Such a cute shoe but there is absolutely NO padding on the footbed and the toe box is so shallow it literally smushed my big toe. I thought maybe I would just keep them and wear them around the house a few days after reading so many reviews about how they will conform to your foot but, because of the toebox issue and no foot padding, they would never have been comfortable so back they go.

Really small! Even ordering a half size up as recommended was not enough. Shoes are really cute but not available now in size needed.

Just too snug in the toe box for me. I have a slightly higher arch and a snug toe box is a deal breaker. I have read the reviews about not buying above your normal size even though they feel snug. I think they would be too loose--after wearing in-- if I ordered any larger than my usual size 7.

Wanted to love these shoes--they were beautiful and seemed like a quality product. However, the big toe pinching was horrible. And it pulled at the leather so the shoe looked warped across the other 4 toes. Sizing up wouldn't have changed anything except making them much too long. I was very sad to return these.

They are a very cute shoe. Ran small so big toe left a mark. Wore them once and they looked soiled. A very delicate shoe for the price and considered they would be a shoe to slide on quickly and wear frequently. Disappointed.

These were nicely made, lined with irrationally soft leather. The are somewhat snug. They will mold to your foot. For me, that is the problem: I have no arch, need metatarsal support and have a large bone (not yet a bunion) where my big toe begins. I do not have pretty feet. These shoes do absolutely nothing for support, comfort, or to enhance the look of my foot. If you have beautiful feet with a nice arch, then these might really be for you. These were not at all for me.

I really wanted to love these shoes. I love the style! The color is just what I was looking for & leather is very soft. I have Morton's Neuroma & a tailor bunion so I have to be careful about shoes. They did not aggravate my problems but they cut across the metatarsal heads to the point of being painful, esp in my first toe. I didn't think I could "break them in" with that level of pain. I'm really disappointed.

Way too small, cramped. Cute look. Am returning. Love Zappos. Everything is so easy.

These are very narrow. I have wider feet but I ordered a whole size up. I couldn't even get them on. They're beautiful shoes but so narrow. I would buy them again if they came in wide.

These are adorable flats and I really hoped they would work for me, but unfortunately they're being returned. As suggested by the manufacturer, I ordered a half-size up, but the shoes were still far too tight and it wasn't worth the cost of the shoe to see if they'd stretch out adequately. I think these would work best for those with a narrower foot and a lower arch. I have a wider foot and a higher arch, and the shoe really dug into my foot at the edge of the toe box.

These are cute, but too uncomfortable for me. They are too wide at the heel and there is no arch support at all. They are cute shoes, though. I think I need more comfort and less cute now, but I like a little cute still!

I ordered an 8 because the reviews seemed to vary on the size issue. It was FAR too small. I can't help but wonder if an 8.5 would even be big enough, the 8 was so small. I also didn't find the shape that flattering. Just looked like I slipped my foot into a generic black kids drawing of a black woman's shoe. Which is not what I am looking for at that price.

This is a beautiful shoe. However, it is definitely meant for a more narrow foot. I purchased a 7.5 like a normally do for shoes that I wear without socks. They were way too tight, so I returned them for a size 8. I decided to keep the 8's but they have taken some determination to break in. I do not technically have wide width feet, but maybe they are on the wide side of normal. I will not be purchasing these again, even though I love the classic look and excellent quality.

It's a cute shoe, comfortable too, but the color (red) seemed dull and in suede will likely dull even more. Also, absolutely no support. The Camper (Right Nina, with wide strap) is a nicer red, even more comfortable, and better support.

These are probably the most uncomfortable shoes I've bought in a long time. I normally wear an 8 and ordered an 8, 8.5 and 9. Length wise, the 9 fit best but were too wide. The eight felt like a 6 so I decided to try the 8.5. I wore these in the house with socks on for two days before I was brave enough to wear them out. They've definitely stretched but are still a little snug on the length. I'm hoping over time, they'll continue to stretch. They are really cute...but not sure they're worth my feet killing me until the do finally stretch.

This is my fourth pair of FSNY shoes. I wore the others until they were falling apart and had holes in the soles. The pair I just bought seems to fit much smaller and narrower than previous pairs. I'm normally a size 8, and ordered a size 8 1/2, like I usually do. But I could barely get them on my feet. No amount of stretching could make them comfortable.I then ordered a 9, which was better, but the leather at the heel comes up higher and digs into my skin. So I'm sadly off today to look for a different brand of flats.

I love the way these shoes look but they were killing me so I ordered a half size larger and they are still killing me. They cut right into a nerve or something on my foot - maybe it's where I'm starting to get a bunion. Regardless I can't wear these for very long. Too bad because they are super cute.

These run small, which seems to be by design. I think they would have stretched out if I'd been able to wear them long enough. Unfortunately, the top edge was extremely tight - painfully so. I'd have gone up half a size, but at size 12 I'm out of options. Too bad, because otherwise they're very nice shoes and would make a great choice for travel - when you need a pair of dress shoes that don't take much space in your luggage.

I bought these true to my size and as mentioned by others they are kind of tight. I having been walking around the house with large wool socks on trying to break them in. They look really great and I hope they become the great broken in shoe that folks say they will be esp for the price. They are great material. And the color is great. I am just worried that I may have committed to shoes that are a touch to small and now I have broken them in beyond return...

I returned this item twice between it was too small for me! I'm normally a 9 and it seems like the 10.

I bought these in silver and they got black scuff marks on the first day I wore them and have continued to do so over time. I always have a pair of silver ballet flats on hand and wear them a lot. Even though these are in good shape otherwise, I am going to replace them because they look so bad with all the scuff marks. It may just be the metallic leather that has this issue.

It looks beautiful. It is so soft, feel like wearing a comfy sock. I so want to love it. However, it does not look good on my medium wide feet at all. I wish it has some motion control by arch and a little higher side like Arcopedico.

I really wanted to love these flats, but I didn't. They were super soft, but they were too small and the front/top of the shoe is very long. I like a tiny bit of toe cleavage with my flats and these came up about halfway on the top of my feet.

I really wanted these to work because I think they are lovely. So let me save you some heartache by giving you some advice. They are true to size, especially if you walk around in them for a day. However, if, like me, you have a fairly square toe box, they will rub across the top of your big toe. No matter how much they stretch in the body of the shoe, they will not give around the top collar. I also tried a half size up, which felt better around on the top collar. But then they were too long in the toes and the top of the body buckled and looked silly. Bottom line, if you have a square toe box, keep shopping.

I'm on the search for the perfect suede flats. These are going back. Here's why: -no heel at all. The shoe is totally flat, which is hard on my calves. Maybe that will work for you. -the vamp part of the shoe came up too high on my foot - I like a shoe that's a bit lower cut at the toes. -a very, very thin sole. I want to be able to do some walking and standing, and these did not feel good on a hard surface. -very thin material. I can see what people mean about the shoe stretching out as it's broken in. -it sits high on my heel/ankle. In just a few steps, I can tell it's going to rub a nasty blister into my foot.
