My new New Balance shoes - They look great, but, seem a little flimsier. However, I have been used to wearing the all leather New Balance walking shoe, so used to a heavier shoe. They feel pretty darn good and we did a lot of walking recently on vacation and they were very comfortable.

Looks good - Shoes came very quickly! Exchange for the proper size came even quicker! I believe shoes are sized half size small. Tread on front is pulling away from under side of shoe, in just 3 weeks time. They look good yet I feel it would be a hassle to exchange because of the tread issue. Oh well.

Just not the shoe for me - I LOVE the looks of this shoe and was excited to see it in a wide width in the black. It is a great looking shoe. However, the sole was too thin and not cushy enough for my arthritic feet, so I am sending it back.

I think this shoe has a very flat bottom with no visible or "feelable" arch, which surprised me for a NB shoe. Also, the removable sole is almost paper thin, also with no cushion whatsoever. Good points - the overall style and look of the shoe, a good width heel (not too wide, it hugs and holds the heel). I'd prefer another 1/4" width in the toe box, however, as I have to wear "corn pads" on the little toe with these shoes.

Cute but not for problem feet - I love these shoes. They are cute and light and seem great. However, they have a thin sole and don't offer much support. Given my problems with pronating, plantar fasciitis, etc. I had to send them back. Darn. I really liked them.

Nice look, but not great fit - I really liked the shoe, but it had no arch support for me. I recently started a boot camp class with running and needed a good shoe. This was not it. I ended up keeping the shoe and I ordered another brand from Zappos.

Not Quite What I Had Hoped For - This shoe is super cute, very light and would be great on race day and that's about it. It is comfy but not very durable. I went out for 2 easy short runs (about a mile each) and I didn't even run the whole way because I am just starting for the season and haven't run in over a year due to being pregnant so they were very easy paced runs. The heel is already starting to crease and wear down. I have had to buy a new pair of shoes that I can run in full time. I would be buying a new pair of shoes now anyway if I wore these to run in. I'm bummed because I love New Balance. They are very cute though and if you're not wanting to put miles on them they're great.

Look cute, hurt your feet - I bought these for my daughter. She loved them immediately and they seemed to feel good and fit great. However, after wearing them all day, she said they made her feet hurt. She talked to a friend who also had a pair and the friend had the same problem. I'm not sure what about the shoes makes her feet hurt...maybe she needs to "work them in"? I do know that she hasn't worn the shoes since that first time.

Stylish...yes...running and or workout shoe...no - Ordered these in the grey/raspberry color. I agree with other reviews in that these are a very stylish shoe that could go easily from the gym to your casual wear. Is it a great workout shoe? I would say, definitely not. In this color, I found the fabric very stiff and not at all comfortable. I didn't think it had any arch support what so ever. I don't know how you could run or even walk comfortably in this shoe for any length of time. I exchanged them for the NB WT800 which I found far more comfortable and maybe even more "stylish" as far as a workout shoe goes. If you are looking for a good workout shoe that is also stylish, I definitely prefer the 800. As always, Zappos returned them, hassle-free and I had my new pair the next day. I never hesitate trying out anything from Zappos as there return policy is the best and the quickness of their order processing and delivery is far superior to any other internet company I have done business with. LOVE Zappos!!!!

Great shoe with a little tweaking - First off, these are super cute shoes that look great with most of my casual clothes (raspberry color). But, looks aren't everything. I like the fact that the shoes are very, very light and cushy, but the upper construction fails to provide any lateral support. I overpronate and these shoes emphasize that problem; however, I bought a pair of blue Superfeet and those correct it. I took out the flimsy insole to accommodate the Superfeet...I don't think you could get a very thick orthotic in there. The arch support is super for someone with relatively flat feet like mine, maybe not for someone with high arches. With the Superfeet these shoes feel like I could do a full day of vigorous walking no problem. I wouldn't run in them though unless you have a pretty neutral foot. As far as fit, I bought them in my usual size with a B width (I have wide feet, but NB's are wide to begin with).

Wow, these are small! I thought I was ordering trail running shoes. I think these are track shoes. And small! These are my normal NB size, but these run really smaller and narrower. The gray and pink are so cute.

I ordered these shoes because I thought they looked stylish and I liked how light they are. When I received them I found them comfortable. However, when I wore them on the New York subway system, I found that the tread pattern couldn't grip the subway tile and I found myself slipping all the time. Since I spend a lot of time on the subway, I couldn't wear them and had to return them. If you don't live in a city, it probably wouldn't be a problem, but I'd think twice if you live in a city.

Surprised this has received such good reviews - These shoes were too small. I wear a size 11, and these felt at least ½ size too small. Also, the insole was a real problem. It felt/looked like it was a size 10 inside of a size 11 shoe and didn't fit well inside the shoe at all. Like another reviewer pointed out, the insole isn't attached, either, so it wants to come out and doesn't sit well inside the shoe. The look of the shoe is exactly what I wanted, but the fit was so poor that I couldn't compromise just to get the look I wanted.

Don't last too long - Very light and comfortable. Nice looking. One big problem - the sole. These fancy rubber stripes on the bottom just can not hold side pressure. I play racquetball and volleyball. These shoes lasted less than 5 weeks.

Not happy - The sneaker is too small and has little support for a cross trainer. I will be returning the sneakers shortly.
