These really didn't fit well in my opinion. I wear a 7 in most shoes...occasionally a 7.5 and the 7 was small and then the 7.5 I tried seemed even smaller. Not sure if I just got a bad shoe or what but it was very disappointing.

These would have been great black flats, but the sizing just did not work for me. I ordered up a full size (as recommended by other reviewers) and they were huge; I ordered another pair a half size smaller than that (still a half size larger than my usual size) and they were too tight. Back they go.

I was so excited about these, since every girl needs a go to black flat. I've been a dancer for over 20 years and am more than used to ballet flats, and the way they break in. However, these are less than impressive. I walked in them for 5 days trying to get them stretched, sadly they just wouldn't fit my feet. They are too tight across the toes and if I had ordered up a size they would have been too long. I'm an 8.5 and ordered my euro size 39. For 125$ it's just not going to work. If you have very narrow feet and aren't a half size, they will probably work.

This is the follow up to my previous review. I went up one euro size and then up a second. In American terms, I went from 9.5 to 10.5 AND regretfully I must tell you that these shoes, beautiful though their design may be, are just not working for my feet. From the tip of my big toe to the tip of my baby toe it's about a 60 degree angle, and something about that with this very squared off style is just not compatible. I am very very sad again because I wanted to love these shoes and get a collection of them, but it's not going to happen.

I ordered this in black because the brown suede was so comfortable. However, this felt very tight, maybe due to the firmness of the leather.

I am beyond bummed that these shoes did not fit. I am usually a size 8½. I took the suggestion from others to order half a size larger. I ordered a 9 and could not even get my feet in them. So I ordered a 9½ and that was still too small.

I normally wear a 9.5 but since the reviews said to order larger, I ordered a 10. The width seemed okay (I have a wide toe area) but the top dug into the top of my foot. Also, I can tolerate minimal cushion in the foot bed, but this has virtually no cushion or support. I love the soft leather, but sadly, this is not the shoe for me.

I ordered these shoes in red and black. They are really lovely looking shoes. Trouble is I wear a 9M, and ordered that size and cannot put them on at all. So, they have to go back.

I would not recommend these flats. I have only been wearing them for one month and already the lining in one of them is coming up (this is from normal use, just walking around the city, I have not abused these shoes). And honestly, even if they weren't falling apart, they're just not worth the money. I first ordered my normal size because I have a narrow foot, but it was WAY too tight. I then ordered a half size up, which fit at first, but has now stretched out way too much. Maybe I should have tried to break in the smaller size, but it was honestly so tight that I couldn't even walk in it without serious rubbing. Now that it's broken in, it's just kind of floppy and blah. It's not uncomfortable, but it doesn't feel much more comfortable than any other flat to me. If this were a $40 shoe, maybe it would be worth it, but not for $100 (and I am not cheap about my shoes, I have no qualms about spending $100 for a pair of flats, but they should be worth it).

Unfortunately this shoe didn't fit. It was way too small and narrow. I felt that it wasn't worth the listed price.

Stretches out quickly zero arch support scuffs up quickly For the price, they can do better. Go for a camper flat instead of these guys- comfier, more support and maintains the shape you purchased.

I ordered a half size larger than I normally wear and they were too small! These shoes are tiny.

I bought these in my normal size. The seam at the top of the shoe right next to my toes was so tight it gave me a welt in less than a minute of wearing on carpet. I've never had that happen before. The style is really cute, and they are as described in other reviews, they really are ballet flats. The box was so light I didn't even believe there were shoes in there. But I couldn't imagine wearing them as tight as they were on the seam. I knew I'd have blisters for weeks before they stretched out. The rest of the leather was really soft. Sad to send them back...onto the next order.

I read all the reviews for the French Sole Sloop and thought these might finally be a pair of ballet flats that do not hurt my bunions. They are cute but top edge hits the worst spot on my feet, instantly causing bunion pain. I couldn't walk across the room. I am returning them and the search will continue.

Disappointed. Ordered the black snake Luxor in my normal size 11, could not get them on without a big struggle. Maybe this leather is just stiffer than softer suede so re ordering another pair in the bronze metallic suede and crossing my fingers!

Oh, how I wanted to like these. I have a bunion on one foot, and I need to find shoes that go over that portion of my foot, rather than cutting across that area. These looked like they would be a high enough vamp, but alas, this was not the case! Right across the bad part of my foot, so back they go. I was surprised as I'd heard these were very good flats.

I bought these shoes against my better judgement (after reading the reviews and scoffing at the price). I thought I would give them a go for some nice flats to wear at work and on the weekends. They were cute and just what I was looking for, but the size was way too small (I am a general 9 across the board - sometimes 8½, but rarely) and they are sort of cheap looking for the price. I am disappointed. I am thankful for free shipping and free returns because these pups are going back!

I'm so disappointed in these shoes. I did my homework, I read the reviews. I ordered true to size, which did fit once they stretched a tiny bit. But the overall quality stinks. The soles are already coming out of these shoes. For the price I paid, I would expect better than that. I initially had great hopes for these shoes. They were super cute and comfortable overall, but if they're already falling apart, I can't keep wearing them and I will definitely NOT be getting another pair.

I've had two pairs of these ballet flats. They feel a little small when you first put them on, but stretch after a couple of wearings. In some shoes, this is great news, but the construction of these shoes leave a bit to be desired. My first pair lasted a total of 2 weeks before they needed to be trashed. A year later, I wanted an instantly comfy silver flat for a trip. I bought them with the understanding that they would have a short life, but would look great for the week that I needed them too. Within 10 wearings, the footbed lining fell out of each shoe and they were pretty much useless. For the price, I wish they lasted longer.

I have never bought a size 9 shoe that feels as tight as these ones. It really feels like a size 8. Nicely made and cute shoe though. I am going to reorder it and see how they fit in a size 10.

I bought these shoes because I heard they are so comfy and they are, but after several wears, they lose their shape and tend to look all stretched out. I felt for they price they didn\'t hold up.

Well, when they say these are flats they mean they are F-L-A-T-S! These are cute shoes and I love how they come in a bunch of fun patterns and colors, but this is as flat as a shoe can get. They remind me of the inexpensive slippers you get in Chinatown except they cost about 90% more. They were immediately comfortable, but I knew I would pay for lack of support. I also found the top a little too high on my foot. I think I like a little more toe "cleavage". Also, I ordered two different colors hoping they would be keepers, but one pair was bigger than the other. Holding them up side by side they were nowhere near equal in size. Both read 8 on the bottom of the shoe. They don't seem like the quality of a pair of shoes at this price.
