color shoes as attractive as the single color ones, and I wish more colors were available in the single color shoes.

Very pleased with these shoes. Exactly what I was looking for. I ordered a wide width, actually could have taken the regular width, but they are not too big. I wanted a cute pair of sandals to wear to work, I didn't want open toes. These are a great fit. I have worn these for 15 hours and are still comfortable. Looks nice with jeans, dress pants, capris, and shorts!
