I purchased these boots for my daughter to wear around campus. They are excellent! Super cute and trendy with skinny jeans, comfortable, warm and great quality. As always, NO ONE tops Zappos in the shipping and customer service area.

Awesome! I live in Western New York where the snow is plenty and it's freezing cold! I have been on the hunt for a good warm boot so I could go and play with my kids. Finally! I found one! Couldn't be happier! The first time I ever used them I played outside for two hours with my kids and never once felt cold feet! They were toasty warm and stayed super dry! Comfortable and had great traction. Fit well. I wear a size 8 shoe and they fit perfectly well. I actually could wear a super thick sock and still have them be comfortable. But there is no need since they are warm enough. Would definitely buy again.

I received these boots just in time for several snow storms. They are warm and keep my feet dry. I am normally a size 7.5 but got an 8. The fit very well, the sole doesn't have a lot of bend to it but it does have great tread to keep me from slipping.

Ordered an 8, fit true to size, very comfortable. The cream/brown looks a lot better in person than in the photo. It is actually a lighter beige brown and the fur is a darker cream color than in the photo.

Just got my Hi-Tec St. Moritz boots and I love them! They are super cute and seem functional. I wear a 9 and ordered a 9. They fit well and have a little room for thicker socks. I would definitely recommend these boots. Can't wait to put them to the test when we get our next snow storm !

Cute, warm, and waterproof. I added an arch support for a little extra comfort. These aren't the boots I use for long walks in the snow, but they look great with a skirt and leg warmers and keep me comfy while being fashionable.

Cute boot. Ordered this with two other boots and this one was by far the nicest of the three. Keeping these, sending the other two back. They are comfortable, look well made, and are light too. Laces are designed well, to be able to tighten and adjust boots.

Warm and comfortable. Very casual, obviously. Still have to test them in the depth of winter, but so far, they seem promising!

Why are there other online shoe stores! Zappos rules. Ordered these boot last night and in less than 24 hrs have them on my feet. Too cute, fit is true to size, love them. Try them out on a ski trip next week. Can't say enough good about Zappos. Thanks for being there for me! Not a problem like or not, easy returns - you're just the Best!

I love these boots. I use them for mountain fun in CO and for snow shoveling or walking around in mountain towns. They are very warm and comfy.

Love this boot. After reading a lot of the reviews I was a little leary, but am very pleased. With so much bad weather this year they are perfect. I usually wear a 9 1/2 - 10. I ordered a 9 1/2 and they were fine. They look great with skinny jeans and fit the bill for functionality. Really help me keep my footing on the ice and so far have kept my feet dry in snow. The laces are a little long, but I just wrap them around and don't have a problem.

After the last snow/ice storm we had I decided to get a pair of snow boots. They are very comfortable and very warm. I love 'em. Now I'm ready for the next snow/ice storm.

I purchased these boots and am very happy as I love them. They are warm and waterproof which is exactly what I was looking for in new winter boots. I have not regretted my decision for a minute, especially with all the snow storms the Northeast has been hit with recently. The boots are comfortable around the ankle/chin compared to some other brands I tried. No need for big heavy wool socks, I wear regular cotton socks, and my feet stay very warm. I wear a size 6 or 6 1/2 depending on brand/maker, ordered both and ended up keeping the 6 . I ordered several different brands and the High-Tec fit me the best. The cream color has stayed clean and I love the fur detail.

I wore these all day when the temp was like 12 degrees...didn't have on socks and my feet weren't cold once, nor did they sweat. Ordered the 6.5 and it's a little big without socks, so I think it will be perfect when I do wear them with socks. Haven't tested the waterproof aspect yet. They aren't too clunky and I got several compliments when I wore them. Great boot for me!

These boots provided the traction and support I needed for my travel to Germany in January. I walked (a mile or more a day) up and down steep hills, multiple levels of stairs, and these boots provided the traction, warmth and support I needed on the icy, snowy roads. It's the first pair of snow boots I've ever purchased because I live in the South and I was pleasantly pleased. I usually wear Danskos, Merrells, and Naots. These boots did not have the high arch support of those brands but it did not bother me at all, so again they were a great purchase.

Great boots! They are warm. There was no break-in time. They are rugged, and with leggings they are cute. They are a little big. I could have bought a 10, but the eleven is roomy and doesn't look awkward.

These boots are warm and comfortable. They have good traction in the snow and on slippery floors. I also wear them when it's not snowing. The shoelaces are very long, but that can be fixed by trimming them with scissors.

Best color in these: Brown and Cream. I have seen the black and the lighter color in the store and they look cheap. I own the brown and cream and get tons of compliments on these, for a snow boot they are cute. They run true to size, and are super comfy and warm.

These boots rock! They look exactly like the picture! They seem a little lacking in the arch support, but for snow boots, they will do just fine. Very cute! Got them within 24 hours of ordering them, too!

OMG! LOVE these boots! Ordered last Saturday, received on Tuesday, despite having to be delivered by UPS on snow-covered roads. We've broken our all-time record for snowfall in a single season this winter in Charlottesville, VA. I couldn't take it anymore and finally ordered my first pair of snow boots, ever. I've now worn these boots every day since receiving them. I've walked through knee deep snow and across ice-covered streets and sidewalks. These boots are extremely warm...my feet haven't gotten cold once since wearing them. They are also stylish and comfortable. They have stayed dry...not a single drop of water has permeated the shoe material. The traction is great, though I can still slip on smooth ice, but I don't think anything would help that other than ice picks! I'm happy with the boots, and thrilled, as always, with the customer service of Zappos.
