Small and shiny! I took the advice of previous reviewers and ordered a 1/2 size up and these were still entirely too small. The style is cute, but really shiny, should perhaps be described as a patent. Too expensive for me to have a shoe fit so poorly and offer such poor support. The leather is of excellent quality and for those accustomed to flats perhaps these are good shoes.

I have a terrible time finding shoes that fit my size 10.5, slightly-wider-than-normal feet. I was thrilled to see that the sizing of these shoes meant that I could order a size 11 and get shoes that fit! And I did. Length-wise, these fit me perfectly. The drawback for me is that across the widest part of my foot (the base of the toes, whatever that's called) is still too wide for the shoe. There is definitely some pinching, and after several wears it hasn't improved much. I've decided that it's a price I'm willing to pay to have some attractive women's shoes that I can wear both to work and around town. They really do feel like you are walking around in slippers (in a good way). The sole is thin, but not that bad. Like others have said, I wouldn't wear these for a walking tour of a city, but for going to work and running errands, no problem. The shoes are really soft and nice, but so far the heel area has kept its shape, so they don't look sloppy. A silly complaint: when I am driving, the seam of the heel is exactly where my heel hits the floor. It's a bit uncomfortable, but tolerable. Also, the off-gassing was pretty intense when I first took these out of the box. I have no idea what they did to produce these shoes, but wow, it's a pretty toxic odor. Overall, a decent buy. I wish the wider part fit me better, but I am grateful that they fit as well as they do.

I think these shoes are adorable style wise, but I was surprised how little support they offer. Insoles are a must. Otherwise they feel as if your feet are directly on the floor because the soles are so thin.

The shoes are really easy to wear with everything and look great. However, I have to agree with other reviewers that they lack cushion and comfort in the sole when wearing them for long stretches of time. I did have to go up a half size from my normal size, too.

I really wanted to love these shoes. They're adorable, and would work with so many different outfits. Unfortunately, they really didn't fit me well. They are a strange fit. They are narrow through the sole and wide at the top. This resulted in huge gaps around the back of my foot and heel. I know this description is probably hard to understand, so maybe I'll just simply state that they're really wide. It was good advice, however to order up a half size as my regular size would have been much too short! I'm very sad to be sending them back because the leather really is as soft as butter and I can tell that, once worn in, they would have been a comfortable favorite. Too bad.

I love that these are so cute. I have not seen another pair of ballet flats that even come close to what I want. Their adorable, gorgeous, perfect. One problem for me though - I have narrowish feet - between a regular b and narrow or aa. So the shoes are pretty wide on me, and ripple on the sides. I hate that they don’t work. Aside from that, they were very comfortable. Order a half size up – I’m between an 8 and 8.5 (probably closer to 8.5) and I ordered a 9. The length was perfect.

The shoe is cute and actually covers your toes, unlike many flats I’ve tried. However, the back flips off every time I walk in them and I get blisters -- not comfortable.

I really wanted to like these but they are not feminine. They look like the Chinese Mary Jane slippers I used to wear when I was little (minus the strap of course). They are cut too high on the top, perhaps if they were cut lower or came to more of a point at the toe they would be sexier. I normally wear 7 1/2 and the 8 fit me in the length but they were too wide for me (my feet are on the narrow side but I still wear a medium width). These would be good for wide feet.

Comfortable, but they are definitely not form-fitting. After the first wear, the shoe stretched and does not flatter the foot at all. I'll gladly keep these and wear with long jeans or slacks, but never a skirt or dress that would show my feet.

I ordered these shoes in several colors and textures because they were exactly the look I was wanting. Unfortunately, they run at least as full size short. They are very cute shoes, but killer on the feet unless you order up. Since I'm a size 12, there is no size larger, so I wear these sometimes anyway, and then spend a few days recovering.

These shoes run an entire size too small. I wear a size 8, and occasionally a size 7 1/2. So I ordered a size 8 1/2 after reading the reviews. They were still too small. The shoe is stiff and uncomfortable. The Calvin Klein black suede flat is much better. I returned these.

I own these in red as well and get compliments on them all the time, possibly because they are red shoes. I wanted a pair of more neutral ones so I got the anthracite, which are a little more neutral-gray than the brown. These are far from being the perfect shoe; however, with some tweaking, heel-inserts or full sole-inserts (if you can fit them in), they can be a very practical shoe. Without the inserts, though, it pretty much feels like you are walking barefoot on pavement. Expensive for flats, but once they are worn in with the proper tweaking, they are very comfortable and I must say, make me feel very French!

I like the shoe, comfy, but it does run very wide! I ordered 1/2 size larger then my normal size, which I needed.

When I first got the shoe I noticed it pinched the back of my heel. After a few wears I guess my foot built up a callous there so it doesn't pinch anymore. However, I cannot wear this shoe for more than an hour of walking because the top pinches into the top of my foot leaving a red line that stays sore. The shoe is the correct size, and it's soft and comfortable in every other aspect, except for the lining around the top, which is what is pinching into me.

I loved the feel of the suede when I took these out of the box. They were very soft. But walking around in them I found them to be tight in the toe box, while fitting everywhere else. I would have tried the next size, but looking at them they were very ordinary, very plain Jayne. Also, I found them to be just a little too flat, with no heel at all. Back they go. Cute, but made my joints ache! These are really darling flats, but they should be listed as slippers, not an outdoor shoe; they offer zero support. I don't usually have an issue with thin- or flexible-soled shoes, but these shoes offer so little between my feet and the ground that my heels, ankles, and knees ached for days after wearing them (I walked about 20 minutes in total throughout the day). Granted, they did not irritate my small bunions and fit comfortably right out of the box, but this is definitely not a shoe that should be worn if you plan to do much besides sit around.

Great shoe, bad fit. I ordered this shoe in bronze, and the color was great...just what I was looking for. Unfortunately, the shoe did not fit well. It seemed very short in length, but was also very wide. It gapped along the sides when I walked, due to the low cut. I would have loved to keep this shoe. Will be returning it.

Undersized but cute - Cute shoes! However, definitely order a full size up. I usually where an 8 and the 8.5 was still too small.
