I had such a wonderful customer service experience. I needed my shoes to wear immediately, and I got them next day. I love them. They're my favorite pair, and I plan to buy them in patent leather too!

I bought these for my daughter as a Christmas present. She wears a size between 9 and 9.5 normally, so I bought the 9.5. When she opened the shoes she loved them (they are very cute) but the size looked as if she were wearing 12s. We sent them back for a pair of 8s. They arrived today and were only a teeny bit smaller than the first pair! I'm sending them back one last time, ordering both the 7 and 8, hoping one will finally fit.

Great looking shoe, very comfortable for a high heel shoe. I wore it for the first time on a long day when I was on my feet from 8:00am until 9:00pm. The shoes did great! The only thing I\'ll say is that any shoe with a heel wrapped in leather will end up having an unattractive looking heel due to scuffs, etc. Sure enough, even though I was very careful I managed to scratch the heel on day 1. But I knew it when I bought the shoes.

Beautiful shoes, sexy, my husband loves it when I wear them. They are among the most comfortable heels I have ever worn.

I bought these in black, and they are beautiful looking and very comfortable. I cannot say enough about them. If you\'re between sizes, order up, as I\'m between a 7.5 and 8, and am glad I went with the 8.

Love this shoe! It is the perfect nude color. I have searched high and low for a nude this true to my skin tone. It is so versatile - it goes with almost every work outfit I have. I have received so many compliments on this shoe everywhere I go. I hope Kate Spade makes this shoe forever because I don't think I can ever find a nude shoe this cute and perfect ever again!

Just received this pump today. I took a big risk in ordering as I do not stay in USA, and had to get a special courier service to deliver it from USA to Singapore. But thank goodness it fits! I am a US Size 7.5, with wide feet and bunions. But I can fit into this nicely, length wise. Of course given my wide foot, I won't say there's no pinching at all, but compared to many other shoes I have, this is so much bearable. I believe the shoes will stretch with wear which make it more comfortable, although I have yet to wear it out walking. Like one reviewer mentioned, heels are never comfortable, especially with this height. But I can walk steadily in this pair, no wobbling! Consider this quite a feat for someone who does not wear heels at all, not even mid height ones! Will try to review again when I have wear it out for a night. Hopefully it will not disappoint me. Has anyone tried the Kate Spade Kamille? It looks so gorgeous! Please kindly review if you have. Thanks!

These are the most perfect pumps a girl could ask for. They are comfortable, supportive, and oh so chic. I'm very happy with this purchase and will come back to the Karolina next time I need a new pair of pumps.

These shoes go with everything! I reach for them every time I have something unique to match and they always work. Heels are never comfortable, but these are as close as it gets. I'll definitely be getting more colors as I need them.

Fabulous and comfortable. I am wearing them barefooted. No blisters, no rubbing on the heel or over the top of the toes. Adequate arch support makes them very comfortable despite height of heel. Beautiful round toe, color looks great against my very, very, very white legs! Definitely recommend these, now I want them in other colors.

I just got these today and am loving them! They are true to size. The heel is not to high and the shade of nude is spot on! This is my second pair of Kate Spade shoes. She makes an elegant, beautiful heel. Can't wait to wear them out!

Contemplated one week before I finally ordered these in both the black and tan patent and they are simply amazing!!! Shoes fit perfectly, colors are rich, and cut is tasteful and flattering and overall beautifully made! For reference, I'm fussy with my shoes but these are definitely on par with my Prada/Miu Mius - at a fraction of the cost...

Sadly, I am returning this shoe. The toe box is much too short, showing too much toe cleavage. I really wanted to love these, but the toe made the shoe look short.

A little too small, I'm a pretty solid 6.5 but these were a bit too tight. Also, a bit of side toe cleavage showed in a way I found unattractive. Not worth the price compared to others I ordered at the same time but seemed well made.

Beautiful shoe and comfortable. I was really excited about getting these shoes but they are darker than they appear in the picture. I wanted a natural or nude shaded shoe so had to return them.

These shoes are very comfortable, however, since the heel is leather covered, I stepped in a crack in the sidewale and ruined them the first day I wore them. I would not purchase them again.

While I love the style of this shoe, I was not happy with the Natural Roccia Lizard Print I ordered. The Karolina is a great, basic, well-cut pump with a manageable heel height, and I highly recommend the style of shoe. However, the lizard print is not well-done and looks like a bad faux finish - too graphic, and makes the leather appear almost plastic-like. There's nothing "Natural" about it. I was surprised and disappointed, because I usually find KS shoes to be of good quality and materials for the price point. Three stars overall; the Karolina style gets four stars, but the print gets two.

I liked these shoes, but would recommend the Kendra instead of the Karolina. I tried them both, and the Kendra shoe has the platform in it. These do not have the platform, so they seemed like they would get uncomfortable if you were standing in them for a while. I plan on returning them. They are cute shoes, but I know that I will regret wearing them after standing in them for 4 hours!

I wear 8½W. I purchased these shoes in wide, but they are very narrow. They did not fit well at the back and came off, and were tight in the front. I am sending them back. They are not very comfortable either, and look average.

The show was very pretty but size wise it was very big on me and I needed them that week-end had to bring them to the shoemaker to try to make them fit, but were very uncomfortable not to very happy about this purchase. Not happy at all.

Is it just me or are shoes, especially pumps, getting smaller, narrower in general. I have Kate Spade shoes from 3-4 years ago in an 8 b that fit. I wish they where a smidge wider but they will do. These new size 8 wide do not fit. Have the lasts changed or is China making them a bit smaller these days? I am baffled and very disappointed. What to do next?

Cute shoes but no cushion or support and worst of all, terrible tightness in the toe box. The shoes fit true-to-size but something was desperately off. Sadly, I returned them.

Heel snapped in half - I absolutely loved these shoes...until I wore them a few weeks after I brought them to a conference. As I was moving around pretty fast, the heel snapped in half. In my many years of conferences, I have never had this happen to me. Up until this pair, I purchased Jessica Simpson shoes (which have lasted me forever), but really liked the look of these. Unfortunately, I don't think I will ever go Kate Spade New York again. I wish I could get my money back that I spent on them. But really, I think I'm just lucky I didn't break my ankle.

These are some of the most comfortable heels I've ever worn so when I saw them in black, I had to get them. They require a little breaking in, but they will be comfy to wear to a wedding or event all night long once they have loosened up a little.
