I bought these boots last winter and loved them. They're nice looking and stay warm and dry. This winter I pulled them out for the first time and I noticed where they have the little trade mark stamped into the rubber on the right side of the toe piece, it is now torn. They stamped practically all the way through the rubber! Nice, thanks guys! Now I have to bring them to the shoe repair shop and see if the guy can make a patch out of something close to the same color and put it on both boots (because it's just a matter of time before the other one does it, too).

Awesome warm and dry boot - I love these boots. I wear them everywhere and they keep my feet warm and dry. Good traction on snow and ice. Love the faux fur lining. The one item that I am not sure about is the draw string lace around the top of the boot- weird and makes tying the boots more of a challenge than it should be.

Love <3 - This boot is an awesome shoe for winter. I go to school in Wisconsin so I know it can handle a tough winter, the only problem I had with it is that it doesn't lace up. It's a slip-on, and the laces just tighten over the top which I didn't realize when I bought them, but I still love them.

Maddeningly almost perfect - Buy them Anyway - In a world of inexcusably poor design, I get absurdly annoyed when I encounter a really great product with a few major design flaws, such as these boots. But buy them - they are 90% great. GOOD BITS - They are WARM - my feet are always cold. My previous boots were from Land's End - heart of the frozen north - should be warm boots - but my feet were always cold. These are WARM, lightweight, flexible and comfortable - no small feat for my size 11 clunkers - but you may need an insole for real hikes as there isn't much arch support. They are not too bulky to wear under gaiters. They are cute. Actually too cute - I almost didn't buy them because of all that fluffy fur. I'm not walking the poodle in Aspen, I'm hiking with the Mutt in the back woods. Still- they are WARM and COMFY. Though personally, I find touching wet fur very icky! After a hike in the snow, digging your fingers into wet fur to unlace them is creepy - Very drowned-rat texture. The lacing - BAD design. Should have open-hook type eyelets on the top boot (like hiking boots.) It is really cumbersome to tighten and loosen them, especially across the instep. You have to pluck out each lace buried in the fur. Still good boots but - the major worst bit - they are DANGEROUS. The cinch lace at the top is extremely long. Walking upstairs after shoveling the stairs, you will step on this lace, trip and crash your shin into the stairs then slide down and smash your elbow - ouch - got the icebag on now! Why nine yards of dangling string here? Is there a big market for snow boots for those afflicted with Elephantitis ? Or if you really do need that much lacing, why not put a belaying pin on the side of the boot to tie it off? Tucking the lace inside the boot works for a while, but it does come free if you are - like - walking around. So overall - I'm happy for warm comfy feet. At a size 11, my options are limited, so I don't know how this boot compares to other styles that are more available in smaller sizes.

Tough with a touch of style - Alright, this isn't a Brittany Spears boot... but... that's not what you want. You want warm, waterproof comfort, and that's what you get. The only downside are the nutty shoe strings: excessive and excessively present, but just tuck ‘em in and you're good to go.

Warm and funky - This boot is surprisingly warm, yet I have worn them on not so cold evenings and wasn't uncomfortable. My boot cut jeans go over them nicely, but I had to buy a pair of "skinny" jeans so that I could tuck them in and show the boots off too. If they aren't laced up super tight though, there is slippage at the heel, which makes your socks bunch and I absolutely hate that, so I lace them as tight as I can to avoid that. Overall, I am not kicking myself for the splurge on money. They are funky and practical.

Hi-Tec St. Moritz 200 - This boot is very warm and looks great! I ordered a 91/2 when I usually wear a 9. It fits fine, except for the top of my heel rubs against the back of the boot, and I have to wear very thick socks to keep that from happening. The shoe strings are very long and I've stepped on them a few times, causing them to come untied. Zappos shipping was extremely fast! I will continue shopping with Zappos.

Cute, very warm, not too girly - Bought these to trek to and from car to ski lodge in snow and bitter cold and they certainly deliver. They are attractive enough for après ski, but "techy" enough so that you look like you actually skied before slipping them on! Fit was true to size, could be a little snugger in the heel. Fur trim make these a stand out. Bought the silvery grey- different from most of the tan or beige fur-trimmed boots out there. I would highly recommend these boots for cold weather.

