My favorite shoe - This is my 4th or 5th pair of New Balance shoes. They have a nice fit for my wide foot and high instep. I am overweight and need a good shoe. New Balance is well constructed and comfortable. I like to get the white, but will be trying another color the next time. I keep my old ones for working on the farm. My new ones are kept for "good". They never wear out!

First pair of shoes that fit me just right with the UCBL - The 926D shoes were comfortably wide and long enough to accommodate my UCBL orthotic. Did not need to take a bigger size for the length. First pair of shoes I did not have to return in 8 months. I am grateful for these shoes...

I broke a foot and needed a shoe to wear after the cast. This shoe provides support and is comfortable. I'll keep wearing it while volunteering in a job that requires black shoes and a lot of standing. I can't honestly rate the sizing as I am wearing an elastic wrap on one foot. It seems roomy. It's from an SL-2 last.

Do you have plantar fasciitis? These may not turn any heads as you stroll along, but you will be able to stroll in less pain! I have a wide foot and use a custom orthodic. The foot bed of the shoe comes out and my orthodic fit perfectly. If you are just learning about care for a plantar fasciitis condition, this shoe has a great toe box (design in the front) and the roll bar helps to keep the heel stable. I tried them on at a retailer first and the sizing was true to fit for me. Take care of your feet! Be blessed!

A great shoe - This walking shoe is so very comfortable. It's hard for me to find a decent pair of shoes, as I have a wide width, but these are the best. Thanks!

Great Shoes! Even if I'm only using one for now! I broke my right leg, and when I was fitted with my "boot" after surgery, I needed a shoe that had a high enough sole so that my hip wouldn't hurt when I walked. The New Balance WW926 is great! It provides plenty of support, handles my orthotic well, and was comfortable within two days of wearing it. Pretty soon I'll be breaking in the other shoe, but I don't think it will be a problem at all. I love New Balance and will buy again and again.

Exactly sized - These have lots of support and are exactly as sized; a true 10.5 med which is a rare find.

Awesome! I just purchased my 2nd pair of these. True, they aren't the most attractive athletic shoe, but the comfort and durability outweigh that. I wear them every day since I am on my feet constantly. My first pair is still in good condition even though I wore them daily for more than a year. I would highly recommend them to anybody. New Balance has never let me down.

Best shoe ever! I can take these shoes and put them on right out of the box and feel very comfy. I need them for custom orthotics and order extra wide and extra to accommodate them. Perfect!

GREAT - These shoes are the only type I find that don't hurt my feet. I have foot surgery due to curled under toes and these shoes feel great. I am also a diabetic. I am very satisfied.

The most comfortable shoe I've ever worn - I have a lot of trouble with my feet--high arches, wide width, painful ball of the foot and frequent plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. I ordered several pairs of shoes for a trip to Europe, and these were the ones I decided on because they were so comfortable from the moment I put them on. I always take several pairs of walking shoes on a trip so I can change out as my feet start to hurt, but my feet did not hurt at all in these, and I only changed shoes if I needed something dressier. I have worn New Balance 843 for years, but it was not available in black. I'm really glad, because this shoe is even more comfortable than the 843. I had a great trip thanks to New Balance and Zappos.

Wonderful Shoe - These shoes have been wonderful for me. I have to wear custom orthotics due to plantar fasciitis, and I always had to buy wide shoes to accommodate them. That was a problem since I have narrow heels. These shoes have wide, deep toes, but the heel area is not wide. There is plenty of room for my orthotic and I can even put the padded insole back in on top for added cushioning. I am able to wear my regular size of 9B. The shoe is super comfortable right out of the box.

Great Shoes! I had just gotten back from the podiatrist with diagnosis of several foot problems – morton’s neuroma, falling arch, and pronation - and went through the recommendations on the New Balance shoe and found that the WW926 made from the SL-2 last would be helpful for all three of those problems. SO I ordered. Typically I have had trouble finding my size shoes in comfortable styles locally, so didn't bother to even try local stores. Next day they arrived. Great shoes! Very good cushioning (firm yet “gives” a little). Supportive arch, nice wide toe box for the morton's problem, and a very nice fitting snug heel. They also have a nice roll forward effect when you walk that keeps your foot in line without rolling side to side. They are a bit heavy looking as I have big feet (size 41), but look like they will last a long time. If I don't look at my feet when I walk though, I think that I'm in heaven. Zappos’ phone help was very helpful, I will order again when I can save up to buy another pair. Fast delivery - express at no extra charge was wonderful. Thank you!

This is a good, stable walking shoe. The width is true to size; I bought a double wide and it was perfect from the first day. The length is a bit short. While I generally wear an 8.5 double wide in that length, my toe hit the shoe, so I returned it for the 9 double wide. That is great. Zappos is a wonderful company.

Pleased wearer of new balance - I've worn New Balance shoes for many years – no other athletic shoes compare to the comfort and support for my feet. I have a narrow foot and 2A is the best fit for me. I wish New Balance would make a narrow sandal with arch support for people like me.

Comfy! These shoes are really comfortable - like walking on marshmallows!

Great Shoe!!! This is my third pair of this shoe, and I love it! I buy this particular shoe because I have plantar fasciitis.

Best walking shoe - I am extremely pleased with this shoe. Walking is my best form of exercise and this shoe provides not only the comfort, but also stabilizes my ankles. I have purchased both the black and white pairs.

New Balance walking shoe - The service was incredible; I couldn't believe how swiftly my order was filled! Since my feet were very uncomfortable in the shoes I had, it was fantastic to get the news hoes so quickly. They are excellent quality, well packaged and having arthritis I really appreciated that the laces were already in place.

New Balance WW926 - Great shoe. I have heel spurs in both feet and these were recommended. These are my second pair in this style and I still like the comfort. I stand/walk a lot for work (I teach) and we travel often in the summer. I've had better vacations with good-fitting shoes.

Most comfortable shoe I've ever had - I am a female with a wide foot and cannot find wide-enough shoes for my feet. When I received the shoes, my toes can wiggle and they are not feeling "claustrophobic".

Best shoes for back or balance problems - My neurosurgeon and primary MD both told me to get these following back surgery and 5 years later, I still have only 1 other pair of shoes that I can wear without having pain in my back. The soles last forever, the only reason I have had to replace them is due to the leather scraping off and polish isn’t able to hide that issue.

New Balance 926 - I have always found New Balance to be just right for my foot with a width of 2N. In walking 3 miles per day, these shoes seem to be better than the last pair I bought from you which was, I believe, 826.

I have two pairs of these shoes, one white, one black. I wear them every day!
