Great boots. I bought them for our daughter who will be attending college in the UP of Michigan. She states that they are very comfortable and very warm! Plus we received the shipment within 2 days.

Best. Boots. Ever. True to size, amazingly comfortable and warm as anything. I have a tough time with shoes and was very skeptical, but these are wonderful.

This is a nice boot. The padding offers a bit of extra support around the ankle than the Cumberland Lea. I would order a half size or full size up to obtain a good fit. Otherwise a wonderful boot. Very waterproof, comfortable and warm.

I received these boots just before we got about 1 foot of snow, and they were wonderful! Would not hesitate to recommend them!

Just received/fast shipping - thanks Zappos! Previously returned Sorel Cumberland Lea (similar but with leather upper); 8M was too tight (see that review). These have a fabric upper & fit just fine for my 7-1/2W foot (got 8M, no wide boots). Made well, can't comment on warmth yet but will definitely keep my feet dry. I believe the cloth upper may breathe better than leather & are lighter in weight. Rubber bottom/tread most likely will be good for icy/snowy walks. Fit well with thin sock but not too tight with heavier wool ones, no heel slippage or cramped toes; faux shearling collar will keep snow out also; these could be a bohemian fashion statement but obviously are not for a night out on the town. But warm, dry foots are now mine!

These are great boots for the price! Wore them for several days in fresh snow doing a variety of activities (hiking, snow shoeing, etc) and they kept my feet comfortable, dry and warm. I ordered a half size larger than my regular shoe size to allow for thicker socks and worked perfectly.

Great fast service from Zappos! These are nice looking boots and not too heavy. They don't look bulky or clunky on your feet. They were true to size and the arch support is good. I haven't got to test them in really cold weather and snow yet but I think they will keep my feet pretty warm.

Love these boots! Super warm, look cute with jeans tucked into them. Perfect for cold, messy weather.

I bought these before the snow, so I haven't worn them a lot yet. However, they are stylish and feel sturdy. They fit true-to-size. They are very warm and thick. I feel comfortable that they are good quality.

Oh, I just received these but I know I am going to love them. They are stylish and quite feminine looking for a utility boot - glad I decided to get the brown with the black bottom - it's a versatile shade of brown that looks great with all colors, including black. I would advise if your foot is even a hair longer than the size you normally purchase to order up a half size - that way you can wear one pair of winter socks comfortably. I don't usually like laced boots but these looked easy, and they are. They are the perfect height for most snow depth but I plan to add my gaiters for the deep stuff. They also look great with the new trend in slim pants.

These are great boots and my daughter loves them. She hasn't even wanted to wait for the cold weather to hit before wearing them, and they look very cute with her jeans over the outside of the boot. I'm sure when the snow hits they'll be perfect, with the rubber out shoe and the tightly woven fabric. Don't really need thick socks - it would be tight with them anyway. Would definitely recommend these.

I walked for 20 minutes in snow and sleet on an icy sidewalk in 15 degree weather and I am thrilled with the comfort of these boots. I followed that up with shoveling for an hour and the same result -- warm, dry and comfortable. The shipping was incredible -- I ordered on a Saturday and received the boots on Monday. How does Zappos do that!?

I love these boots. They are warm, have room to wear heavy socks, and still have a bit of style. I have plenty of room to tuck in pants with a narrow or boot cut. I am a 6 1/2 in shoes and found that the 7 worked best for me with this boot. I am very happy with this purchase.

These boots are great. Use them mainly for snow shoeing. Warm and lightweight. Love Zappos selection and service.

I love these boots. They're comfortable, very warm, and quite waterproof. I got these because they're a bit taller than other boots without being knee-highs. They look good with jeans. The laces are a bit difficult to cinch tight, but that's a small drawback to me. I ordered them in a 7 because that's what size gym shoe I wear, but these were too big. I then ordered the 6 and 6.5 since Zappos offers free shipping both ways. The 6.5 worked for me.

Hurray for warm boots! I was looking for a pair of boots that I could use to tromp around in the snow with my daughter. I chose these due to another reviewer's comment regarding boots that fit women with thicker legs/ankles. I also got a half size smaller than I usually wear, but I think I could have ordered a full size smaller. I tried these out in snow and some serious slush, and they kept me warm and dry. And they're pretty lightweight.

Zappos order process and delivery was perfect. These boots do run a little big. I usually wear a size 8 or 8½ in boots allowing for extra socks. I got the 8 and they are almost too big -- even with extra socks! They are a great boot, though. I like the tie ups so I can make it more or less snug depending on the number of socks I am wearing. Also, I have small ankles so this helps me keep them fitted around my ankle. They are comfortable to walk in and with extra socks kept my feet nice and warm.

These are my favorite snow boots. I bought these to weather the snow in upstate NY and they have held up really well so far. I feel invincible walking through deep, wet snow (even puddles!) and my feet stay very warm. Tall socks are a must; shorter ones slip down and get a little uncomfortable. I can comfortably walk several miles in them. These boots aren't like other Sorels that have the wool lining and is it even possible to get that anymore? But overall, these are a solid investment.

After returning four pairs of snow boots I finally found the perfect fit. I normally wear a size 6, but they were out, so I went with the 5½ and they fit perfectly with thin or thick socks. These boots are also not bulky, and move with my ankle instead of being stiff and unmoving. Awesome snow boot! Cute and comfortable.

I love the look of these boots and their excellent reputation. These were my first try along with a "Lea" style in the Cumberland. Unfortunately, my feet are too wide and I have a bit of a bunion problem on my left foot. Everything else about the fit was excellent. Zappos is wonderful about service and I really appreciate the easy return since width is always a problem for me. Thank you, Zappos!

So comfortable, supportive, and warm! Felt great from the first time I put them on. They don't feel heavy and clunky on your feet. I have wide feet and normally wear a 9½ in shoes. For these boots, size 10 in the B width worked perfectly.

I've had these boots for a year and have not once regretted buying them. The best snow boots I have ever owned. I think they run a bit big, but I just put a thick pair of socks on and they're perfect! 5 stars all around!

Just wore them for the first time on a cold Chicago night. So far very comfortable and warm. I normally wear an 8 and these fit true to size.

My 10 year old daughter loves these boots for both keeping her feet dry and warm and being fashionable at school.
