Fun, lightweight shoe - This sneaker is amazingly lightweight and comfortable. You won't go wrong w/this one!

I got these for traveling. They weren't exactly what I wanted, but they've worked out beautifully. Very lightweight, comfy, and perfect for hiking and running. I travel lightly, so they work for a myriad of things. NB runs small? I wear a 7 usually and I needed at least a 7.5.

I hunted down this cute shoe after being unable to find my size at local shoe stores. I ordered a half size up and I'm glad I did. These are very lightweight and comfortable. I hoped the mesh would make them cooler, but it doesn't. The bottoms are very slippery on damp stone and concrete. I fell and banged up my neck and back the very first time I wore the shoes. So be careful, and enjoy them!

Comfortable but doesn't last - I like these shoes very much, very comfortable, lightweight, easy to throw in the washer. But I feel like the support doesn't last more than 2-3 months, I work an average 40 hours a week, mostly standing and it seems every 2-3 months, I'm buying new shoes.

New Balance WA790/WR790 - Very happy with Zappos. Love option of free shipping BOTH ways. Was looking for a comfortable, attractive shoe that I could wear all day for work as well as exercise - this one seems to be the answer. Ordered 1/2 size larger and it fits like a dream. Very light shoe! Can't wait to give them an all day test run. On the pricey side for me, but worth it to be happy with my purchase.

This sneaker is definitely cute but not for a lot of walking or running. Not uncomfortable but not great for wearing all day if your feet tend to hurt.

Cute but no support - I just love the look of these shoes, and I love the fact that they weigh almost nothing! But as far as support there is nothing like what I've come to expect from New Balance or have had in other athletic shoes (comfort-wise they feel more like a generic shoe from a store) but they are soo cute...that they are still good for going to school, hanging out, etc.

I wish they had been the ones! I'm looking for some good trail running shoes so I ordered the New Balance 790s. After 5 minutes in the living room they were just a tad bit too tight around the top of the toe area - where the shoe bends. The shoe was also a bit shorter than the usual size 10. And finally, they are very, very light and this also means they have less padding in the shoe. My heels get bruised very easily so there just wasn't enough cushion for me.

The soles aren't glued in - These are great shoes--comfy, stylish, not too clunky. I like the color combination (I got the silvery/pink ones) and wear them often. My only gripe--and I see that another reviewer pointed this out--is that the soles aren't glued in, so when you take them off, the sole comes out, too! It's really, really annoying and frustrating, because it's my only complaint with these shoes. It didn't keep me from keeping them, though.

Cute & comfy - Went hiking around Big Sur for 2 days straight, no problems (took the risk of bringing shoes I'd not worn before)! Great through the redwoods, cactus, sandy and rocky beaches, coves and cliffs! And cute.

Good shoe for the price. The padding inside wasn't glued to the bottom of the shoes when I received them. There's glue on the bottom of the pad, but it apparently didn't hold despite never being worn. This causes it to move around when taking off and putting on the shoe. Attempted to glue it with crazy glue, etc but it just comes apart again. Really just an annoyance... Other than that, the shoe is great and Zappos is an awesome company to buy shoes from.

Great looking shoe. It is pretty comfortable...could use a little more arch support. But, overall I recommend this shoe. Also, I ordered this shoe at 9:00 p.m. and got it the next morning! Zappos is such a great site to buy shoes from! I love them.

The new work shoe - I originally ordered this shoe in my usual size, but had to return it and order it a size up. The shoe is extremely comfortable and it doesn't look like an athletic shoe. I have the cream colored shoe. I teach middle school all day and my feet have been hurting so bad that amputation couldn't have been more painful. I wear this shoe with my dress pants and while nobody will ever call it stylish, it looks okay. I have had many compliments on the shoe and have recommended it for its extreme comfort. You will love this shoe.

Good looking, comfy, but not much traction - Found these to be very slippery on tiled, smooth, and wet surfaces.

Comfortable - Nice looking, comfortable shoe. You might want to get a half size larger than what you normally wear.

Not Consistent from Color to Color! I ordered my usual New Balance size in the grey/purple color. They were too small and my toes were hitting the top of the shoe. After exchanging them for the next size up, I still had the same problem. The problem was that although the shoe "fit" there was no give. The material would not allow for that. HOWEVER, after returning the shoes, I found the same shoe in brown/raspberry in a store and they had a different material only in the toes!! I only had to go up a half size and the top of the shoe was a different material than the shoes that were grey/purple. The shoes are identical in every way except the material used for the top of the shoe. But now that I have my new shoes, I LOVE THEM!

Darling and relatively comfortable - They look adorable, and I won't mind wearing them around during the day to break them in. However, I would recommend getting at least a 1/2 size bigger--I'm barely a 9 in most athletic shoes, but my 9.5s feel a little snug with thin socks. Hopefully breaking them in will help!

Nice lightweight walking shoe - Love the lightweight mesh - great for traveling or packing in your luggage! However it definitely runs a half size small. My other New Balance (and all other brand) shoes are a 9, but I needed 9.5 in these, although I could squeeze into the 9 but after walking around in them all day my toes were pinched. They are also narrow which doesn't allow extra wiggle room for toes.
