Very comfy - I’m on my feet for 9 hours a day (I work in retail) and I have to wear closed toe, supportive shoes...these shoes were a great investment! They are kind of grandma looking but I don't care...my feet don't KILL anymore at the end of the day...

I have thin feet and the top of the shoes rub the top of my feet. I end up getting blisters on the top of my feet. The rest of the shoes are made nicely, but I avoid wearing these shoes because of the top. I wish that I thought about returning them before it was too late.

I love the look of this shoe, but the cut is wrong for my foot. It\'s much too tight over the instep.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

I had the Sydney II Mary Janes from Keen and ordered these in the purple. The Calistoga was much narrower across the instep than the Sydney II was. I had to return them. I think it was just this style. I ordered the Sangria to replace this style and it fit fine.

I am returning these. These sloshed up and down a bit on my foot. I also wasn't happy with the quality of the hook on the strap. It was flimsy and seemed like it might break quickly. The foot bed seemed comfortable, though.

odd fit - I normally wear a 9.5 medium, so I ordered the 9.5 which was very loose (both width and heel room) - I read other reviews and realized that I should have ordered a 9.0, so I did, however the 9.0 is way to small - much too narrow and rubs my heels - there is no padding on the heel...very uncomfortable - had to return the 9.0 as well

Beautiful Shoe, but way too wide!!! This is a GORGEOUS shoe - too bad it is way too wide for my foot! I am a true size 7M - this shoe feels far too wide in the front. Sadly, I have to return them due to this....

This is my second pair of these shoes, they're so comfortable! However, this pair's straps are too wide for their buckles making it difficult to put them on and take them off. I have to force them on without unbuckling them because the straps won't come out of the buckles. Once out, they're really hard to shove back into the buckles. I guess I should have returned them, but they're so comfortable, I wanted to wear them anyway.

I love Keen shoes and I think these are really cute. I was sad to find that this particular style rubbed uncomfortably against my heel. The buckle was also too thick and difficult to close. It took far too long to try to get these shoes on and it would have driven me crazy to go through this on a daily basis. Very cute though!

I am a huge Keen fan. I loved the look of these shoes but just couldn't make them work. I tried 3 different sizes without luck. They were stiff and rubbed the sides of my foot (I don’t have a wide foot). I never lasted wearing them more than 10 minutes at a time. Thank goodness Zappos makes returning so easy.

Arch support not that great - I was really hoping for a lot better arch support after reading the reviews for this shoe. I have a very high arch & my foot is a bit wide. I ordered this & the Sydney II. The Sydney II actually had a bit more arch support, even though it wasn't rated as such. Anyway, I thought this shoe was ok - but a little too wide for me (& like I said, my foot is wide) it moved around on my foot, even in my normal (didn't need to order up a size after all) size. Found this shoe to be a bit pokey where the shoe comes across above the toe, not great arch support & just not a good fit for me. Bummer, had to send them back.

Cute, but not as comfortable as other Keens. The other reviewers were correct, the buckle is difficult. Not as cushy as some and lacks arch support. Could be a little more depth in toe area. Cute, but had to exchange for the Portola, tie up.

Don't bother if you rely on orthotics - I bought these shoes in green thinking Keen had saved me from the pits of shoe insert depression because I read several reviews on here that said they could accommodate orthotics. The orthotics fit into the shoe, but the feet do not! I am sincerely worn out by getting my hopes up by seeing cute shoes and convincing myself that they'll work.

Not what I expected - I ordered this shoe hoping for a good shoe to wear to work where I am on my feet all day. I have tried Keens hiking shoes and hoped this would be comparable. The arch support is minimal and the top of the shoe cut into my foot. I loved Zappos service and am glad I could return them so easily.

Sporty, but boxy toe - I found it had too much room in the toe for me. I have a narrow foot and to fit lengthwise, my foot was swimming around in too much space on the sides. Not available in narrow.

Very Uncomfortable - These shoes looked very cute, and I bought them based on a recommendation from a woman I work with that bought a pair. They are very uncomfortable. They rubbed a large blister on two places on my foot. I have only worn them once since I bought them, and don't plan on wearing them again any time soon.

Not what I expected - I bought these shoes after reading all of the other positive reviews on line here. Normally, I feel that I can trust the reviews here - and I wish that I had the positive experience that others did. I needed a pair of good comfortable walking shoes because I was going on a trip to Italy and Spain and would be doing a lot of walking. I have wide feet and these initially fit fine, they are on the large size which I was thrilled with. The problem began when I was walking for a few hours. The top of my foot felt so much pain because the area where the shoe stops (not the buckle, but above) was cutting into my foot in a really odd way, leaving me with nerve pain shooting through the top of my foot. I thought that perhaps they needed to be broken in more, so I put some moleskin on the top of my foot to protect the area. It didn't help and eventually, I had to suck up buying a pair of 80 Euro freaking sandals when I was in Italy because I couldn't take the pain. They look cute, my kids thought I looked like a leprechaun - but they are the "in" looking shoe. Personally, I wish I could send these back now, but since I walked in them, even in short spurts, I am stuck with a pair of worthless shoes that were pretty darned expensive. I hate wasting money!

Keen's Calistoga - As my day at work progressed, I developed a cut on my heel from the shoe rubbing against it. Next time I'll wear socks.

Not for narrow feet - Bought these 'cause I love my Keen Newports and wanted something dressier. Though I have narrow feet, I've found the Keen design (wide in front, narrow in back) fits me well, and is cute. But these were TOO wide in the front. This design doesn't taper like the Newports, so there was a visible gap that was also uncomfortable. Just wasn't for me, so I returned them. Zappos made the purchase and return process really easy.

The strap system needs work! Look great and are comfortable but they are such a hassle to get on and off. For this reason I much prefer the Keen Seattle style of strap. This strap you have to undo each time to get on and off. The other one slides, though it has a few problems too, as sometimes it loosens just when I am walking.

These shoes are UGLY. The toe bed is so wide that I felt like I was Donald Duck after a night of dancing. They might have had a fairly comfortable foot bed but I really did not pay much attention to them as they were so ugly that I immediately took them off. I wear a size 9.5 and I certainly do not need something that makes my foot look 2 sizes bigger.
