Comfort shoe - Great shoe. I wore them right out of the box the whole day. Cute style and comfortable too. I ordered a size 9. I usually wear an 8 1/2. My Keen sandals are size 9. These fit more true to size. I didn't mind though as I will be wearing socks with these.

Keen Calistoga - Due to several bunion and ingrown toenail surgeries I was nervous about purchasing closed toe shoes again. I read all of Zappos reviews before purchasing two different pairs. Keen Calistoga’s are adorable and very comfortable. There was no break-in time needed to wear them for a full day at work. I also had the opportunity to experience an exchange of an item with Zappos. It was hassle free through an effective and efficient communication process. I ordered a pair of Merrell shoes the same day from another company. They were delivered four or five days after the Zappos delivery. It took two days of wear to make them feel comfortable. Zappos is definitely the best shoe shopping experience that I have enjoyed; ever. I will not bother looking anywhere else again.

Zappos Rocks - I love my shoes! They are comfortable and durable and cute looking.

Keen Calistoga - I have been wearing Danskos for years, and was having a lot of foot and toe pain. Keens were highly recommended to me by many people I know, so I bought these, and after a week, my feet felt PERFECT! They are soooo comfortable..spacious, but not too roomy...now I have two pairs, and can't wait to try more Keen styles! Love them!

My new shoes - Soooo comfortable! The toe is a lot bigger than it looks...it’s taken me a bit to get used to, but I love this shoe.

Keen Calistoga - I wear a 10 and ordered a 10. There is plenty of room, even with bulkier socks, so maybe you don't need to size up for the larger sizes. The right shoe did feel tight initially around the stitching on the top of the foot but is fine 2 weeks later. The shoes are comfortable and fun. I would consider buying a second pair! Great customer service at Zappos!

Love the shoes! These are one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. They fit like a glove, are durable, and the sole is non-skid (which is a huge plus for me.) I would buy another pair of Keen Shoes based on this purchase alone. I am very satisfied with them.

Awesome Shoes - I waited for the UPS man all day! I have a pair of Keen sandals and love them -- I can't believe how good and comfortable these feel -- out of the box! I'm wearing them to work tomorrow! Order them!

Awesome shoes! These are by far the most comfortable, durable, and yet fashionable shoes I have ever owned. I wear them every day and they fit my feet perfectly. I ordered my exact size and they fit well with or without thick socks. Also, my order came in a day and the shipping was free! How can you beat that? Good ol' Zappos!

Great shoe - Felt comfortable from day one. I have a high instep, therefore cannot wear some Keens. This one works. I work in a lovely contemporary building with lots of lovely concrete flooring except for my feet - these shoes conquer concrete!

Keen Calistoga = great shoe - The shoe looks nice - was looking for a black shoe that could be casual or a little dressed up. Feels great, easy to put on and take off. Like it a lot.

Wow, what a shoe!! I ordered these shoes to wear during my pregnancy and I have been extremely pleased with their comfort level. I actually bought a brown pair and black pair and wear one or the other every day. You can dress them up or down play them with a favorite pair of jeans. Highly recommend.

Love my new shoes. I found these shoes in a catalog at my usual gear store but they were unable to get them for me. I was a little hesitant to purchase shoes without trying them on, but am so glad that I did. I wear these shoes several times a week and even plan what I am wearing so I CAN wear them. They are great looking, fit very comfortably and I can be on my feet all day without my legs and feet feeling tired or achy.

Keen Calistoga - I absolutely love every pair of Keen’s I have. These are so adorable and comfy.

I love these shoes - They are super. I thought the top might rub on my foot, but it doesn't. I have worn them every day since I bought them. They are very good for people with flat feet.

A shoe for all occasion - This is my third pair of Keens and like the slightly dressier look of this style. Though it is quite appropriate for work, it's casual enough for jeans. My first pair of Keen Mary Janes has an annoying squeak that seems to be engineered out of these. As with other Keens, I ordered a half size large and they fit perfectly.

Most comfortable shoe I've ever worn - This is the first pair of Keens I've tried and right out of the box these were perfect for me! I wear a women's size 11 and these fit great and were very roomy in width - almost loose, but comfy to me. If you have a narrow foot you'd probably be unhappy with how wide these run. I had no problem with them digging in the top of my foot because the toe box is so roomy. I also ordered the Berkeley clogs and while I liked the look of the backless shoe better they weren't nearly as comfortable as these. I ordered the rum raisin, which is lovely, but I'm exchanging them for the Seal Brown because I think they'll go with more.

Sporty and cute - I just got these in Seal Brown (9) as an exchange for the Berkeley's (9) which were too loose in the heel for me. The Calistogas are perfect in length, width and stay put on my heel when I walk. Love the die-cut design which adds a feminine touch to a sporty leather shoe. These will be great to wear with cute socks for work, and are sturdy enough that I can walk the dog and do some light trail hikes on nice days, too. Zappos is AMAZING with their great customer service...got these in less than 20 hours for my exchange, and their price guarantee made this a super deal.

Adorable and really functional - The challenge for me is to find shoes that are casual, sturdy and also have some style...these shoes are all those things. I work outside a lot, but like to look good, too. These shoes have really good support, look good with pants and skirts and make me happy.

The Best Keens so far! These shoes are my 5th pair of Keens - I have Newport sandals, the Bronx tie shoes, Seattle's and Sydney II's. Although I dearly love them all, these Calistas are the most comfortable ever. They fit without being too tight or too loose. They provide a great deal of support and it feels like I am walking on air. On top of t all, they are a bit more pretty and dressy than my other Keens and despite the rubber toe, I can wear them to dressier functions.

Best shoe ever - I love this shoe. It is stylish and comfortable and it is perfect for anything. I highly recommend it to anyone!

Most comfortable shoe I have ever owned! I have big, wide feet. I have ankles and knees that need good support. I also like stylish shoes that don't remind me of the show my mother wears. I have two Keen shoes and plan to purchase more. They are the most comfortable, versatile shoes I have ever owned. If I went “shopping” for these shoes, it would have taken me days to find the style and size I needed. I actually saw the shoes in the newspaper. I then went to Zappos.com and within one day I had the shoe I wanted... in my size! I didn't have to drive to several shopping malls (only to find that they don't have the shoe in my size). I love Keens, but I love Zappos even more!

Great shoe - I really like this shoe. It's very comfortable, but not supportive enough. I feel like it needs more arch support. Reviews said to order a 1/2 size up, which I found to be way too big. I usually wear a 9 and a 9 in this is perfect. I have wide feet and this shoe is a little loose. I love the style, they are so cute!

Zappos and Keens are the best! Bought this shoe online Tuesday, they showed up at my door on Wednesday! Now that is just amazing. Can't find size 11 shoes anywhere! This shoe is just as comfortable as the Sydney II and cuter. I work in a Home Improvement store, am on my feet all day on cement floors, and suffer from foot problems. Keens are the shoe that saved my feet and my life. I can wear them and go home without crying like I do with any other shoe I wear. THANK YOU ZAPPOS!

Love Keen Shoes - This was my fourth pair of Keens (all different styles) and I have yet to be disappointed. I normally wear an 8.5, in all but Keens and sneakers, and I was nervous after reading other reviews that said they ran more true to size than other Keens... but I ordered a size 9 like always, and wasn't sorry for it. Comfy right out of the box, they are the best shoes for my bad back and my demanding job.
