Usually sore feet in Texas - These shoes are soo comfortable I am wearing them in the house all the time (we have tile floor in our kitchen) as well as outside. I have a bunion and very little padding left on my soles, and these shoes help me so much. I did insert an orthotic, too. I would highly recommend this shoe.

First of all, I measured my foot in length and width myself, not using a sizer and then used a chart to convert the inches to a size. I was surprised to see that, in a world where all shoes are made equally, I wear a 7.5EE. This is the first pair of shoes that have fit me perfectly! I chose this shoe for the last and for the "roll bars". The first couple of weeks, my knees hurt from the push off of the outer side of my feet. After that, I found that I couldn't wear any of my old shoes without feeling the "bump" under my arch; it turns out my pronation was pretty involved. I also found that a lot of my hip and low back pain disappeared. These shoes are awesome!

Wonderful sneakers! I purchased these sneakers to help with plantar fasciitis. I put them on first thing in the morning and wear them all day. The 926s are very comfortable and have significantly helped relieve the pain and discomfort in my heel.

Great shoe - This is a comfortable and attractive all purpose sneaker.

Good working shoe - This is the only shoe I can stand in all day. Stiff, but comfortable because my ankles and feet are supported. I had to get a larger size for my toe room.

The Best - Ordering this shoe in the width of 4E is the BEST THING I have probably ever done for my feet and myself! It didn't matter to me whether it was 4E or 24E in width. This shoe is supportive and comfortable 24/7. And literally, this is the only shoe I can wear. I can't walk barefoot or with any other shoe, due to several health problems, so buying this shoe is the difference between enjoying life pain free or not! Thank you, New Balance and Zappos!

Great post-op surgery shoe!! This is the first pair of walking shoes that I found that does not have the seam going across the top of the foot. This makes all the difference when I just had dorsal bunion surgery and the seam in other shoes rubs right where I had the surgery. I'm very happy with these and so are my feet!! My only complaint is that I don't like the look of the sole sticking out further than the heel of the shoe. The picture does not show this. It's a minor issue compared to the comfort of this shoe. My Dr. recommended New Balance and he was right!!

Happy feet - Years ago while suffering with plantar fasciitis, a doctor suggested that I wear only New Balance and Clarks. I have followed his suggestion and my feet are happy!!!

An excellent walking shoe. I purchased these shoes as I do a lot of walking and need a shoe with good arch support. I have had these shoes for a couple weeks and they are fantastic for my heels. I would buy again.

I can walk easy now. I have RA and have difficulty walking for any distance in most shoes. These are the best. I bought 2 pair, a white pair and a black pair. I went to a big department store wearing these and for the first time in a very long time, I was able to do all my shopping and walking around the store with my friend without having to sit and rest. The 926 shoes, makes walking fun again.

Comfort - I needed walking shoes that would provide stability and comfort and I found it in these excellent shoes. I am able to treadmill in comfort and I have no pain. They provide what I need in my arch and my ankles. Well worth the price!

I am a waitress, and wear this shoe six nights a week. I have tried a number of shoes for this type of work. They are true to size and widths. New Balance is by far the "best". I just wish they will come with some more choices in 4EE widths for women. I know there are a lot of us out there with an extra wide foot.

Great shoe - This is a great comfort shoe. I wear it on the job. I work in a medical lab and so am on my feet a lot. I have plantar fasciitis and a knee problem. The cushioning and stability help a lot. I like New Balance because they specify what last was used to make the shoe. I only buy shoes with the SL-2 last and that way I get a perfect fit every time. Also, I wear orthotics for my knee problem and like that I can remove the insole or slip a heel wedge under the insole. The only way I would change them would be to have a more stylish appearance.

Nice walking shoe - I'm very happy with these shoes. I'd been having some pain in my heel and on the ball of my foot before these shoes and they helped a lot. Inserting an additional arch support helped as well. I recommend these!

New Balance WW926 - Since my foot developed plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis, this has been the only shoe that gives me great support while walking. My husband and I walk about four miles daily, so I need something that really works. It would be great if NB would develop some new products with this same structure.

I love this shoe - I have had foot surgery this past year and bought this shoe for a comfort issue. Now I am getting used to wearing a black athletic shoe. Never thought I could. They look semi-dressy and I am wearing them when I go to Italy. The width was right on and the size was pretty accurate too. I hope to find some casual shoes as comfortable as these are. I normally have a long break in period, but with the NB926, I was able to step into them and walk every morning immediately.

NB 926 Best Ever! I love this shoe and hope it is never discontinued! I have narrow heels and a bunion and ingrown toenail problems. I can spread out and wiggle my toes! I am a bad pronator and cannot pronate in this shoe. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner, on my feet all day. At the end of a 12 hour day of seeing patients, my feet do not hurt. I cannot recommend this shoe highly enough and urge everyone to get it!

Satisfied 58 year old RN from Iowa - I've worn this shoe for 2 years with an orthotic. I purchased size 9, and had to have the metatarsal area stretched due to the orthotic and pressure on the 1st metatarsal head where the stitching presses on my greater metatarsal. Nice wide toe box and comfortable walking. Good stable shoe. I try the shoes on at a shoe store then purchase from Zappos. Zappos has given great service in the past, I use them again. Thanks!!!!

New Balance 926 Tennis Shoes - Good shoe and recommended by 2 Drs. for Plantar Fasciitis. Keeps the foot in a good walking position.

New Balance WW926 - These are my first New Balance shoes and I was unsure as to sizing. Comfortable right out of the box. Normally wear an 11 Med. I ordered the 12 Med and 11 wide. I kept both even though the Medium seemed to lean more to the narrow side. Excellent for my overpronation. Unbelievable support.

Shoes to stand in for 7 hours a day - I must stand at my job for seven hours a day and if have a bad foot that has been operated on. I need a shoe to get me through and this one is it.

New Balance WW926 is my first pair of any New Balance shoes, but it surely will not be my last! I have flat feet, but walk on the outer edges of them rather than on the inner edges the way most flat-footers do. These shoes make my feet walk straight! Bye-bye, pain and strain in the leg muscles!

Comfort...at last - I had foot surgery in Nov. and have had a hard time finding shoes that were comfortable, as I still have some swelling. These are fantastic. They were comfortable from the first moment I put them on. They are very roomy and the sole makes walking much easier. I had to order the wide width so they make my feet look pretty clunky, but who cares if I'm not in pain. P.S. Zappos service was excellent, as usual.

New Balance for problem feet like mine - This style is super for me. I wear an arch support and it fits perfectly into this shoe. This shoe also corrects my over pronation issue. Love it!

Comfort - This is a great sneaker. It is all I buy. I am on my feet all the time, it wears well and the support and comfort last.
