These are the greatest tennis shoes on the planet! Easy on and off and they can be washed! They are a bit pricey but the quality can not be beat.

I bought two pairs of these shoes -- a pair for a four and eight year old. Both grandchildren love these Tsukihoshi sneakers. Both have commented that the footbed is so nice and wide, their toes never feel pinched (not their words, but my interpretation of their words). The kids also said, "My feet never feel hot." These shoes are not inexpensive, but are well worth the price for fit and comfort. Keep up the good work Zappos! You rock!

My 4 year old daughter has a narrow foot and this fit fine; the Velcro closure can be tightened, and she puts these on with ease. They are a lightweight shoe and comfortable for her.

I like these shoes so much I bought the next two sizes up. The tip gets scuffed up pretty quickly, but overall these shoes have everything I am looking for in a shoe.

My 3½ year old loves her new shoes. They are comfotrable, super cute, and she can put them on easily by herself.

My daughter keeps asking for Tsukihoshis each time she outgrows a pair. We chose them as her first hard soled shoes because littlies can work the flap easily. She's now 5, and even chose these fairly plain looking pink shoes over rainbow-sparkly shoes. They fit her slightly wide toed (but not W-size) feet very well. They do pick up dirt in the fabric part fast, but wash up well, and they never stink nor fall apart. The toe gets scuffed up after a while but hey, they're her only play shoes (so, worth the money). We always buy a half size down (11 when she is measuring 11.5 now) and the fit is great.

A really nice shoe. I like to get Birkenstocks for my children's feet because I know they are natural, let their feet breath, and give them room to grow properly. So finding something as good but that they could wear to school as a sneaker was what I was after. This shoe is fantastic. It is very light, but well shaped, has a rise for the arch inside and so easy to get on and off with the velcro that my 3yo can do it by herself. Very happy with the shoe.

These are well made and super cute. I found them true to size. I ordered a half size down at first, as recommended by Zappos but had to return them for a bigger size. They were worth the wait though. I love the color too and goes with all of my daughter's colorful clothing! Thanks Zappos.

I absolutely adore this brand of tennis shoe for kids, especially if your child has wide feet and/or a high instep! This is the only shoe that doesn't leave marks on the top of my daughter's foot (very high instep). My son measures as a wide and these also fit him wonderfully! I marked them wider than marked because they give so well and are roomier than some true wides, but because they give so well, they'd fit a normal foot too. These shoes breath well, have lots of give around the sides/top, yet great support on the inside, they are light weight, durable, washable and so easy to get on/off.

My very active six year old girl with slightly wide feet loves these shoes! They do run a half to a full size large - she's 12 1/2 normally but she wears 12 in these shoes, and still has a lot of wiggle room.

These shoes are awesome! This is the second pair I bought for my daughter, because she outgrew her other ones. They are comfy, very good for wide feet, washable, easy to put on and take off, and stylish. These are the shoes to go with, especially if your child goes to school or daycare. The color does fade after a while, but the shoe is still 100% functional.

Fabulous gym shoes. My four year old loves to run, and these make her "fast". My daughter wears these shoes to school daily, and they've held up incredibly well.

I bought this sneaker for my 5 year old daughter who has a large and slightly wide foot. She wears a 13. This shoe is well made and comfortable but runs a little big. It is easy for her to get on and off and is light. I feel it is worth the money!

I have bought this style so many times in different colors for boys and girls! The retro styling of the shoe is fun and fits a range of ages. They are the best for wide or extra wide feet or high arched kids. It does run big, but that has never been a problem. I love the easy-on/off and washability. Excellent arch support. One of the best sneakers out there!

Excellent shoe. Very easy for my 4 year olds to get on and off without help. They run around like mad in these and can walk for a long enough time that I know the fit is perfect.

This is a fantastic sneaker. My daughter has very wide feet and these are a super comfortable, durable, well-made shoe. They definitely run larger and wider a half size at least. One of our friends recommended this brand and I\'m very pleased. I chose pink and red because my daughter is fully immersed in the princess phase so I thought she\'d like the girlish colors, but she would prefer a little more glitter and shine!

These are the best sneakers! Light weight, breathable, comfy and can be washed! My daughter is on her 2nd pair and we will continue to buy these!

Great lightweight shoe, easy for my 4-year old daughter to get on by herself. Washed up in the washer well! The only thing I was disappointed with was the toe scuffed off the suede right away next to the toe bumper. Maybe being purple this showed more than if it were another color. I liked this shoe so much I bought the same pair for my son in blue. These run roomy and both my kids usually take a wide shoe, so they fit them well even though they aren't technically labeled "wide" I drove to many stores looking for a easy shoe for my kids to put on themselves that was also wide, and even though I thought this was a lot of money to spend on kids tennis shoes, it was worth it this time.

Purchased these for my active 2 year old daughter in size 6.5 and they are awesome! They are the best pair of sneakers we've had her in yet. They fasten so easily and she begs to put my shoes on everyday. They fit her wide width feet very well and the size is perfect.

These are perfect for the kid in braces. Our daughter wears AFOs and these fit over them perfect! The velcro fits completely around the brace. The other great benefit is that they are super light. Braces add enough weight without added weight from a shoe. Thanks Zappos for carrying yet another great product! And for those concerned about wear, my daughter wore these for a year before I bought a new pair. They even help with her dragging her toes!!!

Adorable and comfortable! These are so comfortable and adorable looking too. So much cuter and stylish than Stride Rite or even Pumas or Nike, and different -- not every little girl around town will have them on.

Easy for Toddler to Put On - This shoe is great. The fit is exactly as described and very light weight. The ease of use for a Toddler is wonderful. They are able to pull the shoe on with the help of the back loop and they are also able to use the velcro to close. The tongue is sewn in place on one side so that it doesn't go into the shoe as they are putting it on.

Tsukihoshi’s are the BEST! My daughter is on her 4th pair of Tsukihoshi’s. They fit her feet well, they are flexible (she can walk on her tip toes in them,) she can easily put them on and take them off by herself (since she was 15-months old) and they are machine washable - they come out of the washing machine looking brand new. They are my daughter's favorite pair of shoes and she loves them! And so do I!
