These are excellent! This is the second time that I have bought the same boots. Excellent service from Zappos. Better than in any store and I live in New York City!

These boots are very comfortable and warm. I wear a size 6 1/2, and the 37 fit well. Perfect for everyday use.

These shoes are really warm and cozy but they run small. I usually wear a 38 but had to reorder a 39 and they are still a bit snug. There is plenty of room in the toe, but they are snug in the instep. I added an insole because the arch support was not adequate for me. I would classify them as more water resistant than waterproof. They look great with pants and I wear them with skirts too, though some people might think that they are a little too unrefined for that. I think they have a cool Euro style.

Comfortable, cozy and fashionable - these boots will take me through the winter ahead and keep me both warm and dry. They fit well and are very snug feeling inside with the shearling. I can wear them with jeans or sweats. Perfect!

Love these shoes. I tried so many boots before these and they were love at first fitting. True to size, I'm a 9.5 and got a 41. Very warm and kept my feet dry all week on my vacation in Iceland through snow, sleet, rain, and slush. I walked for miles in them and hiked on a glacier in them and they offered plenty of comfort and support. Can't recommend them enough. Now I look forward to next winter here in the Northeast so I can wear them again!

I really like this shoe. It is great for pants or jeans, not dressy enough for skirts or dresses, in my opinion. It is wool lined, although not in the foot bed, but it is very warm. I wish it was taller and that the heel was a little fancier, so it could be used for all occasions. But it is impossible to find the perfect boot!

Followed recommendation of previous reviewers and ordered a half size up, which fit perfectly. I'm a 7 1/2 and ordered the 8 - or the 39 vs the 38. Warm and comfy and cute. Haven't had chance to test waterproofness yet.

I'm very pleased with this boot. Good quality construction, comfortable and warm. Good traction in show, easy on and off. Not the most fashionable but makes up in functionality.

Great boots. The're very comfortable for long walks. They keep my feet warm. I'm in the northeast. I don't know how they'd be in a very cold climate. They work great for what I need them for which is long walks in the city in weather that usually isn't much colder that 20 degrees F.

I love these boots! I live in San Francisco and spent a long time searching for a pair of boots for the "rainy season". I have wide feet and tried on a lot of boots. They were either too tight or way too loose. I was looking for a traditional rubber rain boot. It never occurred to me to look for a leather option. Then I stumbled upon the Rieker Eike in a store. I wear a 9, so I tried the size 40, but they were too tight. They didn't have a bigger size, so I went online to Zappos and found a 41. With their terrific return policy, I figured I'd give it a try and went ahead and ordered them (my first purchase on Zappos). They fit perfectly! I love that they're lined, so I can wear without socks. I think they'd be too tight for my foot with a sock. Stylish, comfortable and waterproof. You can't ask for more!

I am very happy with these boots. They are warm and fairly stylish for a boot that is so practical in bad weather. I have a narrow size 9 to 9.5 foot with skinny calves and these boots do run a bit small (I bought a size 41) and narrow and are a tight fit in the calf, but fit me perfectly. I am so glad that I ordered these, we have had a lot of snow days in my area and these have served me well.

These boots are the bomb! Not only are they comfortable, but they are warm and toasty and protect my feet in this harsh new york weather. I ordered them from the most wonderful site in the USA and got them in record time! They fit true to size, I ordered a 6 and they fit with a regular sock. At first the wool itched a bit but I chalked that up to the fact that it is Real wool after all. They look great under jeans. The suede is durable and the color is a beautiful brown. In a word they and Zappos are amazing!

These are great looking, but since I take an 8 1/2, I ordered size 40 which said 8 1/2-9. Unfortunately, it is too tight. Most others said order one size up. I'm going to order a 9 1/2 and hope its not too big. Don't know why a 40 spans two sizes and all the other sizes are one size.

I am really happy with this purchase. The shoes are comfortable, cute, waterproof and warm! I live in Montana and they have kept my feet warm during negative temperatures. I would definitely recommend them. I normally wear a size 39 but needed these in a size 40.

Attractive, lightweight. The 9.5 (41) is too small even though I have a Rieker shoe 9.5 which is perfect. I'd suggest ordering up.

Perfect boots! It's keeps your feet super warm, very comfortable. I have major issues with boots because the arch and always terrible to spend the all day in one, but this one is a must have. Thanks Zappos, you rock!

I have these boots in the espresso suede and just got the black suede. I love this boot. Great looking with jeans and even pantsuits especially in the winter because they are super warm and super comfortable. So much better looking than Uggs and comfortable with cushioning foot.

Great boots! I was tired of wearing my heavy boots for winter outings and outside events (lots of walking, not winter activities). They are very warm and light. They run true to size. The inside is wool, but is not itchy. They look cute with jeans or casual pants. I haven't used these for sledding or snowshoeing and probably won't --I have the heavier Columbias (for that). This is the first time I purchased this brand and I am glad I did. Of course, Zappos knows you want them before you do, so they arrive what seems like seconds after you complete your purchase.

AWESOME Boot. So warm and comfortable - no need to wear thick socks. Some shoes need thicker socks in winter - not these. And nice arch support/cushion. Also great if walking a lot. If I travel to Europe next year when it's cold - I would definitely like this boot for that type of walking.

These shoes are insanely comfortable. They are designed to be good in rainy and cold winter weather, but I live in California and have worn them often. They are light and feel fantastic on your feet.

I realized that I wasn't an Ugg-kind-of girl, but desperately wanted the warmth and love Ugg bestows upon the masses. So I searched amongst the brand that has given me much pleasure in the past -- Rieker. There I found this very comfortable, stylish, loving and warm boot that will make my journey through winterland an adventure!

Love these boots. I wore out my Uggs and wanted something a little less slipper like and these are just as warm and toasty, but they feel like sleek, stylish boots. I've walked long ways them, toasty and comfortable. Yum!

Great Comfort! This boot is comfortable and rugged, but still urban. I put them on immediately after they arrived and went out to dinner on a very cold day in New Orleans! Then I wore them throughout my holiday travels in 17-32 degree weather and they are wonderful! They will not accommodate heavy socks, but you don't need them with the lining. This is my second pair of Rieker's, and I will absolutely buy more.
