Wore these boots for 3 months the first year I owned them. The second "season" and a year out of warranty the sole has separated from the upper and other parts of the boot are falling apart. Since the warranty is over, the company won't do anything for me HOWEVER, (they wrote) they hope this doesn't deter me from buying Ugg products in the future....right! If you are looking for "durable" find something else. If you are looking for a company to work with you, find another!

I am from Australia and bought these boots on holiday in Paris for my ski trip. The back of the boot tore within 3 wears. When I got back home, I was told by the Australian Ugg head office that they were a US product and they couldn't assist me. I have had no response to emails to the US address. Who would think that the Aussie company wouldn't help me! What a waste of 250!!

I think these look great and they are ok for running around in the city with. I don't believe the quality construction is there as these tend to bend and pinch the top of my feet sometimes when I walk. I bought these to go on 2 mile walks, on pavement, in the winter but they are just uncomfortable enough I'm reluctant to use them as much as I'd hoped. I bought these a year ago and would not buy again.

These are one of the worst pair of boots I have ever owned. The only positive thing I can honestly say is that they are stylish. I had initially brought the boots for weather purposes, but was let down. For example I was out running errands in NYC. The temperature on that day was In the mid 30s, within the 3rd hour of me being out my feet started to freeze. Mind you there wasnt any sort of precipitation on this day, but the boot itself and my feet were frozen. This is a horrible weatherproof boot, and very expensive. I writing this review to prevent others from buying these boots for weatherproof reasons. I was let down by UGG and I'll never purchase another one of their products. I hope this was helpful to some of you.

I'd been happily wearing Ugg duck boots for about three years when I finally decided to get a new pair. I opted to step it up to the thicker-soled butte boot, and it was much more comfortable on my feet. They were warm, dry, and comfortable, but within a week of (light) usage, parts started to break. Clearly, the leather was thin and shoddy before I ever purchased the boots. While my first experience with Ugg boots had been that they were solid, well-constructed, and dependable, this company now has its products made in China and the craftsmanship is gone. Their warranty would have covered my boots, but it also would have taken three weeks to get the boots back-- that's 25% of the winter. Thus, I returned them to the retail store where I got them and bought a different brand of boot instead (American made this time). Loved 'em when they were still made in Australia, but now you're paying for pretty much just the style and comfort without the quality manufacturing that they built the brand on. The prices are somehow higher now, too, despite the lower cost of Chinese production.

I was excited to save up and purchase some UGGs. I thought I would be absolutely in love with my purchase. Unfortunately, disappointment is an understatement. The quality of the product was a step below [*] which is an embarrassment. The actual look and design was almost unauthentic to the picture. Im truly disappointed, but will not turn my back on UGG. I just hope to see your integrity and quality resurface.
