So cute! I originally ordered these sandals in a 39 (I wear a US size 8), but they were way too big. I returned and repurchased in a size 38 (supposed to fit US 7 - 7.5). I still had plenty of room. Good support, cute shoe, excellent wear. These are my go-to sandals.

I decided to order these sandals after too many days of sore feet! They were comfortable the first time I wore them. The style is great and they look good with almost any type of outfit. I did order one size down from my usual and was very happy with the fit. They worked out so well that I ordered another pair. Needless to say my feet are now very happy!

I bought 2 pair, one for myself and one for my mom for Mother's Day. We have very different feet. Mom's are narrow and she needs arch support. Mine are wider, yet the fit was very true for both of us. These were her first Birkenstock shoes and she commented she has never had such a comfortable pair of shoes. I have been a Birkenstock fan for years!

Worth the pain - These took a long time- close to a month- to break in, and I still feel like I'm breaking them in if I haven't worn them for a few days. Still, I *love* these shoes. I bought the brown and black pairs, and I've worn them every day I've been off work this summer. If Birkenstock would just make a softer thong piece, they would be perfect. I padded mine with moleskin, and it has helped a lot. I've gotten a bunch of compliments, too; my husband thinks they're adorable. Zappos service is always fabulous, and I hope it doesn't change now that they've been bought by Amazon. You won't be disappointed with these, once you get over the sometimes painful breaking in period.

Hippie Style! Great sandals, very happy. Definitely need to break them in, but I am loving them already. I usually wear an 8.5 or 9 and I ordered a 39. They are perfect. Can't wait to wear them all summer!

I'm most often a size 7, and the 38 fit perfectly. My first choice for a Birkenstock was the Mayari, which I think is the more attractive style. Unfortunately, the strap that goes over the two toes on the left foot hit me in a bad place, and I knew no amount of breaking-in was going to make that better. I returned them for the Gizeh. For the first few days the piece between the toes was uncomfortable, but happily the irritation just stopped happening. They're very comfortable and have excellent arch support. (In spite of all the reviews, I was surprised to find that that is true.) I have plantar fasciitis, and my feet are feeling very good in these sandals. Two thumbs (or toes) up!

This is a great show that goes with everything and so easy to slip on and run out door. I purchased the mocha color. I wear a size 10 and purchased a 41. I think I could of gotten by on 40.

They may not be the cutest but they are the more comfortable sandal I own. I have a wide foot and they fit perfectly. I am a stay at home mom chasing a toddler all day. Usually my footwear is sneakers so these are a nice change up for hot months

This was my first pair of Birkenstock's and I absolutely love them! Since I wasn't sure based off all the reviews if I should order a size smaller or order my everyday size I decided to order both. I'm normally an 8 (39) but these were too big on me. The size 7 (38) fit perfect. I bought the "Stone" color because I felt it would go with black or brown and it definitely does! It's a perfect neutral color.

I've had these for over two years and they are just as comfortable and look as good as almost out of the box. I wear them at least 3-4 times per week during the summer months with shorts, capris and jeans. They are great shoes and obviously a favorite pair from my closet. I did get some gnarly blisters the first few times I wore them on the underside of my foot until the sole material became worn. I would recommend being aware of breaking them in somewhat slowly since they do have intense arch support. A long day of walking isn't a problem now, but was for the first few weeks.

I got these shoes and I do love them, but just a few things I noticed: I ordered these and I did not really like the color so I went to a local store and asked for them in off white, and they fit differently even though I got the same size, (37) but it turned out the Birkobic on this site are wide width, while the Birkoflor are regular. Personally, I am usually a regular width in shoe, but I found that the wide width that this shoe automatically came in was much more comfortable then the regular Birkenstock width. So if you have narrow feet, get the regular, and if you have regular feet, get the wide width. That is what this shoe already comes in anyway. I thought I was ordering regular width but I was told that what I got was actually a wide width. Also size wise, I am usually a 7½ (sometimes 7, rarely an 8) but I ordered the 37, and that is the perfect size for me (roomy but, not too much) so just size down a little in terms of length. But either way, these shoes are not the best looking, but they are by far the most comfortable so I would recommend them.

I got these for a trip to Southeast Asia and they were great. Wore them all day, everywhere we went they were great...cities, temples, the beach. They are definitely cuter than most Birkenstock styles, but every bit as comfortable. Love them!

I was happy to find a size 35. Not many places carry size 35. It is a very comfortable sandal.

I love these sandals! The footbed is very comfortable (I'm still getting used to the plastic toe piece). However, they do run big. I'm usually a 8 to an 8-1/2 and the 38 (US Woman's 7-7.5) fits perfectly.

I'm 36, 36.5 so I order 37 (what Zappos recommended) but they were too big, so just order your normal size. The size 36 is perfect I even could order half size smaller, but they don't have half sizes.

Love these shoes. They take awhile to break in, but once they are broken they are perfectly modeled to your feet. Highly recommended. :)

Excellent shoe. Birkenstock does not disappoint. I generally buy the Arizona's but was pleasantly surprised with how much I like these.

I love these and I just got my second pair. With Birkenstocks, I always order a full size smaller. My feet are slightly wider than average, so they fit me perfectly.

I've been wanting Birks for quite some time now. I finally broke down and bought the Gizeh, and I love them! As mentioned in previous comments, the toe bar will take some getting used to. It's a pretty thick plastic piece. I think the overall foot-bed will take some getting used to. I bought a size 38, but typically wear a 9 and they fit fine. These are cute and comfy. Color seems a bit darker in person. I wanted a slip on sandal for summer and these are a winner.

Birkenstock sandals are the most comfortable foot ware around! I can walk all day long in them with no foot, leg or back pain. This mocha colored sandal is a very versatile color. It is also a very rich color and the texture is also nice. I love them!