Really cute boot, but won't work for bigger calves - Love the color & style of this boot in the blue/gray, which is actually a gorgeous icy color in real life. I have wider calves & bought this boot thinking I would have some room for adjustment in this area, however the doggone tongue is sewn to the boot the whole way up, making this nothing more than a slip-on with laces you can tighten the boot with. The size seemed true to length & had plenty of room in the toes & width. Had I not returned them due to the calf issue, I think they would have been really warm with good traction. They are also VERY cute!

I returned these. The inner part of the boot felt like it was becoming unglued from the outer part near the ankle. It was bunching up oddly. I also could feel the seam from the white stitching that goes up around the heel. This bothered me wearing medium weight socks. these felt like a true size 9.

These look like a lace up boot, but are in fact a pull on boot...should be noted on description. Also the boot cuts into my ankle/lower calf and has little lateral support.

These look very cute in the photos, but in larger sizes (I ordered a 10) they just aren't cute at all. They're long and narrow and the toe part looks huge...the "chunky" factor is only in smaller sizes. They're heavy and stiff and clunky. Too bad, because the look of the fleece is awesome.

Based on other reviews and my knowledge of snow boots, I ordered a 9 which is a half size larger than what I normally wear. It was slightly too big - I could tell when I walked that there was too much room in the toe area. It took forever for me to lace them because the laces kept slipping on the fur and wouldn't stay tight. The fur was just too much for me. I couldn't fit my jeans over it and expect them to stay there when I walked. They seemed like they would be pretty comfortable if I had the right size. Looked big and clunky on my feet. Treads felt slippery to the touch, and I don't ever like treads like that, they just never stick on slippery surfaces. I compared them with the Vasque Pow Pow Ultra Dry, and the Vasques were more comfortable and warmer, plus the treads were better and they fit more what I was looking for - a versatile boot to wear everywhere in rain and snow, while camping or hiking or walking through my backyard or from store to store. I also tried the Merrell Polarand Rove Peak, and I love those! They have great treads and they're warm too.

I felt these were kind of hard to get on, but the fact that I have a fairly high instep might be the problem. I didn't find it very supportive in the arch, either. They seemed extremely sturdy and durable, but maybe even a bit too much as inside the heel area the boots felt really tight and rubbed a bit.

I was so excited to get these that I immediately wore them the day after I received them. Now that I've had them for about 3 weeks, I have to say, I like the style, they're keeping my feet warm, but I absolutely hate the lacing system. It is really hard to loosen and tighten the laces...and a real pain to put the boots on and/or off if you're kind of in a hurry. I like the look of the lacing, but I will definitely take a better look before rushing into wearing my next pair of lace-up boots.

I just got these, and what a disappointment. Wrong color for one thing, but the "fur" also gets in the way of trying to loosen or tighten the laces. The heel turns up at the end so much that you rock back. There is no tongue to the boot, so you have to loosen the laces quite a bit to get in and out of them. The heel part of the sole turns up so that you feel like you are rocking back on your heels all the time.

Great, but had to return them - I loved these boots, but ended up having to return them. The cut of the heel gave me horrible blisters. I wear a size 9, but even the size 10 did the same thing to me, although my foot moved around a lot in the larger size. I really wanted these boots. They were incredibly warm and kept my feet dry. I live in Chicago and walk about 2 miles a day from taking mass transportation into the city. If I didn't walk as much I would have been okay - still looking for a boot that fits well in the heel...I'm definitely looking at ones on Zappos. I am so happy with their customer service.

Super cute in person, way cuter than the pictures and video. This boot is for skinny legs only! The size 7 I ordered had a 8+" shaft, and the circumference was only 12". I had to return them. Of course I had to rate them low, I'm very disappointed.

I loved these boots when I got them. They fit great and looked great. They kept my feet really warm and dry at first, but nearing the end of the winter they could just not hold off all the snow and slush. My feet got wet and thus cold. I don't know if it's because I didn't spray them enough or what, but it's not like I was walking through snowy trails in these boots. I was using them to walk to and from my car and classes and still the snow and slush was just too much and my feet got wet. I guess what I need is a boot with more rubber and less "waterproof" suede.

This shoe runs a little bit large, so my heels do come out of the shoes when I walk. So, I made another set of hole to tie a little bit higher. Also, wearing thick socks also help. Another problem I noticed was that the folding leather part on top is a way too thick. As I have a high arch, the top part was a little painful, so I cut the folding line to rest the folded inside leather flat. It really helped me to ease the pain on top of my feet. I wish that I purchased a half size smaller one. Anyway, with thick socks on, the shoes feel comfortable and look very casual.
