This product is the best. This is the 2nd pair I have had and I can't imagine being without it. My previous pair is now deligated to be worn while doing yardwork and probably will outlast me!

I have been a fan of Birkenstock shoes for a long time. Having problems with bone spurs, this shoe seems to be the only one that is truly comfortable! And Zappos is the best as far as service goes!

Love them; I would suggest getting a size smaller than what you'd normally wear!

I have 15 pairs of these shoes, every year I add another color. They last forever.Comfort is for me and my feet love these shoes, also vary stylish.

As soon as I put them on, I knew they were great Birkies! I have worn this brand and this size for years, in various styles and compositions, so I was pretty confident that their true-to-size nature would come through. It did. I like the Birkibuc, as my feet can't tell whether they're wearing leather or not. I've had Birkibuc before, and it wears just as great as leather. It breaks in faster, I think, than the leather, as it is "softer" but still supportive and new feeling. This is my first pair of Gizeh, and, wow, how good looking and comfortable! I'll be back, Zappos!

I love my Birkenstocks! They are by far the most comfortable pair sandals that I have ever tried on and they look great too! They were broken in within two days of wearing them around the house and I had no problems with blisters or chafing. Because I am used to cheap flip flops, I had no problem with the plastic in between my toes unlike other reviewers. The size 38 fits me perfectly and I usually wear a 7 1/2-8. I use them at school, going shopping, or around the lake. They are perfect and go with anything! I was hesitant to buy these at first because of the price but now I am sure they are worth it! I would recommend these to anybody, I love them!

I grew up wearing Birkenstock shoes, but haven't had a pair in at least 10 years. I've had these for almost a month and have worn them at least 4-5 times per week, every week. I've gotten a ton of compliments on them, including my boyfriend's 60+ mother and teenage niece and her friends. They're comfy and cute, and perfect for summer!

Highly recommend this sandal. So comfortable and can wear for hours (unlike some other brands). Sizing is very true to the European scale - I wear an 8 1/2 medium and the 39 regular width fits perfectly.

Just to let you know: we were entirely pleased with the prompt delivery of these shoes -- a surprise for our daughter (she had been coveting them) and she was thrilled to open them. She has reported that they have now conformed to her feet and that she wears them all the time. Thanks for such an easy and satisfactory transaction!

Love these sandals! They're super cute, but still really laid back, and can go hip or chill depending on what you pair them with. Reading the reviews, I was afraid that the break in period would be long (i.e. a week or more) but it only took me 2 nights of walking around the house for them to be gloriously comfy. I've never gotten a blister, despite the very different placement of straps on these, and they just feel like they're made for my feet. Wonderful arch support, all around great.

Cute and Comfy! I usually don't walk outside right away with my new shoes in case I want to return them, but when I tried these on, I just didn't want to take them off! They're super cute, they go with everything, and most importantly, they're super comfy! I have flat arches, so these are definitely going to replace my other flip-flops. Perfect for spring!

I don't want to take it off. This shoe is GREAT! It is the only sandal I own, all others are now at the local thrift store. Birkenstocks truly live up to their reputation for making a comfortable, yet stylish shoe. I highly recommend this sandal to everyone.

Chic and comfortable- this is a beautiful sandal and the neutral color is even better in person. They are true to size. I wear an 8M and got these in the 39 narrow. Definitely recommend getting the narrow width as they make the shoe look less bulky (but no less comfortable).

Addicted! I've never gotten so many compliments on a pair of Birkenstocks before in my life! Well, I've never gotten compliments on them so the fact that no less than four people think these shoes are cute is practically a miracle. Double plus that they are comfy & I have yet to even take them off. Definitely getting another pair in a different color.

I had been coveting these shoes for years - I finally got a pair yesterday. I had heard from a friend that the thong takes getting used to, but that it will get better. I know from experience that a Birk worn sockless must be a half or full size down from normal. In Euro size I'm 39 in Birks, 40, 41 or 41.5 in others, and in US I'm a 10. Winter Birks can be in your normal size.

Great sandal for walking! I disagree with the comments about comfort. Yes, they do take a couple of walk arounds to break them in because of the cork footbed, but they mold to your feet so that every time you slip them on after they are broken in the feel like a great slippers you've had for years. As to the size - I agree that by American standards you should order a 1/2 to 1 full size down. I love the style as I don't feel like a complete hippie when I have them on! LOL!

Cool Comfort - Takes some time to get use to the ripples and bumps, but once you do they are the most comfortable open toe sandal with all the support one needs for comfort and healthy feet. They are wonderful. I also like the strap closer to the ankle.

Great shoes - Love them, they were comfortable from the first minute I put them on. I ordered my standard euro size and they fit great.

Gizeh - Looks good - Feels AMAZING. :)

Comfortable shoe - I do like this shoe; however, I thought the leather portion that fits between your toes was way too big and floppy. It completely covered my big toe, looking very odd. I trimmed them with scissors, substantially and now they look great.
