Worth every penny - These shoes were my first purchase from Zappos and I was not disappointed. I'm tired of buying cheapo shoes that hurt my feet or don't fit right or fall apart after only a few uses. I can tell these heels will be a part of my wardrobe for a very long time. They look sexy, elegant and sleek, and could go with just about any outfit. You could wear them to the office, out to the club, or even to church. I normally can't stand a heel higher than 3 inches, but this one feels very natural and comfortable. I'm looking forward to all the compliments I know I'll be getting when I wear them!

Great shoe! I got this shoe in "steel snake" (a dark silver) to wear in my wedding. It's as comfortable as a heel that high can be, and looks fabulous. A ZZ Top woman would be proud to wear it.

New Favorite Shoes! I absolutely adore this shoe! I ordered it in both silver and red and kept the silver. It is truly beautiful and expensive looking in silver. The red was pretty, too, but not as good/expensive looking as the silver version. FYI - there is toe cleavage so if that bothers you, be aware!

I swooned when I opened the box! I didn't want to like them because they are expensive but they are just too gorgeous AND comfortable to send back. This ruby crocco looks good with so many things it's a jazzy neutral, basic. The shape of the shoe is classic & makes the foot look elegant. I saw them on Sarah Palin too & I justify the price because I will wear them to pieces. Stunning shoes! Fit true to size to.

Comfortable pump! This is a really cute shoe, but also very comfortable (for a pump) - I wore it all night, including lots of walking, and my feet didn't hurt at all. I have it in silver but might also get it in black because it's such a nice basic shoe.

Sarah Palin wore this shoe for her debate! I loved it on her, so I also got the ruby, looks beautiful with black. I normally have to go up a half size in Kate Spade, but did not with this one, true to size. Very comfortable, but still sexy and feminine. Zappos is sooo fast!

Versatile and Attractive Shoe - I love these heels. They're really beautiful, tasteful and stylish. I love that they go with almost everything! On the downside, I can't walk a lot in them because they get uncomfortable, but this could be largely due to the fact that I don't wear heels very often. Maybe I'm just not used to it yet.

Perfect basic pump - I love this shoe. I have it in two colors. It is an "everything shoe" and...It’s very comfortable!

Absolutely perfect - I have been searching for the perfect dressy black heel, and I am loving these shoes. I have received so many compliments on them already. You know how you need one dynamite little black dress - well these are the equivalent in the shoe world!

Comfy & Sexy!! Love these shoes!! I also bought 2 more Kate Spade shoes because these are so terrific. The shoes look very sexy. I can't believe how comfortable they are especially given the height of the heel. I am more comfortable in these than most of my other shoes that are lower.

Wedding Shoes - I bought these in ivory satin for my wedding and they looked gorgeous. I wore them around the house for about a week just to make sure they were broken in for dancing and being on my feet all night, and they were great. Absolutely wonderful and classic. I am not used to spending so much for shoes, but for me these were worth the money.

Comfortable and flattering - I ditto the comment by the customer who said these shoes are also great for those who appreciate heels even if over 35. I am 52 and these shoes are very comfortable, and the heel height is very flattering. I rarely wear less than a 3" heel and these allow me to be comfortable at the same time. The toe is a little more rounded than I would prefer (more of an almond shape would suit me better). But, given the other attributes, they are still a winner. The camel suede is a great neutral that will go with everything.

Fabulous - This is my favorite shoe. It is adorable and I can wear it all day. These shoes are beautifully balanced and worth every penny!

Fabulous shoes! These shoes are THE most comfortable shoe! Well worth the price. I worn them for the first time on a business trip and had them on for 12 hours and they felt great!!

I love the shoe - I wish I had purchased a heel that was 1 inch shorter, better to dance in. I am very happy with the shoe.

WOW!!! I love these! I love these so much that I own almost all colors and fabrics available... been hunting to see if I can get them in other colors. These are the best shoes - These shoes are comfortable even with this heel height. Buy one pair and you'll want to own them in all the colors.

Great shoe - Well balanced and great looks. Very good value overall. Nice wide toe box.

Lovely color and style. I typically wear an 8.5 in pumps but will go up a half size if I plan to go bare legged. These ended being but too large. Will try my "true size."

It is with a heavy heart that I have to return these shoes--they are probably the most perfect really high heels I've found. That said, the front of the footbed has almost no padding, and the leather is pretty stiff. Even so, the heel is set under your actual heel, so it takes stress off the ball of the foot. Somewhat. I'm not sure I could break these in, as, although the right size (I would walk out of a larger size), I have to keep sliding my foot back against the heel to keep my toes from painfully hitting against the side of the toe box. When all the way back, there is toe cleavage, and they make my size 9 1/2 feet look smaller. They truly run very true to size. I guess I would need them a bit wider in the toe box, but not the heel. I couldn't take a smaller size, either. If the leather were softer and the ball of the foot more padded, and with some arch support--you probably wouldn't even realize it is such a high heel. Balance was no problem--no teetering at all. I'm just afraid my feet would be hurt if I wore them for too long.
