Loved these. I got the brown suede, and the only problem is that the two shoes seem to be made out of different suedes - so they don’t match! Going back.

i literally had to find the size inside these shoes, to make sure zappos sent the right size -- they did! i felt like the ugly step sister trying on cinderella's shoe! this shoe felt like it was at least one size too small.

This shoe was okay in the length but it was so wide it could have been a boat! So disappointed!

These shoes were so adorable, but the top cut into to the tops of my feet so badly! I had to return them.

I read other reviews and they said size up a half size, so I did. These were absurdly small. I generally wear a 7 or a 71/2; the size 8 fit me like a size 6, maybe smaller. I don’t know how to advise anyone on what size to order. I won’t be reordering in any size.

Fit way too small to even get on.

I had been eyeing these for so long and finally sprung for them. I read that they stretch to fit you eventually so I ordered a 7...too small so I exchanged for a 7.5 which didn't seem much different. I have pretty flat feet and I could hardly get my foot in to these...the shoe was so tight on the tops of my feet that it was literally painful to wear them and I could hardly walk. I tried wearing them in my house for a bit thinking they would start to soften and stretch, but no luck. Maybe I just don't like a rounded toe, but these definitely weren't a flattering look...kind of lifeless and sloppy looking.

Extremely narrow! The suede seems to be of a good quality, but no arc support, and they are completely flat. Returning.

Really small. Mismarked? Returned. Cute, but too expensive to reorder.

Would have loved to have been able to keep this shoe. However, couldn't get them on without a struggle, and feared they would bind at the toe joint even if they eventually stretched. These shoes are a European 42; more like an 11 or 11.5. I wish there were a 43.

I really wanted these shoes to work! The reviews were mixed about the fit, but I gave them a try anyway. Sadly, they really do run about a size smaller than what I normally wear. There is no way I could even pretend to walk around in these for a week or so to break them in hoping they would stretch. Back in the box they go.

Loved this shoe online. I ordered it a full size larger and it was still too small!! FSNY really need to revisit their sizing metrics.

These shoes are such a disappointment, the sizing runs SO small. I bought a size 9, and they fit my daughter who wears a size 7.5 I doubt I will ever buy this brand again. Super surprised that they only recommend sizing up by .5 a size Side note, they are soft and pretty.

It was hard to evaluate these shoes because I couldn't even get them on my feet. I am a regular size 9 but these had to be a full two sizes smaller than a size 9. I thought maybe I had mis-ordered but when I checked inside the shoe it said 9. The leather seemed thin but nice. The shoe seemed wide.The style was okay.

These shoes look cute, and have a leather lining, but support is terrible. I am very unhappy with this purchase.

Unfortunately disappointed. I had ordered these in my size 9. They arrived and were so pretty and soft but very tight. I returned them for a half size bigger. I'm wearing them today for the first time and 5 hours in I have to take them off. They are killing the top of my feet. I never buy expensive shoes and now I know why. The disappointment is devastating. I wanted to love these.

This shoe runs EXTREMELY small. I had heard that they were somewhat smaller than traditional sizes, so I went for a 9.5, when I normally wear a 9 or 9.5. The 9.5s arrived today, and while it's a cute shoe, it is so tight as to be unwearable. Back they go...

I kept the faith, per a review from a dancer, that these shoes would adapt to my feet. They did not. They felt a size too small and certainly NOT wide enough. The pictures seemed to indicate a much malleable shoe. These were stiff and not adaptable.

This is a beautiful shoe and just the style I was looking for. However, I reliably wear a size 8.5. When this didn't fit, I ordered a size 9 and found that to also be very snug and seemed that it would cut into the top of my foot with any prolonged (>10 minutes) wearing. I am returning but not ordering a whole size larger than my usual.

I was looking for comfortable shoes with a little thicker sole than my favorite Sam Edelman Felicia ballerinas, and had high hopes because of the many positive reviews. After reading through them, I decided to ordered my real size. When I first tried on the shoe, I could barely fit my foot into it. It gripped tight like a painful vise, not a like a soft glove. Although some reviewers suggested wearing them for a break-in period, I couldn't imagine living through the pain long enough to make this happen. I have a narrow foot, so if I sized up, this shoe would be too loose once it stretched out after wear. Unfortunately, this shoe didn't work out for me at all.
