The only "sneakers" I ever bought for my 3 year old daughter. They're not bulky (not ugly huge things like most other ones), they are pretty with cute but discreet colors. So easy to slip in, and so light! By the way, I bought some for my 5-year old son too, after some disappointing experiences with Adidas, and it was love at first try!

These are a very comfortable feeling shoe but do run quite big when comparing to other brands

Tsukihoshi is my go to brand for my twin almost 3 year old toddlers. We discovered them a year ago and prefer them over other brands because they're machine washable, have just enough arch support and the sole is flexible enough for little developing feet. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because this particular model of Tsukihoshi shoe doesn't seem to be as durable as other Tsukihoshis we've had in the past. My daughter has worn them 8 times and the toe box is already quite scuffed. Another reviewer had commented about similar scuffing and I can confirm it. I do like the wider Velcro tab on this model as compared to the other models, which makes it easier for my toddlers to fasten their shoes unassisted, but I'm not sure that feature outweighs the durability flaw of this model.

I'm very pleased with shoes and our four year old loves them. I like that we can throw them in the washer. I wish I would have purchased this brand sooner.

My daughter loved these, she's had four pairs. However, her latest pair wore a hole on the inside near the toe, in about six weeks. We will have to find a new style because a shoe that can't hold up to school and playground wear and tear won't work.

My daughter chose these shoes. I expected high quality due to the price but they started to fray the same week now a couple weeks later all the stitching is loose on the top and the tongue and the leather looks dreadful. I wish I would have read the reviews on these. My daughter likes how easy they are to put on and they seem comfy, but I will not buy this brand again. Also they run large.

My two girls have gone through many pairs for the past five years. They are great shoes to wear and are good for my kid's feet. The only complaint is that the shoes wear out too quickly and look very worn down after a month or two, even under normal kid wearing conditions (school, park, etc.). I always buy the shoes on sale. I recommend these only if they are on sale with free shipping.

Shoes fit fine, to size. However, the front rubber on the toe started to peel down after two weeks of play. My daughter is a little hard on shoes, but I have not seen this with other brands (except cheap ones). Disappointed.

We've bought Tsukihoshis since my daughter started wearing shoes. Now that she is five and very active, I think we are going to have to switch! The shoes are too expensive relative to their quality. Our last two pairs have broken down in one month. The start "shredding" and the rubber on the front toe separates.

Don't bother purchasing this shoe. Although it received high ratings from others, it was a complete fail for us. My five year old daughter is not "rough" on shoes and even after just a couple months of wear, this shoe began to fall apart. The sole started to pull away from the shoe. Very disappointed with this shoe and should have just stuck with Stride Rite. Lesson Learned! I did give it 3 stars for comfort because she did not complain about the fit and the style is cute but other than that, it was a poorly made shoe.

After three weeks of moderate wear, these shoes looked horrendous! They are washable but when I washed them (very carefully and according to the instructions) they looked worn and shabby. My daughter finds them comfortable but I only let her wear them when we are going somewhere muddy.

My little one just loves this shoe. It is easy for her to put on and she is very stable with it. The shoe does not trip her up or interfere with her agenda at the playground. However, I am just not going to buy another pair that will wear out in 3 months. The suede-like material on the shoe just does not hold up. I am going to try a different style.
