Ordered my true size and had to return for a half size smaller. Still very loose. Wearing with socks is okay. These shoes are really comfortable and classic.

Liked everything about the shoe, ordered a wide width, the heel was to wide for my fit so it slipped as I walked.

Very nice shoe, just didn't fit quite right on me.

My heels pop out of the back, but I’m hoping inserts will help. The shoes are adorable.

I have a narrow foot but I usually don't order a narrow size. I thought I'd try a narrow but this shoe was too narrow and too small. It was very plain and I won't try another size. It is a well made classic shoe.

I love the look of the shoe. However, I am returning it for a half size larger. I am between a size 8 1/2 and a 9 and ordered the 8 1/2 because as a slip on, I prefer it to be a LITTLE on the snug size. Maybe due to the fact that this loafer is to me on the narrower side, the 8 1/2 was too tight. So, I would say if you are in between sizes, go up.

I have a narrow foot and was excited to find these shoes in my size and with. Unfortunately, my heel slips out of the shoe with each step. So they had to go back.

I usually wear an 8 1/2 and I tend towards having narrow feet. I ordered the size 8 M because several reviewers mentioned that they needed to order down size-wise…so I got the 8. I went with M thinking that if the 8 was slightly tight on me that maybe a little extra room in the width department would help with the overall fit. I was wrong. I can’t even get the 8's on! So I’m reordering in my actual size.

I love the shoe but unfortunately I had to return then ordered a 10N but heel is to big and and the leather rubs on my bone on my left foot

Other reviews said to size down, so I ordered 8N, but it was way too short. So then I ordered my regular size, 8.5N, and it fits perfect. Although the heel may slip once I break it in. But I can just use a heel insert. The rest of the fit is great on my narrow foot.

My aged foot has developed bunion and loafer’s the penny band hits. Love penny loafer, love Eastland, disappointed these just hit my foot wrong in one area. Otherwise these were perfect, color, fit; beautiful shoes, indeed!

Gosh, I love these shoes! They fit great in every way, except the heel. Unfortunately, the heel is just too big for me, and flops off as I walk. I put two heel pads in each one, and still couldn't keep them on. Sadly, I must return them

I ordered these in my usual size of 7.5. They were too wide on my feet, especially in the heel. My whole heel came out with each step. Sadly, I returned them.

Beautiful shoes and comfortable, except I did need to pull up the soul and put in an arch support.

I had to put an arch support into the shoe. But other than that, I love them

Fit and size were good & I love wearing them. So much nicer than tennis shoes.

Nice, well made shoes but a bit too snug for me to think they would stretch out enough to be comfortable. A half size larger would have made them too long. Also to my mind they are more dark brown than dark tan.

Classic shoe. Can’t really go wrong if you’re a fan of penny loafers. Could tell Eastland quality still there. Returned because the wrong color was sent. Ugh. Seems like mistakes of this sort are becoming more common since Zappos merged with Amazon. I miss the old Zappos. :(

This is a very nice looking loafer. Soft leather and nice cushion in the sole. Unfortunately it definitely runs a 1/2 size small, my foot measures between a 7-7.5M, my toes are smashed against the end of the shoe. Also, the wrong color was sent to me.

I don't know what happened?? My order online says size 7, but I received size 6.5, long long ago I was that size, right now I am 7. They remind me the ones in fashion when I was in college, I am going to return them and get loafers with thicker hills and soles since lately, I have some hill discomfort. They look comfortable, a lot of cushion inside the shoe, but I need extra support and anyways, 6.5 is too tight for me.
