I was so excited when I ordered these shoes. I was putting together my birthday outfit for months and I have finally found the best pair of shoes to go with it.. and I was happy that they came in my size. Only for me to never receive them. The delivery company act as if they delivered my package, but it never was delivered to my home never seen it on my ring camera or anything. So I didn't get to wear my birthday outfit with those shoes that I want so bad. I have called my local store to see if they had a pair. They didn't have my size. They only go up to 13 and I wear 14. I was refunding my money, but you know they want to take another risk.

I couldn't believe that they sent me used shoes with marks. I had no choice but to return it. I love Uggs in general but that was a bit too much.

I'm still stuck with boots my wife can't fit. They can go in the garbage idc

I wear these boot to work outdoors, and bottom line, the UGG Butte do not keep your toes warm

I returned first pair for an additional 1/2 size up to 11 1/2 even though other Uggs im 11. For the new pair, the right shor was smaller than left shoe

I'm very disappointed with this shoe,today is my first day of wearing after purchase.I was expecting my feet to be warmed with this shoes,my toes are cold,my heels and the side of both feet are cold.It's 10degree in New York City at the moment and this shoes hasn't warmed my feet.I had great expectations from this purchase,I felt as if I was wearing a regular sneakers .Honestly,this these shoes don't bear truth to the posturing of blocking out chilly temperatures,I'm scared to think how my feet would feel had the temperature being colder.I think I have thrown my money at .delusions of El dorado gold,it's quite discomforting and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.It's sickening mon..I'm peeved ! ! !.

You don't have this shoe for women in this color!!

I have many UGG products and love all of them, but the sizing on these boots was way off. I wear a 10 in my other UGG boots and so I ordered these in that size. I have now worn them a half dozen times in bad weather and my feet slide around in them and they are very uncomfortable. It seems I would need a 9.5 or possibly even a 9 in these, so beware before you buy them and wear them a lot in the house so that you can return them.

Gorgeous boots, can't lie. But after a winter they're barely waterproof anymore?? Due to the weather in Montreal the boots started taking on water. For the price i'd expect at least 2-3 winters

I'm used to wearing nice heavy duty redwing boots all day for the same price. I bought these for bringing my dogs for walks and really regret them. My left one gives my heel blisters from something rubbing. They are really thin and light duty. They don't keep your feet dry in the snow. I thought by looks they would be super comfortable but no.

Water stains after one wear

I bought these boots for my husband as I have the women's version and loved them. The first time he put them on the loop tab on the back of the boot broke when he put his finger in it. I called Ugg but since they don't have his size all we could do is send the boots back for a refund. This is ridiculous and not what I've come to expect from Ugg products.

I gave this boot one star and if it wasn't for the day to day warmth in waterless conditions i would say it should be lower. But after owning 2 pairs of these boots, through 2 seperate winter seasons, I can say, these boots ARE NOT WATERPROOF. and through many hours spent in the cold, I can say these boots are not for people that need something they can rely on. The soles come un attached, they are not slip resistant, water gets in from god knows where, and honestly the laces barely hold up. I'm not saying these aren't great boots for the person going from the car, to the house. or work to the car. they would more then likely be great for that. but with an almost 250$ price tag and spending 500$ in 2 seasons as these are seasonal boots, its a little crazy when you think each pair didn't even last 6months.

Scuff marks everywhere. Didn’t even try on! Returned immediately!!!

Disappointed

I'm a postal carrier and these boots worked well for the first month. After the fifth or sixth rain/snow storm, I noticed my socks were a little damp. After that, I was sloshing around for my whole route with pools of water in my boots. I shelved these boots, during the last noreaster, for a nine-year-old pair of Timberlands. Those timbs kept my feet dry. I won't wear Uggs again.

This is my second pair of uggs in the matter of 4 years. I live in NYC and I feel like the men uggs are not as good as the women uggs. The leather feels cheap and it cracks overtime due to the snow and salt. The sole of the boot wastes fast. It is not high quality as the women version of these uggs.

I wanted these boots because my older siblings had them for over some years and I was finally able to get them. Today is the first day that I'm wearing them all n NYC snow and my feet are freezing. My older brother is with me, with the same boots from some years back and he has no problems. It is obvious that the UGG company did not put the pride that they did years ago in how they manufactured their products. Over $200 for boots that feel like I'm barefoot.

If the tongue is off center, don't buy them. They tried to tell me that the off centeredness would fix itself. It never did and was a constant source of discomfort and annoyance. My feet are in constant pain when I wear these because of lack of support.

I loved these boots. I bought them one year ago for the never-ending Boston winter, and they worked great. Then they ripped in half. Literally, the top half ripped off when I was putting my foot in. And it happened exactly one year after i bought it, so exactly after the warranty expired. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
