Great Shoes -
Stable, well cushioned shoes. I work in a medical setting on concrete floors and my feet don't bother me after 14-16 hours. Highly recommended.

Outstanding shoe -
This is the most comfortable "brand new" shoe I have ever tried on. They fit my feet perfectly, and look great. I originally tried on a different shoe which looked very similar (the Portsmouth), but it was significantly tighter in the same size. Very light, seems rugged. And I had an extremely good experience shopping with Zappos. I'm not the type who likes to pay full retail.

Zappos is the best in business, no doubt about it! Supersonic speed on shipping, great 100% price protection, costumer service, etc.
Except for a funny squeegee noise when I walk, the shoes are exceptional and deserve a five star rating.

Daily comfort -
I really enjoy these shoes very much. This y first pair of Keens. I bought them under a recommendation from my manager (who owns 5 pairs). Simply put, they are very comfortable daily shoe as I am on my feet all day for work in a retail environment. Very solid build.

Comfy and Stylish -
I am about eight weeks out of bunion surgery and wanted something to replace my old, too wide shoes. These fit a little snug, but not uncomfortable. (My feet may still be a little swollen.) The rubber toe gives good protection. The support is very good. I am very happy and plan to try other Keen shoes and sandals.

First time's a charm -
This is my first pair of Keens and I really love them! They seemed to fit me like a glove the first time out of the box. I work in a job where I am standing and walking a lot, so I appreciate the feel of support and a lot of cushioning. I'm not totally in love with the look of them, but I'll take comfort over looks any day.

They’re clunky and comfy -
I love these shoes, I work in a casual environment with a good bit of walking involved and these shoes are wonderful, I look a little more professional than when I wore tennis shoes.

Excellent Choice for Comfort and Hard-to-Fit Feet -
I have a tough time finding shoes to fit my high-arched, long, and wide feet. I can say without reservation that these Keens are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They needed no break-in time and were comfortable for long walks as well as for standing for several hours. I strongly recommend them. Because of their styling, you can wear them with shirt and pants or with shorts.

Good shoe, liked it better as a Chukka, with the stitch detail. Bison color is a not what I would call a "true" brown, more suedey (is that a word?). Fits true, feels good all day at a standing desk. Aggressive tread pattern, which I like.

Great looking and feeling shoes. The leather is suede and distressed and there is a lot of variation in color. Works and looks fine for me.

There's a wrinkle at the base of the tongue, where it meets the flaps for the shoe lace eyelets. It presses on my foot and makes the shoe impossible to wear, but I love the shoe otherwise, especially for walking on rocky, broken ground.
My shoe repair guy stretched it, but still no good. I just slip a piece of cardboard in there until it softens and I harden. I do enjoy wearing them, but not every day.

This is my second pair of Boston. The old one is still in great shape despite of its age of 6 years. The Boston (I live here) is my winter shoe for its ruggedness and comfort. I can wear it indoors. This version seems to be made out of better materials and I hope the ventilation of the Boston is better then the first generation.

I wanted a shoe for a trip to Italy and Turkey that would serve double duty: look good and be comfortable for all day walking. These fit the bill. Fortunately I ordered both the size 9 and 9.5. Keen's run a 1/2 size small.

This pair of Boston IIs are my fourth set of Keens (actually my fifth pair but I returned the cycle sandals because I didn't like the fit). I would say that these Bostons are pretty typical of Keens, although the fit is a bit more loose to me than the others. I needed something dressier but could handle long hours on my feet because I work as a conference manager and several times a year, put in 12-14 hour days for about a week straight. I've found that Keens are the only shoe that could truly handle this for under $100(Finn Komforts actually are great too, but I just can't afford that luxury yet). I find that the lace-up Keens are my favorite. They fit more comfortably and snugly. The Boston's don't have as much lace as the Richmonds or Austins, which are the other pairs I have, so the Bostons don't fit as well as they do. But they're still great and look fantastic. I can't say they're as much an everyday shoe as my Austins are, but they do fit the bill for dressier occasions, or with a nice pair of jeans. Overall, if your feet are lucky enough to love Keens like mine do, these are worth purchasing.

The fit, color, and style of the Keen Boston II are excellent. The shoes are made of fine materials and the craftsmanship is superb. My only complaint is that the sole is much too firm and seriously lacks proper cushioning and flexibility! For someone who needs superb cushioning and flexibility, I would highly recommend either the Propet Cummuterlite or the Propet Suburbanlite Walker shoes. I have purchased the best that Merrell, Ecco, Keen, and Hush Puppies offer in the way of cushioning. They don't even come close to the aforementioned Propet shoes.

I love the style of this shoe. Unfortunately, the Boston II seems to fit a little narrower than other Keen shoes and boots I have owned. I also noticed a fairly strong odor from these shoes when I'm wearing them. Not foot odor, but the chemical odor mentioned in another review. I exchanged these for the Keen Austin. Thanks to Zappos for the great service!

Great shoe. Very unique styling sets it apart from other casual dress shoes. High level of comfort. I work in manufacturing great for the various surfaces inside our plant. This is my second pair of Keens. Have not been disappointed. Delivery from ZAPPOS was very fast. Kudos!

Very comfortable. Runs a little small to size. Tight on my right (larger) foot, but not enough to make me return. May want to order 1/2 size up.

Took some time to get comfortable -
The shoes took some time to break in. Now after 4 weeks they feel much better. My feet sweat quite a bit, though I tie them slightly loose. I would buy Keen again probably 1/2 size bigger. Well made.

Quality going downhill -
I owned 6 pairs of the original Keen Boston’s. They were the most comfortable I'd ever owned.
But the Boston II is not as good. Instead of the smooth, clog-like curve of the original Boston’s, the Boston II has a series of joints; little creases to make the shoe bed flexible (take out the insole and feel the forefoot area to see this.) So instead of a smooth rocking motion, when you put your toes down you get something more like a tank tread: chunka-chunka-chunka. This has been hard on my toes.
I still haven't found anything better, but I'm sorry to see this unfortunate evolution of what used to be (for me) a perfect shoe.
(P.S. - the new lug sole IS an improvement over the original. Very nice for walking on snow, or hiking.)
