Well made, roomier than my other keens

These are awesome sandals with great support. I would size down a half size for maximum support.

On early assessment I am very pleased. These shoes are very comfortable; way better than my previous shoe (similar style different brand). My feet felt better from the first wearing. Not featherweight but certainly not too heavy. I've only had them for a couple of weeks so I can't comment from experience on durability. There is no velcro to fail; furthermore, the strings can be replaced by conventional strings should the original string/clasp mechanism eventually break. The lining around the ankle is very soft material which lends to comfort, but I'm not sure about durability.

Lots of cushion to the heel and shock absorption. Love the closed heel!

My first time buying Keen sandals and won’t be the last. The support is superior thanks to the cushioned insole and outsole. These lightweight sandals will not disappoint when walking across rugged terrain. If you want a comfortable, high quality sandal that do not expose your heels, purchase Arroyos.

Have bought Arroyo sandals before, as well as Keen hiking boots and shoes. They all fit very comfortably. The sandals offer a lot of support for walking & standing, are not affected by water, good toe protection. These sandals are bigger than their size indicates, by minimum of 1/2 size. Plus after wearing for a while, they loosen up or stretch. Normally I wear 9 shoe, but bought 8.5 in the sandals.

I wear a 15 narrow in shoes. These sandals aren't narrow, but the toggles allow me to cinch them up for a perfect fit. They feel fantastic on, and I really like the color and style. Made my day finally finding sandals that fit my feet well!

These shoes are the best. We Live in a tropical climate; they are great for everyday wear. If they get wet, they drain and dry out. They have a very sturdy bottom, and good support for a sandal type shoe. Perfect for yard work, walking the dog and on roads-concrete, or grocery shopping.

I was sold on Keen quality before I bought these Arroyo II's. They are super comfortable, and my feet stay cool in hot, humid Missouri weather. Zappo's had the BEST online price! I bought a 2nd pair right away because the Arroyo II's are being replaced by Keen with the Arroyo III's which do not get consistently good reviews. I cannot say enough good things about Zappo's customer service. With the purchase of the 2nd pair, I had a couple somewhat complicated requests and the three different Zappo's customer service reps I dealt with were maybe the best I've encountered with online purchases . . . no joke!!! Great service!!!

I normally buy the Keen Newport H2's but wanted to try something a bit different. I saw these Arroyo II's and liked the way they had a more enclosed heel and a removable foot bed, 2 things I had problems with in the Newport's. I am very happy I tried these Arroyo's, they fit much better with the insoles and the more enclosed heel helps keep debris out of the shoes. They fit true to size and the insoles give much better arch support, these are much better for walking/hiking and the Newport's work better for water related activities.

I normally wear an 11.5, but I ordered an 11 and they are perfect! These shoes are extremely comfortable and you foot can breath. They offer great grip for walking and hiking. They can be worn with socks or without socks based on weather conditions. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and these shoes minimize my aches and pains because the support is simply amazing. No breakin required, began wearing them immediately with no discomfort.

Very comfortable, look great and great sale price.

Reviews on the Arroyo III are underwhelming at best, so I was glad to find the Arroyo II still available. I think I’ll buy another pair right away, which should do me until at least 2023. (I wear them every single day -no exaggeration. If only Keen would bring back the Arroyo Pedal, my favorite bike shoe, my life would be pretty perfect.)

These are great shoes, not too hot, but more coverage than a sandal. Great for summer but a little more dressy than sandals. Would have kept them but I need the next size up and they are sold out.

I ordered these for my husband and he loves them.

These are sandals which are the best of both worlds. Comfortable airy summer feel with the protection of a shoe for trail walking.

Ordering my second pair of Keen Arroyo II. Wore the first pair almost constantly for 2 1/2 years; only exception was deep winter in upstate NY when snow depth was more than 1". First pair walked through the Roman Forum and Galapagos Islands. Always comfortable with good support and just the right amount of ventilation. And they never marked up my white fiberglass boat. Sadly, the laces are wearing out and the big gray pads on the soles (not heels) are finally wearing through to the underlying black rubber. Expect to be wearing the Arroyo IIs as long as I and Keen are around.

Feels true to size and width. I add my own inserts with more arch support. I just purchased my fourth pair of these. Love 'em. Zappo's service is excellent, as always.

These are well constructed, light weight and almost perfectly comfortable. I have very flat feet and the arch support is substantive, so I can't wear them, sadly enough. But, if you have normal feet, these will be great for you.

Awesome footwear. I bought them and hiked Zions National Park for two days right away. Required no break in and performed perfectly.

Left shoe a little loose, but that's me not the shoe. I find these very comfortable for summer wear with or without socks. I like the protection for the toes usually not offered with regular sandals. Easy on, easy off. Good support and a solid sole that doesn't drag much in. I've worn 'em everyday since I got 'em, but I'm retired so no worries about dressing for the office.

The shoes are too wide for my feet. I tried to cinch them down as far as possible, but my feet are too narrow for D width. They would not be supportive on hikes and uneven surfaces.

so far I love them! comfortable, Had to add my own arch because I need an excellent arch. Zappos is GREAT! They have been so good to me. The people who answer phone are so understanding and to my needs they are great! I'm ready to get another pair. I love these shoes

I had never ordered from Zappos before, so I was a bit reluctant - and I had also never ordered or worn hiking sandals - but I was pleasantly surprised on both counts! Zappos shipped my Keen Arroyo II sandals to me in record time. The sandals are amazingly comfortable, even when walking on gravel, sidewalk or asphalt. I am planning on taking them on a Canoe portage trip to Canada, so I needed something that would wear well on trail, canoe, or if I get them wet, and the Keen Arroyo II fits the bill! Very comfortable, durable, great sole, great feel.
