I wear an 8.5 or a 9N. I got these in 9.5 and they were still to small, with my toes pushing through. The leather also looked shiny and not as nice as I thought it would for the price. I returned.

These run really small. I held them against another pair of shoes, supposedly the same size, and there was nearly an inch difference! Darling shoes, but order up!

While most reviews were positive, I noticed one that mentioned the heel height where the shoe cuts into the ankle bone... sure enough, that was the case for me, so I had to return them. But otherwise, they look great and seem well made - guess it just depends on your feet. I have a narrow-ish ankle, size 8.5 - ordered a 9 and length was fine, just hurt the skin above my heel. Kept a pair of Me Too flats instead that had more cushion.

Very cute! I really wanted to keep the shoe, but it seems to be a size smaller than marked. So, order up!

These are very soft and comfortable overall but I returned them because the back rides up very high on my heel and I knew it would cause blisters.

Shoe is comfortable and flexible but the sole could offer more support. Nice, simple style. Recommended to order a 1/2 size larger than normal shoe size and that was accurate.

So cute! But cut very small. I would need a size up to wear.

I must have ordered over 15 pairs of flats last summer before finally getting these. They are very comfortable, however I am not sure of the quality. I have worn them three times, and the back of the shoe is not black anymore. It must be from driving a stick. However, this should not happen with a pair of shoes which cost this much, especially because my drive to and from work is not too long. Overall, I love the fit but am unhappy with the quality.

The shoes were comfy right away but just too "cheap" for the price -- flimsy, poorly fitting, etc. I am returning them.

Ordered these and one other black flat for my eleven year old daughter to choose from. She quickly chose these and loves them. They strike me as very pricey for what they are -- lacking in support and kind of quick to "collapse" into the bottom of the heel cup. We got her insoles so she would have a little arch support and padding. She loves them and is getting lots of wear from them. I know people do love these shoes, but I am not sure I get what all the fuss is about. Yes, they are charming and simple. But not a lot of shoe for the money.

This shoe had surprisingly little support and was very small - at least a full size too small. Not really meant for the outdoors - more like "slipper" shoes to wear around the house or office.

This shoe should have been wonderful. First off it smelled really bad, possibly from the process to make the leather look distressed. It was hard, and not even remotely as big as it was marked.

Overall the shoes are fine, but I wanted them to be great. My regular 7.5 size wasn't big enough and the 8 seemed a bit floppy around the toe. I need a pair of bronze shoes, so I kept the 8. The color is interesting, sort of "antique-ish".

I am 35 years old and have slight bunions, so finding cute and comfy shoes that don't look like Grandma's is hard. I initially was thrilled with the shoe's fit and comfy texture. However, about 5 months into it and I have to say that this is just a house slipper. There is no support; the shoe is too delicate to wear anywhere but carpeted lush hotel floors. I am back to Land's end wide ballet slipper.

Comfy, stylish, the front of the shoe is a bit too high for me, but other than that they're good.

Very comfortable and love the color. Looks great with light or dark gray jeans, cords or trousers. No arch support and thin soles, so no long walks. Feels wider than a normal medium but I love the extra room. I normally wear a size 8 but an 8 was perfect, with and without lightweight socks. A nice holiday party shoe, but you'll need to step around the puddles.

A beautiful shoe, but sadly it was too small. The top of the shoe around the toe area is tight, so if you have wide feet, you may want to try ordering a size up. Love Zappos!

I wasn't that impressed. Comfy, but NOT worth the money in my opinion. I returned them.

I love these shoes and want them in every color. My only problem with them is that I think they are very overpriced for how flimsy they are. You certainly could not wear them outside in any kind of inclement weather for any length of time.

I bought these in my regular size after reading reviews, and within 1 wear they stretched out to almost too big. Also, the toe part covers much more of the foot than normal ballet flats, which would be good for people with really long toes or who hate toe cleavage, but I found it odd looking. Comfy though!

This is a great looking shoe. However, upon trying it on the first time, I thought "Wow, this is going to be so comfortable! This insole will meld to my foot amazingly". Turns out the insole squashed down after about 5 wears and now I've had to add an heel cup to not make waking painful!

While the shoes are stylish, I don\'t find them worth the value I paid for them. They fit smaller than size indicates, don\'t offer any foot support and I wonder how long they\'ll last as they don\'t seem to be quality made.

I got these in the red suede and I loved them. Perfect curve to the toe, soft and comfortable. There is little arch support, but that is not uncommon with little slip-on shoes like these. Sad, though, because I didn't think to spray them with a protectent and I got a few drops of water on the right shoe and now they are hopelessly stained. Pretty much unwearable. So if you get these in the suede, put some waterproofing on them or you'll be sorry, like me.

I ordered the black ones in 8.5 and they were much too small. Felt like 8's or possibly even 7.5's. I realized I would have to go up to at least a 9 for these to fit and I never wear 9's. My big toes poked up through the tops creating a goofy little bump. Also, the back came up and curved in enough to cut into my Achilles and rub uncomfortably. I literally tried them on and walked around my carpeted bedroom for about 30 seconds and they were already about to rub blisters on the backs of my heels. They were a little more clunky than I'd hoped, too. Not as delicate as I thought they'd be.

The cut shows no toe cleavage and the sole is hard black plastic. The red suede version is supple leather. The style is classic like a 50s Italian movie or something from Amelie. There are two issues. One shoe was made of noticeably thicker suede than the other. I ordered a second set and hope I can find a match set. Also if you are chemical sensitive these were the only pair out of five ordered that had to be kept outside the house due to fumes. I had this happen with one pair of Italian men's dress shoes from Zappos and it took about 5 months to rid (easier to do because they were not suede and I rubbed compounds into the leather). Not sure what I will do if this purchase works out. All and all they are dreamy shoes. I have a 8 1/2 wide foot with a high arch and my feet loved the 9s. There is no arch support and little padding. These are glamor shoes.
