These are great shoes, nice arch and comfortable for my wide toes. The 11W is too small and the 12 and 12W are too big. Oh, woe, they're not right for my feet but really a nice shoe, especially at this price.

These are a terrific value. Comfortable, cute. I wish there were more colors. I'm a size 9 and the shoes are fine either barefoot or with a very thin sock. I want to get a 9.5 to accommodate heavier socks, as the one time I tried them I felt some pressure on my toes. There's practically no arch support but somehow they're easy to walk to work in, spend a lot of time on my feet at work, and walk home and my feet feel fine.

These are nice sandals and I have gotten compliments on the style. I don't like open toed shoes so these are perfect. The only problem with them is getting the strap in the small clasp.

Love the shoe but runs small for being a narrow. I am usually a 9M and I would need half size longer to be able to use the narrow width. It is going back.

These sandals are great for walking and for my work (I have to wear closed toe and heel styles). At first the right sandal rubbed/irritated parts of my foot, primarily around the base of the strap where the stitching is, but that has since stopped. I think I just had to break the shoe in!

This is my third pair of Tatiannas and I'm waiting for additional colors. Comfortable, and attractive with skirts, jeans and slacks.

I have a hard time finding comfy shoes that accommodate bunions and don't look dowdy. These sandals fit the bill -- very comfortable, even with the heel, look great. I love the splash of orange and yellow color. Zappos notified me by e-mail when my size became available -- great service.

Like this shoe because it has great comfort all day. This is the second pair of the same style I like it so much. That is saying a lot for a woman, right?

I love these sandals! I originally wanted the Ivory color but not in stock for my size. I ordered the Black and could not believe that I finally found a sandal that fit my most problematic feet. I needed the 'EE". They look wonderful for 'Dressy'. I like them so much that I bought the Ivory color once they had my size. I also really like that the 'toe box' covers a lot. Love both colors; great shoe/sandal!

There was a vertical strip of glue on the inside area of the shoe area above the heel. I couldn't clean all of it off. I'm returning these and will re-order the same shoes.

Very comfortable first time wearing them. No break in period! All around great shoe.

This is a pair very comfortable shoes. I've worn my for a couple weeks now working at the office and doing shopping. It never hurt my feet. I just ordered another pair in ivory.

Amazing shoes! I wore these straight out of the box at an event where I was on my feet the entire day. They are incredibly comfortable, and I didn't get a single blister or rubbed spot even though I'd never worn them before. And, I get complements every time I wear them too! I'll be going back for more colors.

These shoes are so adorable, comfortable and fun to wear! They run European sizes. I am usually a 9.5 in American made shoes, but in this European shoe, I ordered 8.5 and they were perfect.

I love these sandals. With wide feet and bunions it is so hard for me to find a pair of shoes that actually fit. These fit perfectly and with low heels so it is not straining on my back. I bought them in tan and navy.

Love these shoes! I ordered Softspots Tatianna in black to wear to a wedding, and wore them comfortably all afternoon and evening. The low (1 3/4" inch) heel and cushiony soft insole make for a comfortable walking (or dancing!) shoe. The simple, classic style makes them versatile enough for dressy or casual occasions. They are a perfect fit for my narrow foot, though I did return my first pair for a half size larger. I'm thinking of ordering a second pair in another color. Highly recommended!

I must love these shoes because I just received my third pair. I bought the black two summers ago, have worn them frequently and they still look and feel great. I added the navy (a nice dark navy hard to find) last summer and they still look new. I added the tan this season. They are perfect for summer. Great with summer dresses and with slacks. I wear them with or without hose. There is a reason this shoe gets 5 stars. Maybe the red next summer? By the way, Zappos is great. Best place ever to shop. I love the free shipping and free returns (I have a hard to fit foot).

Comfy right out of the box. Did not expect that at all. These are simple and nice enough for a dress occasion. There is a distinct difference from the photo and in person, however. The pretty gathering of the black straps around the front of the foot and toe area is nice in the picture. These pretty straps are pretty spaced out in real life. There is another difference I cannot quite put my finger on. But I like them.

I'm getting old. I need comfort more than latest style but hate frumpy shoes. These are comfortable as well as a cool summer alternative to more "bare" shoes. I have nasty toes and like to keep them covered. This shoe serves as a decent sandal for work, shopping, etc., comfy enough for all day wear. This is my 2nd pair; I may get same in another color for fall. The modest heel gives a nicer look than flats; good support.

Very comfy - I can wear them without hose/socks. Did have to add another notch in the strap but that's just the shape of my foot.

I needed summer shoes that were a little more dressy, and these were perfect...for about 4 hours. Unfortunately, the right shoe caused a blister, but I attribute that to the fact that these days I only wear clogs and open heels. Bottom line: Very attractive if you're into this look, and I will wear them again (with a bandaid on my right heel).

These sandals are beautiful and comfortable. They go with everything. The understated metallic colors are very pleasant. Closed toe means you can wear them in April. They go with jeans or a skirt. The footbed is cushioned, the sole doesn't slip. Highly recommended!

These shoes were exactly what I wanted. My only mistake was ordering them in double wide, W would have been perfect, but they still fit fairly well. They are certainly comfortable, and stylish.

I was looking for a pair of closed-toe, spring/summer shoes for work. My narrow heel tends to slip out of pumps. These shoes are just what I wanted. Cute and comfortable, and great with my longer summer skirts. Hope these are around for a while!

I bought these to wear to a wedding. I have trouble buying shoes because my feet are wide and I have had foot surgery. These shoes were comfortable the first time I wore them, to the wedding. So glad to be able to get wide shoes from Zappos.
