The girl I spoke with initially was fantastic! Although... After receiving my email informing me, my coat was in... The gentleman I spoke with informed me, the coat I was going to exchange for, had gone up in price. Even though when I initially called to make the exchange, they were the same price, but Zappos was out of them! I was extremely disappointed to hear I had to pay the additional money for being out of stock.

I bought this jacket for my daughter for Christmas. It has a slim fit, very comfortable, and extra warm. She absolutely loves it and I plan on getting one for myself as well. It looks really nice on, too.

Fit beautifully with a thin sweater underneath. It has a tailored look and is very flattering. It also has a lot of stretch and give. If I wanted to wear a bulky winter sweater underneath it, I would order a size larger. Very wind-resistant. Perfect weight for the climate we have in central Texas.

I love the color! It matches jeans perfectly. It is a lovely, cozy jacket and I foresee myself wearing this very often this winter.

I get so many compliments on this jacket. Not many people have seen this color (Fissure Green) so they're attracted to it for that reason. And, of course, The North Face is popular. I work with teens and one said I looked "fresh in my North Face". :) The thin polar fleece that lines the jacket is a somewhat odd choice of color (it's a bright emerald green), but it's not that noticeable with the jacket left unzipped because of the snugger fit. I'm a curvy girl and the 2XL does fit snuggly, but it does so in all the right places. This jacket is thin, but it is very warm! The wind can't get through it and it holds in heat. If you live in Michigan or something, it may not be warm enough, but I'm sure it'll do just fine for our Maryland winters.

I searched for weeks in stores for this jacket without any luck (lots of black ones but no brown). I decided to check out Zappos. I ordered and wore in NYC during the holiday break and it is very warm and lightweight and even received several compliments on the jacket from complete strangers! Go ahead buy it, you won't be sorry!

My new favorite casual jacket. Never gets static cling which I hate. I am 5'3", 125 lbs and the small is perfect. I can still fit thicker clothing underneath or wear on its own. It also blocks the November beach wind amazingly.

Finally found the lightweight warmth I was looking for in this jacket! As many reviews suggested, I went up a size and I'm happy that I did...a little extra room for bulkier materials, but the jacket has a great fitted shape.

The jacket is extremely wind-proof and super comfortable to move around in. The colors are fabulous, and don't seem to fade at all. For the price, it's definitely worth it!

This jacket has proven to be a great central Wisconsin fall coat. Windy, cold days are no big deal if you wear a warm layer under the jacket. It's not waterproof, but it is resistant enough to keep you dry for a while. I like that the sleeves are long enough and the body is nicely fitted. Lots of compliments so far!

I got this in the black color. It isn't boxy, but it is not the most form-fitting jacket because the material is a little stiff. It doesn't bother me, but it is probably something that buyers should be aware of. The jacket is very practical and fashionable at the same time, and I would definitely recommend it.

Zappos is the best! I may never physically go shopping again! This jacket is also top quality. I ordered the XXL as I'm 5' 10" and over 200 lbs with an athletic build. In my opinion, this jacket fits more snugly than other models by North Face as in them I can do okay in just an XL. The XXL gives me some room underneath to layer though. The sleeves are pretty long though, but better too long than too short. The material is stiff right out of the box. I threw mine in the dryer on dewrinkle and it softened up quite a bit. I don't find the collar all that annoying either as other reviewers stated.

Love the color! It is just what I have been waiting for! I do wish they would offer an XXL. The XL fit is a little snug.

I love The North Face Apex Bionic jacket so much that I have four of them. I will most likely add to my collection as new colors come available. I am a women's size 8 on top and the M in this jacket fits me perfectly. I am short in the torso, so the length is a little longer than I would normally like. However, obviously that hasn't affected how much I like the jacket. It add just enough warmth and comfort and I use it many months during the year. The deep purple color is fabulous!

I ordered this jacket in the black cherry purple. It's pretty comfy and warm for spring time in Seattle. I usually wear a XS in TNF, but read the reviews and sized up to a small. It fits perfectly. Looking at the picture, I was concerned that the jacket would be super short. It was actually a little longer on me. I think I will be purchasing another one in a different color.

Ordered this for a nicer looking spring jacket. All of the other ones I have are more casual. It was much nicer than I expected. The only complaint is that it was a little snug. I am going to return it for the next size up. Otherwise, I know this will be another great North Face purchase. It looks like it will wash and wear well. Also, another great Zappos experience. Their service is outstanding and you certainly can't beat their shipping...free. Not much in this world is free anymore. Thanks Zappos!
