I ordered this in black because the brown suede was so comfortable. However, this felt very tight, maybe due to the firmness of the leather.

These are lovely shoes that look beautiful on my feet except that they are too small, so I am exchanging them for a larger size. I really hope that they fit because these shoes are so sexy with the potential to be very comfortable. I very rarely wear heels, but I need to have dressyish shoes, and these could easily go casual to reasonably dressy. If the next size fits, I think I will begin a collection of this style.

I am beyond bummed that these shoes did not fit. I am usually a size 8½. I took the suggestion from others to order half a size larger. I ordered a 9 and could not even get my feet in them. So I ordered a 9½ and that was still too small.

I really wanted to love this shoe. I read the reviews and decided to order my usual size of 8.5 thinking it might feel snug at first but stretch to perfection. It feels great... expect for the edge of the material before the toe box. It digs into the top of my foot. It might loosen up, but I'm not willing to bet money on it. I tend to be sensitive to a too shallow toe box, so if you're the same, beware. If you've never had that concern, I'd say go for it. It's a beautiful shoe. Soft. So soft. Sad it didn't work.

I love these shoes! They're leather slippers that are as light as ballet dance slippers and fit me like a glove. The round toe style is perfect for me, since I have a wide toe spread. It also covers the toes (no cleavage) so I can wear a footie without it showing. There's no support in footbed but this slipper has more structure and rigidity than many ballet flats.

Love these shoes. Still breaking them in, but the shoe is not uncomfortable. I never wear anything but flats and these are stylish and feel great. I wear a size six, these are true to size, at least for me. I have them in three colors now, and will probably be adding more to my shoe wardrobe. Enjoy.

This is my fourth pair of FSNY shoes. I wore the others until they were falling apart and had holes in the soles. The pair I just bought seems to fit much smaller and narrower than previous pairs. I'm normally a size 8, and ordered a size 8 1/2, like I usually do. But I could barely get them on my feet. No amount of stretching could make them comfortable.I then ordered a 9, which was better, but the leather at the heel comes up higher and digs into my skin. So I'm sadly off today to look for a different brand of flats.

These shoes are really pretty and comfy. My size runs between 7.5 and 8, so I ordered the 8 and was surprised it was a little snug. But after wearing for few hours they seem to stretch to fit your foot. Now they are perfect. The color is beautiful.

I wanted super light weight, easy to pack slippers that also could also be street shoes if need be, and these fit the bill perfectly. They are very cute and comfy to wear around the house but I don't plan to do much walking with them. The soles are wafer thin and there is zero arch support. I can't speak to the leather Sloops, but the suede ones definitely run small. They do stretch a bit but still run a good 1/2 size small. I'm normally an 8 or 8.5 but need a 9 in this shoe.

I love these flats because they go with everything casual, are soooo comfy and they are quite durable. I took a star off for style because yes they are kinda plain looking but I'm not complaining!

I have searched high and low for a pair of flats that make me feel like I am in my bare feet. I love these! I am ordering my second pair today.

The Sloop is one of the perfect flats. The leather is high quality and buttery, and fits tightly at first, and then melds to the shape of your foot over time. The sole is nice and flat, the interior soft, and the overall look of the shoe is fashionable yet classic, as the high quality leather gives it a more polished and European look than an inexpensive non-leather flat. There is very little arch support, which I find ideal, but not everyone will. The shoe fits absolutely true to size with no slop or gapping, as it is meant to. If the shoe is snug and form-fitting when you first put it on out of the box, you've bought the right size. Anything larger will become too wide as it stretches to fit your foot. I wear an 11 W and I found the 11 in this shoe to be a perfect fit for me. If you are on the large side of 11, then the shoe might be slightly small, and if you wear a 10 but sometimes buy an 11 for fit, I recommend the 11. This shoe is pricey but worth it, and I am planning to save up for more pairs in other colors.

Infrequently I find a size 10 that fits - generally 10 & 1/2 fits, but shoe manufacturers rarely produce that size. Typically my only choice is size 11. Some 11s fall off my feet, others are okay with medium weight socks. Since Sloops run small, I thought size 11 would likely be perfect without socks. They definitely are perfect - mostly. Perfect for my narrow heels - even with no arch support, still very comfortable for my low arches. The round toe box perfect for my widely spreading toes. But with great reluctance I've returned Sloops to Zappos. Even at size 11 they are too short. In spite of frequent reviewer reports that Sloops stretch and conform, I can't risk their failing to stretch enough to keep from cramping my toes.

I love this shoe. It feels like a slipper. I have a wide foot and it was a little tight at first but conformed to my foot after the first wearing. The suede is beautiful showing its true quality. I don't have a problem with little arch support so this didn't bother me. I wouldn't wear these for a day of marathon walking but anytime else they are perfect.

I typically wear an 8 or an 8.5, so I ordered both sizes and ended up keeping the size 8. After eight months of occasional wear, I actually think I should have gotten the 7.5! They've stretched out enough to where I have about 1/2" of space in the toe. It's not a huge deal, but definitely not "fit like a glove" at this point. The inner sole bit is loose in the shoe, but they've held up fairly well. I can't imagine the breaking in process for a smaller shoe as the size 8 gave me a bit of pain for a few weeks.

I normally wear a 9.5 but since the reviews said to order larger, I ordered a 10. The width seemed okay (I have a wide toe area) but the top dug into the top of my foot. Also, I can tolerate minimal cushion in the foot bed, but this has virtually no cushion or support. I love the soft leather, but sadly, this is not the shoe for me.

Took a chance and ordered my size...11...since this shoe does not come in 11 1/2. The reviews are correct...runs way small...short and narrow. Poo! Love the style and black suede...but sadly going back.

I ordered these as a back up shoes for the heels I needed to wear to a wedding. I read the other reviews, and so I ordered my regular size and broke them in for about a week. They are mostly quite comfortable, with the exception that they press on my big toe, which has been broken several times (old dancer's injury). It makes my toenail become ingrown.The other foot is fine, so sizing up really isn't helpful.They are cute, and very soft, though.

I love my Sloops! I have several colors in the suede and decided to get the leopard print. While they are super cute, they fit very differently from my other suede Sloops! I ordered my usual size 8, and the length was perfect as usual, but they are much narrower in the toe box and a lot stiffer. Very uncomfortable and not at all what I was expecting. I think if I ordered a larger size they would just slip off at the heel since the length was spot on in this size. Sadly, I had to return (but serious props to Zappos for the most amazing shipping and return policy! I don't even shop for any shoes in brick and mortar stores anymore! Zappos is amazing!).

Love these shoes. So comfortable. I went against what people said and did go a half size up. My feet are wide near my toes and even the half size up was snug enough. They have stretched and are perfect now!

Before I purchased these shoes I did read some of the previous reviews. One that caught my eye was the ballet dancer who loved the shoes. So I decided to give them a try and they are perfect. They fit like ballet shoes and are very comfortable. They mold to your foot. Would recommend these shoes.

Love these shoes. Took them to Ireland knowing that it would take a couple of days to break them in. It did (just wore for a little while for two or three days). It is just as other reviewers said, they just conform to your feet. I ordered a 9 (which is what I always wear) and they fit perfectly and super comfortable. If you are someone who needs a lot of support these aren't the shoes for you. But for me they are super comfortable. I plan on ordering the red ones (I love red shoes).

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable from the beginning. Do buy a half a size bigger than you normally wear. They look very sophisticated. They are not for hard wear.
