Awesome slip on's! My 9 year old can't take them off. After the first 4 days the front seam did blow out but Zappos rocks and overnighted a new pair to our hotel! They've held up great and we have had several pairs of Uggs in our family with flawless performance. Just an anomaly...Thanks Zappos!

Ordered these for my daughter for Christmas. She loves them and wears them all the time. Just make sure that you spray them with a water protectant before wearing them.

I bought these and black ones for my girlfriend. We did have an issue with the black ones but Zappos fixed that right away. My girlfriend loves these and due to her small feet (she wears a 3.5 in sneakers so I got a 4). I get to save money by buying them kids size.

The boots were great, my granddaughter loved them. The best part was Zappos! Their service is absolutely the best. I had to exchange the boots for a different size, so I mailed them to Zappos on a Tuesday afternoon and received the new boots on Friday! I am extremely impressed with the whole transaction. I bought these for my six year old daughter, who likes to go barefoot all the time. When I read that these boots were designed to be worn without socks, I knew they'd be perfect for her. Sure enough, she loves them. These boots are about the only shoes she wears now. Uggs aren't cheap, but these boots are extremely well made and should last her for as long as she can wear them.

I love Zappos. I order all of my husband's shoes from Zappos, so naturally it was the first website I went to to order a pair of Uggs for my daughter for Christmas. I have a pair myself; they are exceptionally comfortable and can be dressed up or down. My daughter normally wears a size 3, but the Uggs I ordered in a 3 were too small. I called Zappos and explained that my daughter was dying to wear her Uggs, but we needed to exchange them for a size 4. The customer service at Zappos is amazing. I will never shop anywhere else for shoes online, only at Zappos! She sent a size 4 pair of Uggs and I received them the next day! She led me step by step online and told me to just ship the other pair back within seven days whenever I had time! The size 4 fits perfect. My daughter wears them to school almost everyday, she wears them with her PJ's and robe as soon as she wakes up in the morning. She said they are the most comfortable pair of boots she's ever had and now wants a gray and brown pair! Thank you Zappos, for going above and beyond to accommodate my 10 year old!

These are wonderful. So comfortable and great to wear with jeans. I like the short tops because I always wear my jeans over the boot and not tucked in. I wear a 7 1/2 in women's, but ordered a 6 in youth and they fit perfectly! Love them.

I had ordered a pair of Uggs for my granddaughter from a company I later found out was a scam. I panicked as it was December 23rd when I found out. I called Zappos since they advertised 24 hour shipping. I was leery since I had already lost the money on the other pair. But I ordered the boots and sure enough, they were delivered to my door the next day! I can't say enough about how wonderful this was and how happy my granddaughter was to get her Uggs!
