This shoe runs very small. I am a 10.5 and always buy an 11 (which is usually just a little too big, but still wearable). I purchased this in an 11 and it is too small! I would say it is more like a 10. Ladies, I recommend that you buy a full size larger than you normally wear. I would have exchanged it for a 12, but they are sold out. Not surprised at all.

Loved the comfort and look of this shoe. But I was totally disappointed to see what I'd call toe marks across the top within three times of wearing them. Now they look pretty bad. I wouldn't spend the money again.

I ordered these shoes in size 10 they are 1/2" shorter than every other size 10 shoe I own; even shorter than my 9.5's. At least 2 full sizes smaller than marked. Impossible to wear comfortably. Also, the sole -- inside and out -- is totally flat. No support anywhere. These are going back.

I ordered these in a 7.5, which is my usual size. They fit well at first, but after just a couple of times the suede stretched out and now they are much too big! I love the color, but the toe box is almost baggy on my foot now.

I didn't realize the batik pattern was actually made of suede. These shoes had no support or cushioning and put weird pressure on my feet.

I kept these "shoes", although basically I spent quite a bit on a pair of slippers. They are cute and comfy for around the house, but have zero support and don't keep their shape after the first wear. The sole is that wiggly kind of rubber you find on bottom of slippers.

Very floppy. Cute shoe, but no lateral support. Didn't work for me.

No shape and no support. Toe box is too long and doesn't look like much a slipper from the top. Comfy but not a lot of lateral support and my vamp is too high for the size of the toe box.

I love the look of this shoe, but it runs small, has yet to stretch, and seems pricey for what you get. Don't mind paying more but want to love what I get. Not sure I do with this one.

Seems a bit cheap for the price. The "naplak" turned out to be a crinkled, shiny patent leather sort of stuff I did not like. The size seemed one too small and I ordered my regular size. The toe box was therefore cramped and I knew I would never wear this shoe.

I'm disappointed in these shoes - they're very cute and comfy, but they're made from 2 different leathers. One looks smooth like the picture, but the other one looks like it was made from a chain-smoking, sun-worshiping cow. They looked the same when I got them, but they have "worn" differently, if that makes any sense. Check them very carefully if you get these before you wear them.

I've been looking for good flats for quite a while, and these had exactly the look I wanted. I've worn many different brands at many different price points over the years, and it seemed that some of my cheaper ones had lasted the longest, but they didn't have the look I wanted. After reading many good reviews I decided to take a chance on these. They looked great, just like I thought, out of the box, but 2 months later the sole linings have come detached from the inside of the shoe and they are completely stretched out. I now have muscle pain when I wear them because they are so loose I'm constantly curling my toes or shuffling to try to keep them on. They were such a tight fit to begin with, I didn't even think to send them back for a smaller size. I definitely wouldn't spend this amount of money again on shoes that only lasted a couple of months.

These wore out in only 7 months. The material tore from the edge and when I sent them back to the company they said they were not able to fix them. They recommended buying a new pair.

Expensive But Not Good - This shoe looks comfortable, but it's not. It's just too small.

I ordered an 8.5. It was 1/3 inch shorter than the same brand/ style I previously bought. I returned the shoes and ordered a size 9. They are as small as the (small) size 8.5 I replace. Returning them.

I am a size 8 to 8.5 and these shoes were so small! At least 1 size smaller than the 8.5 it was sold as. Also, absolutely no arch support.

The shoes run very small. I returned the 9.5 for a 10 and got a 9.5. The shoes looked like they came from someone's closet - they hadn't been worn but the box and paper inside were were definitely not new. Called Zappos to get the right size and a NEW pair but got a lot of attitude instead. Returned the shoes - still waiting for a refund. Awful experience. Will delete the Zappos app once I get the refund, post my experience on social media and stick with Nordstroms & Dillards.

Terrible shoe! Tan a size too small. Leather was cheap…flimsy design. Couldn’t even get my foot in…I even read the reviews to be aware that it would take some stretching to fit properly. Not worth the $125 price tag as it felt like a $19.99 Payless shoe. Returned the next day.

I ordered these after reading the reviews, but I just tried to put them on and can’t even get my foot into them. They are so tight there is no way I would be able to wear them long enough to have them stretch. Also, very cheap looking, leather is dull and shoe feels very frail.

I wear a size 12 Medium. I couldn't really even get this shoe on. It felt a full size smaller to me. Very tight. So sad because it is a simple and well made leather flat.

Bottoms are super slick. Didn't think to add grip right off the bat and slipped on just regular tile. I would probably return but this fall scuffed the toe, which I was also surprised by thinking this was higher quality based on price. They are super cute but unfortunately I wouldn't recommend based on comfort and again the bottom almost feels cheap and is slick.

What happened to one of my favorite brands? Terrible fit. sides billowing out. Soles felt like cardboard. Looks cheap, not like a shoe costing over $100. Big disappointment.
