Very satisfied - These are exactly what I was looking for in a sneaker! I have a wide foot which makes it difficult to find something that can be worn all day that will give me proper support and feel good at the end of the day. These have an extremely comfortable fit which is important to me. They even make my feet look smaller!

Excellent shoes - The minute I put these shoes on I knew they were going to fit perfectly. I stand and walk all day long and my feet have never felt better. Yes, they are a little clunky looking but that does not matter to me... comfort is most important. I also want to say the service from Zappos is great…my shoes were lost and Customer Service called UPS and located the package for me. Thanks.

New Balance 22926 - Bingo! I finally found a shoe that I can wear without experiencing some degree of pain. During the last three years, I have tried several styles and brands trying to find a shoe that allows me walk on concrete eight to ten hours a day. (My right foot has several problems: supination, metatarsalgia, and Morton's neuroma.) Even though this is a very ugly shoe, I love it.

Excellent Support Shoes - I have pronated feet and need really good support. I also have a leg length discrepancy and just got them back with a lift put in one shoe. The first time I wore them, I was able to walk/stand for over 1 1/2 hours...that is a long time for me. I highly recommend these shoes. New Balance shoes run a little large, so I had to go with a narrow width, but I knew that when I ordered them.

Comfortable - These shoes are so cushiony that I am able to walk longer and farther without my back hurting. I should have gotten the black though, as they would have gone better with clothes.

Better than the best - I thought 925's were the best, but these are more stylish and even more comfortable. They look funny with white laces, so add another $5 to replace the laces with grey ones. I wish they came in other colors too.

Wide width comfort - I wore my last pair of NB shoes for 2 years at least 5 days a week and they remained comfortable and supportive but I needed a new pair. These are slightly different and just as comfortable. I didn't have to 'break them in'. I wear 4E and I do a lot of walking for my job and for exercise. These shoes are terrific.

New Balance 926 walkers are very comfortable - The sneakers I got are very comfortable and required no break in period. The only difference I may have made is to not have upped the half size AND gotten the wide. I could have gotten normal width I think. Wide "looks" really wide when viewing my feet!

Feels good, looks professional - I am amazed at the price offered for these shoes by Zappos. I have gone to footwear stores and paid a lot more for the same shoe. New Balance shoes are very comfortable for working in 8+ hours and look professional no matter what the uniform type.

This Shoe is a Winner - I like New Balance shoes and I have been partial to 811 but this shoe is even better. It is very comfortable and there is lots of support. I wish it were not so chunky but comfort is more important.

WW926 - You guys have great service! The shoes came really fast. Sadly, they were a little small. I usually wear a size 6, but should have gotten a 6.5 with these shoes. They were tight across the top. It might have been better to have gotten a wide width because the length was fine. I called for return info and was greeted by a sweet "real" voice. She was very helpful and told me to have a "beautiful day." What great service!! I recommend Zappos to all my friends.

Comfort at last! I have foot problems and these shoes have been the answer. I can stand and walk all day and I no longer feel like I'm walking with bruised feet. When I wear these shoes all day, I wake up the next morning and can walk without hobbling! I'd buy them again!

I love my New Balance WW926 - For many years I have worn New Balance Walking shoes in the 800 series - it was one of the few shoes which fit my narrow foot. Since I could no longer find them in leather, I switched to this shoe, and like it even better. If feels sturdier, and my over the counter arch support fits in perfectly.

Great walker! I have lots of heel pain, and am going for treatment soon...but this shoe has helped tremendously. I can walk much easier in them (previously wore a casual sneaker with no support) and it is just wonderful. Toe area is roomy, very comfortable. It feels great, looks great...IS GREAT!

Great shoe for wide problem feet! These look better than the 925s but they kept all the important features for problem feet. They are the only shoes I wear right now, and they have a lot of "spring" to them even without the insert. I don't use the insert as I have a very high arch and I have to wear orthodics. You can't get away without the insert in just any shoe! I gave them 5 stars for look because I don't feel like I am wearing my grandmother's shoes; they look like regular tennis shoes. There are better looking shoes out there, but not that I could wear and walk in at the same time.

New Balance WW926 - Wonderful arch support, wide toe box and comfortable to walk in. I have diabetic foot problems and these shoes do not rub on top of your toes. Plenty of wiggle room. My only complaint is that they squeak when I walk. I bought a size 9 XXW to make sure they'd fit my wide feet while wearing socks.

New Balance WW926 - I wear orthotics and this shoe works. I am concerned about wearing them on ice and snow as they were slippery on a concrete floor after walking in from the rain. Hopefully it was because they were new. They do feel a bit too roomy.

I was skeptical... This was my first experience with Zappos. I've had increasing foot troubles for a long time, and my daughters suggested I take a look at Zappos website. Based on all the reviews that were posted I tried these shoes and could not be happier. It's nice to have others' experience to help make your decision, rather than just my own trial and error method.

WW926 - Wonderful. I wear them all day at work. At the end of the day, I'm tired, but my feet feel great.

New Balance-simply the best! My podiatrist recommended the NB 925, which was a wonderful shoe. The 926 replaces it, and it is EVEN better than the 925, believe it or not! Comfortable right out of the box, wonderful arch support, wide toe box. I don't even need my orthotics with these, although they will fit in the shoe perfectly! If you have foot problems, and have a wide foot, I recommend these shoes without hesitation. Like walking on a cloud, and attractive to boot!

Comfortable Prescription - My podiatrist recommended this particular shoe for extra stability while he treats me for plantar fasciitis and a heel spur. It is true to fit for me, although one reviewer said it runs wide. I fit fine in the AA width.

Excellent motion control for women with Plantar Fasciitis. These are the best walking shoes! Excellent for people with plantar fasciitis because of the motion control and arch support.

New Balance shoes - The shoes are truly a comfortable walking shoe. An excellent purchase for those who do a lot of walking.

New Balance 926 - This shoe is fantastic! After being told I have arthritis and neuromas in my feet I had to buy all new shoes. I walk for exercise and am so glad that this shoe fits well and supports everything so I have NO pain!!! That is wonderful!!

Very comfortable, but very boxy - I ordered these shoes to take on vacation as I knew we’d be doing a lot of walking. I have a Morton’s neuroma and have to use orthotics. First off, let me say that Zappos helped me out in getting the shoes to me as fast as possible without the added shipping cost. They were great! I have a long narrow foot (normally 8.5 AA), but I ordered a 9 AA after reading several reviews about running short. They fit fine. Lots of toe room and very comfortable. When I put them on and looked down at my feet, all I could think of was they looked like shoe boxes without the lids! They were so boxy and white. Hubby asked me if I wanted comfort or style and reminded me they weren’t ballerina slippers! I kept them because they are so comfortable, but I definitely hate the look. Guess you can’t have both.
