These are the best work shoes I've purchased in the past 15 years of working with required Non-slip shoes. They're amazing. True to size, available in wide widths (which is always harder to find), and lightweight. These remind me so much of my gym shoes; they're perfect for running around work.

Have had other more expensive New Balance shoes for work, but these are the best, by far. Highly recommend. For support and comfort they're the best. If you're thinking "fashionable," not so much.

I occasionally work concession stands at sporting venues, and had not found any shoes that were truly slip-proof and comfortable for standing long hours. My narrow feet add to the challenge of finding shoes. My legs no longer are tired, and I don't slip on wet floors. They are comfortable from the first wearing. Highly recommend!

I am a small adult female,I have small,wide feet ,with a very high arch. I can always find some type of shoe from Zappos, be it casual or dress. i really like the fast delivery and their return policy. I can\'t find a size 5-51/2 wide in my town or any other town close by. When I need shoes I go to Zappos. I also told the post office lady and some others about Zappos.

The perfect shoes for work. I am on my feet all day on concrete floors, and these shoes offer great support and comfort. It was great to finally find a pair that meet the requirements of my job and come in Narrow.

I love my New Balance 631. I am a school food service manager (yes, a Lunch Lady) and they are the best shoes I have ever worn. They are true to size and are truly nonslip.

I have finally found the PERFECT saftey approved work shoe for my job. I am on my feet 8 hours a day, running around, standing for long periods at a time on a hard surface, exposure to moisture and heat...these are the ones. My feet finally do not hurt after a long day at work. I am afraid that now I\'ve found the best work shoe, they will be discontined or something, so I am going to hurry and order a couple of back up pairs. Thank you New Balance for this awesome shoe, and thank you Zappos for your wonderful and lightening fast customer service and shipping!

Zappos is a fantastic way to shop for my work shoes. You cant beat New Balance for its lightweight comfort and durability. And Zappos: It's almost like there is a warehouse at the end of my street the packages get here so fast. We giggle every time we order; when we hit send we laugh and say there's the doorbell. Obviously there isn't a warehouse on the corner, but the service is untouched by any website I've ever ordered from. My son ordered a pair of Uggs for his girlfriend for this past Christmas, at 3 pm and at 10 am the next morning they were on our doorstep. Incredible! Keep up the great work, I really love the customer service. How can you beat free return shipping; not that I had to return anything so far, but no one does that. Thanks Zappos, keep doing what your doing!

I ordered this shoe because my employment can be quite physical and I was tired of slipping and sliding all over stockroom and retail store floors. The grip is great! The fit is suberb for these narrow feet that can be somewhat difficult to outfit! I have always wondered if I could wear NB and now I know! I plan on purchasing sneakers for casual wear.

I purchased these shoes because they were specifically advertised as being "slip resistent" and "service" shoes. I work in a spa so these features, as well as comfort, were very important to me. After 4 weeks, these shoes have not failed on any of my criteria. They are also very true to size. I am very pleased with this purchase. And, as a long-time customer, I continue to have nothing but praise for Zappos!
