After buying and returning several pairs of loafers, I ordered Eastland brand. Finally a shoe that was not so wide. Thank you Zappos for your generous return policy.

Good looking loafer, classic feel and leather. But it runs small and a bit narrow.

These will take some breaking in, but they have a comfortable supportive arch, classic and very well made. My feet are narrow & they fit.

I have a hard to fit foot (I'm 10.5 and between a B/C width). I tried this shoe in both the 11 M and W and sadly neither worked for me. M was too snug and W gaped around the side. Cute shoe, but I'll keep looking.

I really wanted these to work but sadly they were too narrow in the toe box despite purchasing a wide size.

I have a wide toe box and a very narrow heel,therefore it slipped in the back when walking

The Eastland 1955 Classic Edition really is just that. The loafer is well made with substantial high quality leather. Unfortunately the run about a half size too long; I'm a size 8 and my heel slipped right out of these shoes. Definitely worth trying for the classic style and quality, I just recommend going down a half size.

Gorgeous fitting shoe and looked so elegant on my Fred Flinstone feet. Extremely comfortable with a 5-minute "break in" period. Unfortunately, I ordered the burgundy and what I received was dark brown. Pretty in its own right, but not what I wanted. I'm afraid these will have to go back.

This shoe was exactly as pictured. It does run narrow and would be perfect in a half size larger.

These were beautifully made shoes. Unfortunately I couldn't get them on; I wear a 7N these felt like AAA. very tight in the bunion area.

Cute but narrow, sent back. Tried half size up, very uncomfortable. Shame because I liked them. It was not meant to be.

Leather was gorgeous - heel is abnormally narrow - seems like a strange place to narrow a shoe so much. Super disappointed because I was looking for new penny loafer

Beautiful shoes BUT HEEL SLIPPAGE !!!!!!!! Who can walk in these shoes????/ ..Take one step and you walk right out of the shoes! A shame because they are lovely but you can't walk in them. Do Chinese ladies have fat heels?? Obviously I returned them.

Unfortunately, they were too narrow for me so had to be returned. They were a classic style, so it's disappointing.

This shoe is tight. I wear a medium width in everything, but apparently not this. They are so tight that I don't wear them. Too bad, as I really like Eastland loafers and usually wear them until I have embarrassed myself. Not with this pair.

My order history showed that I ordered a size 8, but I intended to get a 7.5. The shoes I received were a 7.5. Weird. Anyway, they slipped on my heel pretty bad. Also, the sole and heel are rubber. I must have missed that in the description. I expected leather. The color was called burgundy, but they looked brown to me. They were relatively comfortable though. Maybe somebody else would appreciate these shoes more than I.

The shoes look great. Unfortunately, the heel is too wide and I am walking out of them. By the time the leather stretches a little, they would be unwearable, so back they go.

I ordered my usual 7 wide size. To say that these shoes are too small is an understatement. I literally could not even get my feet into the shoes at all. I’m not sure if even one size larger would be enough it may require two sizes up since as I said they were not just too tight but I could not even get my feet in the shoes

Very tight around the top of the foot, just before where the toes start. Definitely size up. Im a size eight and these were s n u g. Like no socks, maybe stockings.. Also squeaked on the floor while I was trying them on, that may fade with wear but idk. Felt very well made, looked very nice. Sending them back for a bigger size.
