Comfortable, Casual Shoe - Great shoe for just knocking around. Unstructured, comfortable and lightweight.

Cool, sporty city shoe - Word of advice: if you're already a New Balance running-shoe owner and are planning to order these WR790 shoes, please order your current size and don't size up! Based on the reviews I read on Zappos.com, I ended up ordering a half size larger, as well as my actual size. My actual size (8.5) in NBs (and other shoes) is what fit perfectly. These are cool, urban shoes - not something I'd use for trail running but great for kicking around and walking around in the city. I have the Coral/Brown and they look good, although the orange is perhaps more neon than I would have liked. The shoe is incredibly lightweight and would make a really good travel shoe (I think). Note that the fabric is very lightweight/thin so this isn't appropriate for cold or wet weather. I'm very happy with my purchase so far.

Light as air - This is my first official aerobic exercise sneaker and I am impressed. It is light as air yet supportive. A great buy and super cute in blue/grey.

oh so light - I think this shoe is comfortable, super airy and very light. I have a narrow, skinny feet (not a lot of padding), and it fits great. The only disappointment - they are very slippery on damp/wet surfaces (even concrete!) strange, but I still like them.

Cute, light fashion sneakers - Look cute, run a bit small. A little stiff, with no arch support, but comfy & fine for everyday. Don't know how anyone could exercise in these. But fine for my purposes.

New Balance Shoe - This is a great looking shoe. I love it. BUT, it is a little snug and the next size bigger would be a little big. It has NO support whatsoever so after a few hours on your feet your back hurts. Its still a great looking show though.

Cute shoe, but don't expect athletic shoe comfort - This is one of the cutest athletic shoes I have ever seen. It is not, however, what "normal" clunky athletic shoes are in the way of comfort. I have worn it quite a bit and have gotten lots of compliments on the look, but I wear it more like a casual shoe, not one that I can walk all day in.

Very lightweight shoe - I have a wide foot and normally wear New Balance or Saucony, order a half size larger than I wear, and insert thick insoles, for additional support during running. These shoes look great and are really light and feel "thin" when they're on--so my thick insoles feels a bit like I’ve stuffed a gigantic couch into a petite room. Things are pretty crowded in there right now. The shoe is also so thin and light, that it almost feels as though I’m running in socks, which in some ways is appealing, but on NYC streets, I almost want something a little thicker and more supportive. The shoe is everything it advertises, though--lightweight (I think it's 3 pounds, vs. other shoes' 5 or 6), good looking, and made for running--but maybe more on a rubber track, than on crumbling concrete. I've wore the Saucony Shadow and other NB before, and these are not quite as wide.

Great weight - I bought these in my usual size, but find after wearing them for a while that they are a little short, so recommend half size larger. Also a thinner sock for more comfort or a little tight.

Super light and good air circulation - This shoe is perfect for running outside but slippery for indoor exercise. I bought one size bigger than my regular shoes because I was particularly looking for running shoes which do not put any pressure on my toes.

Lightweight - I have this shoe and was amazed by how light it is. The upper is made out of what feels like a terry cloth material. I have the brown ones and love them for wearing with jeans or khakis.

Purchased this shoe because it was light; indeed it is, but has no arch support. Accommodates my custom orthotics which makes them heavy - defeats the purpose. The look is great; I have a narrow foot and for a walking shoe, it is very comfortable.

Two half marathons in these! I've run two half marathons in mine and just ordered another pair! Light, comfy, and accommodate my wide feet even though they are medium width. I did order up half a size this time, though, because my toes were crunching. I bought after market insoles for shock absorption.

Mrs. Mazer - Loved this shoe, light and comfortable. Wished it had a touch more support.

While these are very light and look very stylish, they annihilated my feet! I have never had trouble with sizing of NB shoes in the past but these were so tight on my feet. If you get these, order a size up.

Cute Kicks! These are a fun pair of tennies! I purchased the brown and coral looking for something with a bit of personality. I got a ton of compliments on these little cuties! Be forewarned...these run small! (Another word to the wise...wear socks for your first wearing! I got the blisters to back up that statement!)

Super cute shoe and very lightweight - Super cute shoe and very lightweight. Really good for a summer athletic shoe, especially down here in Texas since it can get pretty hot. I wear them for errands and regular use. I'm not sure if there is enough support for a beginning runner like me. But the shoe is comfortable - I love them! Another person commented that they didn't like the laces because they're different than most. I think the variation in the lace width makes the shoes stayed tied longer so I think that's a benefit.

Very cute shoe. I didn't buy it to run in, but to kick around town in. It seems fine for that - I would never run in it since I need more stability. I ordered a half-size up than dress shoes and they are still pretty snug. I ordered the Grey/Blue ones and just saw the Grey/Chocolate in a store. I much prefer those - they are cuter in person than on the website.

Great summer sneaker! The 790 is such a great sneaker. It is so lightweight I thought that the box was empty when I lifted it. The upper material is mesh-like, so they're very breathable. Perfect for warmer weather.

Great light weight shoe. I wish there was more support. My feet begin to hurt after running for a while and I can't use them during cycling, because the pedal digs through the sole.

So far, so good - Just went for my first run with these shoes. They are very light, and quite comfortable. Not much cushioning, but still good support for such a light shoe. So far, I'm happy!

I love how lightweight they are, but they run small and have terrible support for my high arches. Also, and less importantly, the outer material is satiny and looks kind of tacky.
