Pros: This shoe is one of the nicest round-toe pumps I have found. Beautiful, unique, goes-with-everything color, shiny high quality patent leather, very sexy. Cons: The heel is more of a really skinny stiletto than I expected (looks a bit more balanced in the photo, I think) and - the one real problem - the sole is not covered on the inside edge, but shows the cheap plastic bottom plastic of the shoe. This is a no-go for me with a shoe of this price category. Sizing runs a bit snug, but not a whole half-size smaller.

Gorgeous! I wanted only a single pair of black-tie worthy shoes and these (in black satin) are it! They have the look of Louboutin at a fraction of the cost. I do not know how comfortable they will be, as satin will not give as leather does. I wish they came in black suede as well.

Great Shoes - I read all the reviews before ordering these shoes. I thought either these women can walk in heels all day or they are really great shoes. I ordered them and received them and they are the most comfortable pumps that I own. I want to order another pair. The support is good and yes the heel is a little high but you don't feel it because the shoes are so comfortable.

Love them - I really like the way these look and fit. I have a very hard time finding shoes as my feet are small (a size 5) and I have a high arch. But these not only look great but they were comfortable.

I bought the black patent version of these, and although they are beautiful, all I can say is wow. I wore them to a holiday party last night and I was in pain all night. I thought that for this price, I would get a comfortable pair of heels. I like the Weitzman shoe I purchased a few months ago. They were very comfortable, even to dance in. I could not wait to take these shoes off. I will be very hesitant to purchase Kate Spade shoes again.

I bought these in the ivory satin for my wedding - my dress was fabulously intricate, and plain shoes were just what I needed. They were comfortable and I danced all night in them. I later had a cobbler dye them black for other occasions and I wear them frequently. Money well spent.

Love. Comfortable, easy to walk in, and they go with everything. Can't wait to buy another pair.

I wear these at my 7a-4p job, and my feet feel absolutely fine at the end of the day. Do you know how unbelievable that is?! These heels are amazing. Amazing, I tell you! They're cute and comfortable, and at 3+ inches, that is an incredible feat. I did add some heel and arch inserts just for personal comfort as well. I swear, I will never buy a different heel again, and I can't wait to see what the next wave of colors will be! Highly recommend!

I got these Kate Spade (Karolina) shoes in size 6 and they fit me perfectly! Pretty to look at and very comfortable for walking around the office. I just wish these covered my toes entirely. I bought similar pumps from Cole Haan (Violet) but had to return, true size 6 but too narrow. I plan to buy another pair of Karolina shoes in a different color.

Fabulous shoe! I have these in black patent and I loved them so much I had to have them in another color (camel). They are the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. Classic shoe! You will love these!

As always, the Kate Spade Karolinas are beautiful and about as comfortable as high-heel pumps get. My foot is slightly large for an 8, a bit too small for an 8.5 -- but I find with these shoes that the 8 stretches out just enough after a few wears to be perfect. The cut of the shoe is very elegant, and the camel color is super-versatile (but not quite the same as the super-popular nude shoes I see everywhere).

Gorgeous and well made, but too high for me. If you love "high heels", get these. True to size.

Love this shoe. Wore it all day yesterday 8am-9pm and was totally comfy. Never once thought about my feet hurting. Kate Spade's shoes are usually comfortable, but this is by far my best pair. Love the camel color. Elongates the leg. Super sexy while classic all at the same time. Goes with everything. I am usually an 8.5-9 in heels and the 8.5 is perfect.

This is my second pair of Karolina by Kate Spade pumps. I have had a chance to wear my first pair of several months now and I just love them. They are comfortable and oh so classy. Fit is true to size.

What a great color these pumps are. They are perfect with grey, pinks, black, and any neutral color that you wear to work. Comfortable to the max! I bought them in black too. Kate Spade shoes are feminine and the perfect heel height. Whether daily business heals or dressy glamorous shoes for night, Kate Spade shoes are the complement to any women's wardrobe.

The perfect classic pump. Amazingly, it fits as well as it looks. True to size, true to width, excellent arch support. My problem with pumps is that my heels are narrow and slip out whenever I take a step. This did not happen with the Karolina's whether or not I wore hose with them. Way more than I would normally spend on a shoe, but worth it because I'll wear them a lot so the cost per wear is low. Zappos was amazing as usual. Why buy from anywhere else?

My first Kate Spades! I finally bought the camel in size 9 after trying size 8.5. I have a wide foot and the size 9 actually fit without too much room in the toe. Very surprised to say the least considering that I also bought the size 9 in the pink which I had to return because they were too tight. It just goes to show you that the individual differences in shoes makes it worthwhile to keep trying. I love my new shoes. They are sexy but not too sexy to wear to work. They are also very comfortable for such a high heel.

What an awesome pair of shoes! I cannot explain how they feel when they are on except to say "Wow!" Brown pants and a cream jacket never looked so good!

I loved this shoe. I hate the fact that I had to return it - but it just isn't made for people with (even slightly) wide feet. The color is absolutely perfect, and the shape of the shoe is gorgeous. If you have medium/thin feet and are looking for a pair of blush patent shoes? These.

Haven't worn the shoe yet so I can't attest to the comfort, but the shade of nude is perfect! Can't wait to wear them.

Fits true to size and color of shoe goes with everything. Can dress up or dress down any outfit and great for going out.
