Love the boot. Keeps my feet warm and dry in Chicago winters. I needed a 10 1/2, but for large sizes they don’t come in halfs. Went with the 11, but probably should have gone with the 10 b/c they are slightly too big. Especially since they are soo warm you don’t really need to wear thermal socks. But love the boots anyway! Have only had them a couple of weeks so we will see if they hold up to the test of time!

I live in Texas, we don’t get extreme winters, but this is a great boot. Very warm and comfortable. Looks great with pants tucked in or out. I have gotten a lot of compliments on the look. One pair of socks is enough. I would recommend this boot to anyone. Zappos is "the" place for service, quality, and price.

This is an extremely warm and comfortable winter boot! They are excellent in heavy snow conditions. They have been worn to hike on the top of the Austrian Alps, handled very well! I would absolutely recommend you purchase these boots. They are worth every penny!

On a scale of 1-10, I give these boots a 9. They fit true to size with enough room for heavy socks and keep my feet warm for quite a while, and they look great, too. They are quite rigid, along the lines of a downhill ski boot, which I find a little bit uncomfortable after a while. I got them for walking through snow and slush without worrying about slipping, falling, wet feet, etc., and they fit the bill.

I'm still loving these boots a year later, and it's been a snowy, slushy winter this year. We often walk 2 to 3 miles in them through unshoveled city neighborhood streets. My feet stay dry and warm in them, and they have a great tread and hardly ever slip, except, of course, on sheet ice. My only complaint is how much I have to loosen the laces to get my feet in, but then, well, they're boots with no zippers, so that's to be expected. Also, even though my legs aren't exactly thin, there's still enough room to tuck my jeans into the boots. The laces are very long, so I end up double knotting them to keep them out of the way. Oh, and I normally wear an 8.5, but I bought an 8 and they fit great, even with thicker socks. I highly recommend them.

I ordered these boots and man do I love them! They are true to size and keep my feet warm and comfortable when it's cold outside as well as being fashionable! They are also waterproof as well. Couldn't ask for a better cold weather boot.

I always wear a size 9 in boots, and this one was no exception. The brown and cream and the cuter of the colors in my opinion. But I debated between this style and the St. Mortiz Luxe 200i and this one felt better and was the cheaper of the two. I have been wearing these the past two days straight, they have kept my feet warm and dry. They are extremely comfortable and not bulky at all. I am more than happy with these boots. They are to cute with jeans tucked in. Fashionably function.

Great boots! I've worn them for about a month now and they have definitely kept my feet toasty (with no socks sometimes!) through the recent frigid weather. I have gotten plenty of compliments on the style, too; looks good with pants tucked in, tights, and especially leggings. Good traction, medium-weight, and really plush. Love them in Cream.

Warmest boot - I bought these boots to take on a trip to Colorado, I have a chronic disease and I get very cold all the time, especially if my feet are cold. I wore them in the snow at a ski resort and we walked for quite a while, all the time my feet were warm and comfortable. So I am very pleased with the boot…thank you. Also a very durable boot for whatever it is you are buying them for.

Fabulous Boots - Warm, Warm, Warm... these boots are warm and very comfortable. I bought them for shoveling snow, trekking back and forth to town and for knocking about on the ski slopes. The boots are very comfortable. Perfect fit. Highly recommend them.

Cute Boots! I was very happy when I got my boots. They were a lot cuter than what I anticipated--the pictures don't really do them justice. I was skeptical ordering boots online since I couldn't try them on, but they fit perfectly! I'm very pleased with my purchase overall. I'd recommend these boots to anyone.

Great Boot - I bought these because I was looking for a boot to definitely keep my feet dry, and after reading almost all the reviews, I gave them a shot. I've walked my dog about a dozen times now in knee-deep snow and slush, and I have not once gotten cold or wet feet. I bought a 7 but really could've used my normal size of 7.5. I got blisters on my heels the first time wearing them but that was all. You don't need thick socks to stay warm, so it could've been my socks. The laces are long but seem to be a stretchy nylon material and can easily be shortened. They look great and are lightweight. I'm glad I got them and thanks to everyone who took the time to review them!

Hi-Tec Women’s St. Moritz review - Comfortable, not bulky, easy to walk in, keeps my feet warm and I wear my pants over but mostly tucked in the boot. Even though the snow is under control I wear them for warmth. I’m glad I ordered these boots.

Warmth, Quality and Comfort - What a nice winter boot! Sturdy, warm, and stylish whether you wear it in town or walking in the snow. Your feet stay dry and toasty. I wear these with jeans or even a long skirt. With the kind of winter we've been having in New England, these boots fit the bill for a good, all-purpose boot.

Great snow and cold weather boot with style - Living in the Boston area, with kids, I needed a good boot with style for trudging through slush in parking lots, deep snow when shoveling the driveway, and climbing up and down sledding hills. I tried several different brands through Zappos - the other brand I debated was Patagonia. It was very comfortable with great support but only came to the ankle so I didn't think it would keep the deeper snow out as well. At home the Hi Tech didn't feel like it would give me quite the firm support of the Patagonia, but it was still very comfortable. I liked the mid-calf height, and the price so decided to keep it. After a true New England snow day today - I give this boot 5 stars. I shovelled snow that was up to my calves and played in the driveway for 1 1/2 hours in the morning, then was on a sledding hill with my 6 year old, climbing up and down, and standing for long periods of time, also for about 1 1/2 hours. After all that, my feet are not sore at all at day's end - so no worries about comfort or support. My feet stayed warm all that time - until the last 20 minutes or so of sledding at 3:00 p.m. when the whole day was getting cooler. (And that was with regular socks by the way.) So performance was great. No wetness inside at all after all that. And I like the style. The fur detail is nice since it comes down the front of the boot - you can still see it if you pull your pants over the boot. Some pants I tuck in, some I pull over - nice that the boot can do both. As other people said, two fastening methods don't add much - I just found the right lacing and slip boots on and off without adjusting.

This boot works very well for outdoor winter activities of various types. From taking the trash out to romping in the snow, it keeps my feet warm, and is rather stylish.

I love these boots - I love these boots. I have not had a chance to wear them out yet since there hasn't been any snow yet this year but I did try them on and wore them in the house for a bit. They are super warm and comfortable.
