I have no complaint with the product itself. My complaint is related to the inability to do an even exchange for a different size. (The price increased after the original purchase.) Since I can purchase this product locally for the price I would now have to pay through Zappos, I will be returning this jacket and supporting a local business. Very disappointed that Zappos does not offer an option for a true exchange.

I have wanted this jacket for quite some time and finally decided to buy one for myself as well as my husband. I ordered XL so that I can wear heavier sweaters and it fits perfectly. I love the drawstrings at the bottom to make it a perfect fit. I live in NE Wisconsin and have worn it this winter, although I recommend something heavier during the below zero temps. My husband and I are both very happy with this jacket and highly recommend.

I love this jacket. I live in northern Wisconsin and the winners are cold, cold, cold. I wear this all winter. It is not warm enough for outdoor activity but is great for running errands and general in and out of the car stuff. It is very slimming and does not add bulk. I have 3 of these in different colors. Buying from Zappos was wonderful. Free shipping was great. I ordered on a Monday night and it arrived Wednesday morning. Will always order from Zappos!

I love this jacket, and I get lots of compliments on it. I got a white patterned one on sale. I think at the beginning of 2013. It's a thin, light jacket, but definitely keeps 99.9% of the Boston wind chill out (except in the pockets, so make sure you've got gloves). One and only complaint: the sleeve cuffs pilled after the first or second time I wore it. These aren't at all visible, though, I'm just picky and SLIGHTLY disappointed. This is a fantastic jacket. Love it.

My daughter absolutely loved the jacket. I read reviews and ordered a size up and it was perfect, the toggles on the sides for tapering are a great touch, and the color is beautiful.

I love this coat! I recommend you buy a size larger than you would normally wear. I am looking forward to winter weather now that I have this coat. Wind proof, and very warm for the thickness, and definitely worth the price.

I have been wanting a new TNF jacket for the past few years and a trip to Portland, OR prompted the quick purchase of the Apex Bionic. I had tried it on in a store and while I liked it, I thought it was a bit stiff. But then I saw that the price was right on Zappos and bought this in the pink with the trifecta design (didn't want another black jacket). I was worried that the pink was going to be too vibrant, but it's not. It's a muted fuchsia and I think the lines of the design helps break up what could have been way too much pink! I put it in the washer as soon as I got it and that helped loosen up the fabric a bit. I am 5'5", 34A chest, and 125 lbs. I bought the size small and it fits perfectly... not too long in the arms and long enough in the torso. Not too heavy either. Just the right amount of warmth for what I need in Austin falls/winters and the occasional trips to colder climates.

On sizing: I'm 5'4", about 130-135lbs, muscular build, and I usually wear an XS or a S. I have a somewhat small rib cage, but really broad shoulders, so sometimes I have to get suit jackets in a size-up to accommodate them. The size small was perfect for me in this jacket, though. Fits perfect, plenty of room in the shoulders and chest, even if I wear a fleece under the jacket.

The jacket has a sporty look compared to the North Face Denali. I got a small, and I am 5'6'' and 120 pounds. You can't wear much underneath the jacket because it has a fitted structure that doesn't allow much underneath, but it is very warm. Great for the fall-winter transition period. If you want to wear more underneath, size up to a M if you're a small. Overall nice look, nice fit, love North Face! :)

My grandson plays hockey and this jacket is great for games inside or out. I add a heavy sweater under if I need more warmth.

A great throw on jacket for running errands...light enough to keep on during runs in and out of stores, yet warm enough for cold temps. Color is bright...beat those winter blahs.

Great jacket! Love it. The only thing I'm not a fan of is how high the collar comes up. I don't think I have a short neck... So I'll just have to bend the collar down a little more.

I LOVE this jacket! I own a Denali and Osito North Face Jacket in size medium, however, I bought this in a size Large and it fits perfectly! It is more form fitting so I recommend going up one size. I find it is warm enough for me to wear from fall all the way through winter. This is my new favorite North Face jacket!

Product as described. I usually wear a 10, have broad shoulders and this jacket fits great. Medium weight. Bought for a trip to Europe and think it will work out great, fold easily.

I love this jacket. It was a bit stiff when I first received it in the mail but after wearing it a couple times I was able to break it in. The material is really nice and waterproof and it does a great job of keeping me warm!

Outstanding jacket, many North Face are too small for me, I regularly wear a 16 or XL however in this jacket the XXL fits perfect. It has a nice shape and is slimming as well as a very warm spring and fall jacket.

This jacket is the best! I bought it to wear on our boat for wind blocking purposes. I am always cold & this jacket keeps me warm with minimal layering. I am 5'2", 125 lbs & the medium is perfect to wear a hoodie under.

True to The North Face standards, this jacket is super comfortable and versatile. I love my NF jacket and love the color.

Love! Repels water very nicely. Has a slim fit, not bulky. Only downside is the material gets dirty around the wrists very easily. Easy enough to wash though. I get compliments of this jacket all the time.

I wanted a jacket like this for a long time, but kept putting it off. The pattern on this one is great, but I now want other colors. This jacket is so much warmer than its weight indicates. I often wear it when I need less warmth, but look forward to it when it gets cold again. It has a nice cut and hangs nicely. I wish I had bought it earlier in the winter to have been able to wear it more often.

As the owner of three long-haired cats and a golden retriever, I am always looking for something that will repel pet hair. This is perfect for that. It also repels water, keeps my core warm and has a nice shape to it. I am 5'5", 130 and bought the medium, which has plenty of room for layering. I have it in multiple colors and would recommend it for all kinds of outdoor activities.

Great basic jacket. Looks great casual or slightly dressed-up. Durable, too! I've worn this jacket for 2 winters and it looks practically brand new.
