These are great shoes that so comfortable! I get them in every color. I ordered two pairs at the end of last season to wear this season and just realized that I ordered the wrong size! I am so glad that Zappos has a 365 day return policy!

I have narrow feet and have trouble finding shoes that fit. Since I also have multiple sclerosis and don't drive anymore, it is very difficult for me to buy shoes. In addition to shoes from softspots, I have bought Conrad sneakers. I am grateful to Zappos for having such an extensive online site.

I never write reviews, but these shoes deserve an effort. I've had only 3 pairs of comfortable shoes in my whole life, and these are one of them. Very soft, spacious (my feet are very wide) and stable. My size 8.5W. They look very flattering.

Love these shoes and very comfortable. Had to order 1 size smaller because the normal size was too long. The ordering and return and resend was exceptionally fast.

These sandals are so comfortable and did not require breaking in. attractive with just the right height heel.

Great shoe. Dresses up or down. Heel is not too high. The buckle is a little awkward, but I figure the inconvenience is worth the comfort and secure fit the shoe provides. I am a 7W and these run true to size! I have 2 pair now, and will get more!

Great looking and feeling shoe! I have a bunion on my right foot, that makes me need wider shoes, which makes finding attractive shoes difficult. These shoes were perfect for wearing with slacks or dressier crops/capris, and were comfortable right away.

These have got to be the most comfortable shoe I have ever owned! They fit perfectly and I am loving how they look. I hope they never wear out.

It is very difficult to find stylish closed toe sandals in a WW width. These sandals are very comfortable with no break in period required. I did have to order half a size smaller than usual so the 9½WW was a perfect fit. Zappos' customer service is outstanding and the free shipping offered even for returns is another plus.

Great shoe right out of the box. I ordered a 8.5 W since and will be wearing barefoot. They were from the first time I wore them, no problems at all. May order in black.

Oh, how disappointed I am! These shoes are really cute, really well made, and were so comfortable out of the box that I knew they would remain that way through all their days...however, I have crooked toes and bunions and because they are crooked, my toes actually slipped through that little spaces in the straps! The shoes were actually wide enough! I wear a D width and these were the perfect width fit. The length also seemed correct. If not for my crooked toes, these shoes would have remained mine, but as my toes were sticking out like ugly thorns on a lovely rose bush they have to be returned. On a side note...I might have returned them had they fit because I ordered navy and honestly they are such a dark navy they look black. They are nearly the same color as the black sole. I had to carry one outside...did not wear it...to see if the color was actually navy and not black. Well, it was pretty difficult to tell the difference. If you are looking for a true navy color, this might not be the shoe color for you; however, they are so well made, so classy, the right sizing, and too cute you can't go wrong...it's just not for me. Maybe they will be the right one for you!

The perfect summer shoe! I am going to purchase another pair so I have a backup when these wear out!

Normally when you see WW offered it means that the shoes in general run a little smaller in the width than normal. NOT THESE SHOES. I have a very wide foot and ordered WW only to find that they were too large - by quite a bit. This is probably the first time that I have returned a pair of shoes because the width was too large. The shoes seemed to be comfortable and while they are not the most fashionable sandal they fit the closed toe requirement required in my workplace. I am returning the WW and ordering a W which should fit just fine.

Obviously, this item does not need my positive review; however, as an individual with very wide feet that rarely can put on a pair of shoes and wear them straight out of the box without blisters on the first day...wow! I've work these shoes for 2 days in a row and not a sore spot on either foot. Lots of room and very comfy. 10 stars!

I like these shoes so much I bought a white pair too. I have a 2E foot, as most females know you don't just walk into a department store and find a 2E. They have plenty of room for my wide feet, my heel is narrow so the strap keeps it on my foot tight.

I was searching for a comfortable shoe for work in a business casual environment. My back and knees cannot take high heels and the soles of my feet cannot handle hard flat shoes. These are perfect and truly fit the bill! I will always consider Softspots when purchasing a shoe in the future.

This is my second pair of these. I can wear them all day at work and be comfortable. Just the right heel for me. Great shoe for dress up and casual.

I have small wide feet and these shoes feel very comfortable, true to size, and look good, too. Wish they came in a higher heel size (2.5 inches to 2.75 inches) as well as I would buy them for work. I am happy with my purchase. I know I will wear them often.

My dog ate my first pair and I liked them so much I ordered two more in the same color. I wanted a backup pair just in case she was able to sneak off with another shoe. I wear the Lt. Tan with shorts, jeans, and slacks. They look good with everything. They are also very comfortable. I order the D because I have a wide foot and they fit well.

I have a pair of this shoe in tan and have loved them and decided to stock up before the style is discontinued. I do English Country Dancing and have found this to be a very comfortable dance shoe. I also have a bunion on my right big toe and this shoe accommodates that very well.I also wear this shoe to school (I'm an elementary school principal) all day and I keep up my kids just fine!

These are the most amazing shoes I have ever worn. They are more comfortable than walking barefoot on carpet. I just ordered another pair. Would love to see dressier heels with the same level of comfort.

I have a wide foot and bad bunions. These shoes are wonderful. I can even dance in them. The little straps just slide around the bunions. I got red ones and a year later bought them in black and navy.

I have worn these shoes for several years, and just bought my second pair. They are very comfortable, with just a bit of a heel, and look great with capris, dresses, and jeans. The soles are cushioned enough for walking moderate distances.
