Not as good as they looked... I loved these shoes when I saw them, but after a couple of wears they lost any shred of shape and just looked unflattering. They are also really uncomfortable on my feet... I find that I really don't wear them much at all any more.

Runs small! I bought mine, and they're very cute BUT...after wearing them just once at work, I was in major pain- my 2nd toe is a little longer than my big toe, and I bruised it pretty badly wearing these shoes because they ran small. I figured they would stretch...nope! Still waiting for toenail to grow back.

I love these shoes! After reading other reviews, I bought them a half size larger than I normally wear, and they fit perfectly. I was a little worried about the heel being too big, since I have narrow heels, but they haven't slipped off once. I don't mind the thin sole much; you do feel the surface you're walking on, but it hasn't been painful for me, even on large gravel. Love these shoes!

Great shoe to go with everything - They run small and if you're looking for a shoe with support, this isn't it - however, they're very comfortable and I walk around in the city all day in them - they go with everything and I find that they're the first pair I reach for.

Feels like a slipper - I ordered the teal suede version of these shoes. They are a gorgeous, vibrant color and cup your foot like a hand. There are no stiff, rigid parts to this shoe. There is also very little padding; like the Princess and the Pea, you will feel every pebble. The insole has also peeled up a little already, but pushing it back down onto the glue has fixed that. Order a half a size up.

Not cut right for my foot - You'd think soft suede ballet slippers would be super comfy, right? I wore these for the first time and walked around a lot- shopping, errands, etc. I got home, took them off and had terrible red welts diagonally across the base of each of my big toes right where the shoe cuts across the vamp. The next day I noticed my big toes were both numb. It's been 2 weeks now, and I'm only starting to get the feeling back. It's really weird because these have a wide looking toe box. I guess there just isn't enough height to the vamp. It's not a width issue, it's a height issue. Also, I ordered the gold and they are really sand with a subtle gold shimmer. Not gold enough for my taste. I would return them but I already wore them. Unfortunately, what I found out couldn't be found out by trying them on at home and taking a few turns around the room.

Great Flat! ...but not great right out of the box - Hard to find a flat with great shape these days, believe me I tried several. Finally very happy with this one. True what others have said, it is small for the size marked; I went a half size larger than normal and still it was too snug at first, but followed suggestion of an earlier reviewer to wear with a couple pairs of socks on for a few days and that helped considerably. It's also true what another says, that if you step on a rock in these shoes, you feel it, but I quite like that feel that I am wearing something so light around. All in all very pleased with these.

Cute but no support or much padding in the foot bed... if you step on a rock you feel it. The shoe isn’t very comfortable even after I broke them in… so I guess I’ll keep looking for a better option.

Cute shoe! I just bought these shoes in chocolate and I think they are really cute! They are a perfect shape and feel comfortable right out of the box. I normally wear an 8 1/2 or 9 depending on the brand. I ordered these in 9 and they are perfect. I think if I ordered any larger they would fall off my feet or the sides would be too loose. The only downside is very little cushion, and the price - for what the shoe actually is - is too high. I'm not returning them because they are cute and very comfortable, but I'm wondering how long they will last. The suede is very soft and I can imagine normal wear and tear at the office or walking outside would wear them out faster than other shoes. If they were half the price, I'd be tempted to order another color but even at 1/2 the price, they are still expensive for a shoe that looks like it will wear out quickly.

What I’d been looking for... Yes, buy a half size larger and while tight at first, they do stretch...light, delicate, like a slipper ballet flat, I love them. Quality leather in and out. And the black ones don't get dirty.

French Sole's Sloop - The shoes are very cute! I am still breaking them in so the comfort level is getting better. When you first start to wear them they cut into you a little at the top. I recommend getting them a half size larger. I will definitely get another pair. It’s really nice to wear a cute shoe and still have the comfort.

Sloop scoop - Very comfortable, but small so need to order at least 1/2 to 1 full size up. More like a slipper than a shoe, but pretty and comfortable if you wear flats.

Too Small - This shoe is so cute, and extremely soft. I'm thinking it would have been an incredibly pleasure to wear! I wear an 11 in everything, and it was way too short. I saw that others said it was 1/2 a size too small -- it felt smaller than that. It's a darling shoe though!

Comfy right out of the box - I ordered this shoe in metallic pink, and a week later got it in the metallic gold because it was just so comfortable. I have terribly sensitive feet - and don't wear at least half of the shoes in my closet because they rub, chafe, blister my feet, etc. This is one of the only shoes that was comfortable right out of the box - and for me that is saying a lot. I’d say the only slight drawback is that the sole could be a teeny bit thicker/squishier, to make walking distances a bit more comfy -- but other than that -- these are perfect.

I love the sloop - These shoes are super cute. I love how flat they are. I normally wear a size 6 1/2 and ordered a 7 in these. When I got them they were really tight so I wore them around my house for 2 days with 2 pairs of socks and that did the trick. Now they fit perfect.

I have the shimmery pink version of these little flats, and I adore them. I live in NYC, walk to and from work every day (about a mile each way) and these do pretty well for me. NO arch support, but there is enough of a cushion on the inside that they can withstand some city walking. I am a very narrow size 8 normally, and in these I am an 8.5. Great shoe!

Comfortable darlings! Delightful little shoe! Looks great with jeans or trousers and is especially cute with skirts. A great shoe if you're padding around the house or office. They look like the real-life version of Snow White's shoes, the colors are fantastic and rich, and shoe keeps its shape after wearing them all day. Feels almost as if you're going barefoot. Support? Well, if you need to pound the pavement or do a lot of walking requiring cushioning, you should consider another shoe. Also, I recommend purchasing a half size larger than usual as they tend to be a bit snug. Overall, a fantastic choice and a real classic!

Perfect ballet flats - The shape of these shoes is absolutely perfect, and they have a nicely cushioned sole that is really comfortable. I usually wear a 7 1/2 and am happy that I bought an 8. I would definitely get a couple more pairs!

Cute shoe but not practical for city dwellers - This shoe is very cute, fit was perfect (after checking reviews I ordered a half size up so they fit like a charm). Unfortunately, the buttery suede doesn't lend itself to city living (dirty sidewalks and even dirtier subways). They will get dirty fast and the cost of the shoes isn't worth the short life span they will have.

I love them! I hate them! It's true - these shoes have zero support or cushioning. They also get dirty so fast it looks like you have had them for 2 months after only wearing them once. Pretty expensive for all that. Yet - I just bought a second pair! They are so cute!!! They are good for casual wear - great for a quick dinner or traveling to/around the airport. Oh well - just be forewarned and do order a size up.

I love these shoes! I have wide feet, so I ordered a size larger than I usually would, and they fit perfectly. I had ankle surgery last summer and my shoe choices are thus very limited. But these offer enough support. They are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. Though not great for wet weather and not the easiest to clean, they are still wonderful, and I highly recommend them.

French Sole's Sloop - I normally take a size 10 in a shoe. My feet are wide and the shoe runs small, so I had to order up a size 11. I love these shoes-very comfortable and fashionable too.

Great shoes - They are soo comfy, the most comfy shoes I ever stepped foot in! The only thing is I wish they made them in other materials, b/c I’ve worn them so much they look like they are a 6months old after 2 weeks of owning them...
