Keen Boston II - Very comfortable shoe. Ideal for all purpose use. The style guarantees instant recognition but wouldn't suggest you use with suit and tie.

MY FAVS! True size to a 7-1/2, hard to find in stores. Ordered from Zappos and got em the next day (not typical BUT very cool!). These are my new favorite kicks, LOVE EM!

A great buying experience - What can I say; this is just a fabulous shoe. In fact this pair I just purchased is my fourth pair! And Zappos, what a wonderful online company to deal with. Always quick, courteous and a totally NO HASSLE return policy. I'm not shopping anywhere else online for my shoes!

Great Shoe! Love this shoe. Put simply, I wear them around the house after I come inside because they are THAT comfortable.

Keens are great shoes. This is the third pair of Keens that I have purchased. These shoes are extremely comfortable right out of the box, durable, and good looking. I've found the quality to be consistently outstanding and I will continue to buy Keens. I recommend these shoes and any other Keens to anyone that wants a versatile, well-made and comfortable shoe. You won't be disappointed!

One of my favorites - Nice comfortable shoe right out of the box. Can wear with jeans or sport dress clothes. Start with your normal size, but you may need to bump up a half size if you want to wear with thicker socks. The shoe seems to be roomier than the boot version of the shoe however, and they do stretch out a bit over time.

Keen Boston II - My first pair of Keens. Excellent shoe will order more. Wore for a full day without break in and felt excellent. Runs small needed to order a size larger. As usual excellent service by Zappos.

Great right out of the box! My fourth pair of Keens have a great look (people noted them right away), fantastic fit (better than the Boston I) and wonderful comfort... I wear them daily to work. Recommend the Keen Boston II - five stars.

Great shoe for the winter!! I bought these shoes for the winter and they are great! I wear a 13, and they are a little big, but they are great shoes...

Lazy and shiftless - I have tried everything to get these shoes to work around the house. I have tried begging, cajoling, yelling, bribing, wheedling, and bargaining. Nothing has worked. The plants don't get watered, the laundry is piling up, and the dog just stares at its empty dish all day long. These shoes are lazy, and if they don't get their act together I am filing for divorce. They do however look good on my feet. That's probably the single reason why I have not yet turned my attorney loose on them.

Real comfort at last! Having to stand 8 hours per day on unforgiving concrete surfaces at work, I desperately needed a comfortable shoe that would provide excellent support without hitting any of my usual pressure points. I tried 9 other pairs of shoes before hitting pay dirt with these Keens. Zappos' no hassle return policy allowed me enough time to really get the feel of many pairs. Invariably, each pair of shoes would feel good at first, but eventually begin hurting over time. I suffer from severe foot pain, mostly due to my work environment, and had had Earth shoes recommended to me. I tried a pair and found them excruciatingly uncomfortable. Within an hour, all my usual sore spots were aching, and I was never able to get used to the extreme arch and unusual stance. But these Keens have a less extreme arch (much better for me), a thick and comfy sole (another reviewer described them as feeling like an old worn-in baseball glove--no break-in period) which seemed to immediately conform to the shape of my feet, lots of toe room, and a really unique style. It's truly amazing the effect a really great fitting pair of shoes can have on your overall sense of well-being. Out of habit, I tried inserting my usual extra insoles, but found the shoes more comfortable without them. If you use orthotics, the Keens provide plenty of room to accommodate them, but will make the arch seem much more pronounced. Also, I fluctuate between a size 12 and a size 13. I chose the 13, and have no regrets. But others who could go either way may find a size 12 roomy enough. While Keens don't make wide sizes, their regualar widths are plenty wide. I've since bought another style of Keens and love them just as much. I highly recommend these shoes to all. Last note: many reviewers mentioned problems with this particular style being very squeaky. Based on this, I was hesitant to try them. But I've worn them for 3-4 weeks now and find them almost stealthily quiet.

Comfort and Style Out of the Box! STYLE - Keen makes a terrific line of shoes that fall somewhere in the middle of casual and dressy. The Boston is no exception. They dress up a pair of jeans but are nice enough to wear with slacks. I typically get some sort of compliment on my Keens as they are not ordinary looking. FIT - I have a small, semi-wide foot and all Keens fit my feet wonderfully. And I've never had a "break-in" period. They are good to go out of the box with no painful blisters. Not sure how they do it. SIZE - I wear a 7 and they are almost impossible to find in the real world. Thank heaven for Zappos.

Nice looking & comfortable - My husband wears these shoes during his commute which includes a lengthy train ride and city walk. He had been wearing his sneakers which looked silly with this dress clothes. These shoes are the perfect alternative offering comfort and style, not to mention great in winter weather!

T3's Review - The Boston II is great looking and it wears unbelievable. I can't imagine not having a pair. Keen shoes are the best and there's no better place to buy them than Zappos.

Truckin' n comfort - Like my other pair of Keens, these are about the only shoes that I can wear at work for a entire shift and not have painful, swollen, feet at quitting time. I work as a nursing assistant, and my patients run me to death! So for these shoes to feel comfortable all day is really saying something. Plus, I dig the styling.

Great Shoe - Very comfortable, great walking shoe.

I like them - They fit well though they may be slightly wider than the average shoe of this size. They are comfortable! I wish I could get a pair of shoes that were this comfortable but looked a little less casual.

One of the best darn companies out there- Zappos ranks up there with the best! Customer service is great. They are super helpful and very knowledgeable on products. Shipping is unbelievable. I think they use Superman to deliver.

Exceeds expectations - Great for weekends and jeans!

Great Shoes! Very highly recommended. These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I particularly like the wide, high toe box, the good support, and the soft sole. Personally, I think the shoes are a little clunky for anything but very casual wear (probably a sign of my advancing age), but I got the black version, and the dark color makes them blend in pretty well when I want to push those limits. I bought these mainly for walking, and they have been great -- very comfortable and supportive. Pretty good traction on snow, ice and wet pavements, too. My longest straight walk has probably been about 5 miles, but I've worn them several times for a full day of sightseeing, mostly on foot, and I've felt no pressing urge to take them off at the end of the day. Two slight downsides. The shoes squeaked a lot when I first wore them -- remove the insert and put a little powder in the heel. I've needed to do this every so often since then. The shoes are a little warm, but I'm not sure that that isn't a function of the socks I've worn when I've noticed that. Spring and summer will tell.

Boston 2's - Fantastic shoes. I needed a half size smaller than my Targhee II's. Shoes squeak, but putting a little Vaseline on the insole took care of that. Keen recommends applying nubuck cleaner/conditioner.

Great Shoes! These Keen's are very comfortable. Great support and perfect for cold morning’s (28-34*).

Very Nice! This shoe is the best I've had in a long time. Excellent toe room and comfort with some width. I can also fit in the shoe with extra heavy wool socks for the cold weather.

Another Keen Winner - Extremely comfortable and casually stylish shoe. Wore this for a week over the holiday travel odyssey. They took a day to adjust to my footprint, and then they were good to go. Solid construction. Great shoe!
